Suppose to do a $3.00 hand car wash which was put on my husband’s credit card. My bank account showed up as $10.00. Then soon after when I checked my bank account it was changed to $15.00. Why? UPDATE: They are going to issue me a refund in the amount of $11.00. I’ll give them a 5 star rating. Great customer service!!

I want my money back. Worst drive-thru carwash ever. Total waste of $11x2 because I washed mine and my sons car here at the same time. There are two different machines in each drive-tru. They are both awful. This carwash is outdated and should be re-vamped. You can only use quarters in the vacuum. Who the hay has quarters?!? Or cash? It's too old. Bad carwash. Sad water spots on the cars. Would rather do it myself but we live in an apartment.

Where do i begin. The staff was kind and helped me get done quickly. My car was left shining like never before! I was pleasantly surprised by what an amazing job was done, regarding such a low price. The cherry on the top of the fantastic were the air fresher and vacuums. The vacuums work excellently in getting the tough sand out from my carpets. I would recommend Squeaky's Car Wash to anyone looking for the best wash in town.

The undercarriage spray is either malfunctioning or isn’t set properly. It shuts off before you’re even half way through. There needs to be one more rinse pass. Soap was left on my vehicle. The dryer phase doesn’t allow enough time to pass through properly. There needs to be more time. The vacuums should be free. Overall, it’s pretty lousy Service not going back again.

In all of my 46 years on earth, this was the absolute worst car wash I've ever been to. The undercarriage spray turned on for about 3 seconds before turning off. The dryer goes for 40 seconds which wasn't even enough time to dry my windshield. I had to pull into the gas station nextdoor to grab paper towel and dry off my entire car. What a waste of time and money. Do yourself a favor and leave your car dirty until you find a decent place to wash it. And no thank you, I wouldn't even give your complimentary wash to my worst enemy.

I enjoyed getting a car wash here but the last several times I went it was always closed and not in operation which was disappointing since I don’t live in that area. Not a lot of amenities but the wash was good enough for return washes.

Incredibly bad service, look at the difference between my tires, I paid the $12 wash, most expensive. And only my rear tires got cleaned up. Ridiculous, I wish I could have my money back, wash your car yourself people, it’s not worth to spend money at this place.

I've been a regular at this car wash, and I think they got a new touch-free machine. It feels like they've increased the pressure, which does a better job of cleaning the front and back of the car. I recommend trying out this new machine, especially if you live in South Reno.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE – DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO DAMAGE YOUR CAR I went through this drive-through car wash and it destroyed my windshield wiper. The overhead brush came down way too hard, forced itself under my wiper arm, and ripped it clean off my Mini Cooper. On top of that, it left soap residue all over the windshield and windows, so I had to spend time in the parking lot fixing my wiper just to drive safely again. There’s no staff on-site—just a phone number posted on the building. I called, and the person on the line told me, “Yeah, the owner knows this happens a lot, but he’s not liable.” Apparently, this kind of damage is frequent, and they just keep operating like nothing’s wrong. The employee even said they’ve been instructed to just point at a sign and tell customers there’s nothing they can do. This place is a complete joke. Unsafe, unmaintained, and unapologetic. Save your car, your time, and your money—go literally anywhere else.

$1 for vacuum was great. I was able to vacuum all 4 doors and trunk and had time to spare. However I went for a wash. Worst wash ever! Bought the most expensive wash. Rear and front didn't get washed and side panel also didn't get clean - and now how stripes! An uttler waste of money (for wash - not vacuums) The pictures are AFTER the wash!! 😵💫😵💫😵💫

Worst experience ever. I know these touchless car washes don’t do the best job but I was just trying to get some of the dirt off. The exit doors closed when inside which never has happened before and wasn’t that big of a deal but after the car wash washed and I exiting the blowers never came on leaving hard water spots which etched into the pains and as I was almost out of the wash the doors started coming down nearly closing on my roof.

Honestly not impressed Spent $12 on the platinum wash (mid tier) and the clear coat left a sort of film on the front driver window (lines I would say) and the light film of dirt that was on the back of our car was not fully washed off EDIT: I had the car rewashed for free at I got the top of the line wash (The Works for $16) and I’m honestly pretty disappointed the owner seems nice but why are there a bunch of scratches in my paint now? I know you say you are not responsible for scratches/damage to paint, but this happened with a soft wash?

Worst car wash of my life!! Couldn't get any dirt off my car or the wheels when paid 16$ for their most premium wash… This wash apparently works only when you clean the car yourself and then take it here. My car went in twice and none of the dirt on the sides were removed. Save yourselves going elsewhere if you have a dirty car with mud or ice. They asked me to goto the touch less again saying the machine is new and it still did not take it off. When I called the number and spoke to them they said they cannot offer the soft wash instead. In the end of the day I left with a dirty car and they paid not importance to see the customer’s car clean by offering a different wash another go. These pics are after the second wash! I saw a couple of other reviews after this incident, looks like they just apologize and do nothing regarding the problem people are facing while also having a no refund policy! Avoid these kind of services and save your frustration, time and money!
