I purchased a used car that was previously smoked in. I had no idea at the time of purchase, but after my first day driving it, my asthma started flaring up and I could barely breathe. I've never owned a smoker car so I was freaking out that I was stuck with a vehicle that would make me have a sore throat and wheeze for eternity. John is a miracle worker who turned this purchase around. His detailing left my car fresh, cleaner than during the time of purchase, and with zero fumes after. You would never know the car had been smoked in - it's like brand new. He also let me know that he wasn't able to replace the cabin air filter because someone had removed the case and there was nothing to put the filter in. He hand wrote where to purchase this for my car model online, and even showed me how to install it. With his help, I purchased this component online and now have fresh air coming in my car. I would have never known this was missing if he didn't mention it. Getting my car detailed with John was easy and transparent from start to finish. He's very accommodating with pick-up and drop-off times and let's you know if there's anything you need to know about the shape of your vehicle. I can't thank John enough for his services with Top Gloss Auto Detailing. If it weren't for him, I'm not sure how I would be able to drive my car. Thanks for everything, John!

My car looks amazing! John at Top Gloss detailed my Honda last fall. He did a great job prepping it, doing the paint correction and rubbing out all the swirl marks and making sure the surface was pristine before applying the ceramic coating. The coating really brought out the sparkles in the metallic paint, as well as doing an awesome job of causing the water to bead up and slide off. The finish looks great even 8 months later despite the hard winter. Recommend him highly!

We are so impressed with the work John did on our 08 4runner. He recommended the stage two paint correction and we couldn't be happier with his attention to detail and quality. Top gloss is a top notch business! He was even kind enough to give all kinds of advice on maintaining the paint and honest enough to point out troubled areas that would most likely need to be re coated by a body shop. My wife's truck looks incredible now for a 14 year old truck. Thanks John.

I took a road trip to the Reno/Lake Tahoe area and by the time I got there my car was a mess. I googled local detailing shops and chose Top Gloss Auto Detailing to clean all the bugs on the front of my BMW and oil splashes from the road. I had a day or two to spend in Reno so it was perfecting timing. Well, when I picked up my car two days later, my car looked amazing. The exterior detailing looked fantastic and my interior leather never looked better. I highly recommend John’s work. Honestly, this is the best detailing I’ve had, I was totally surprised how meticulous John was.

I recently purchased a Toyota 4 Runner and the previous owner must have taken it off road and also through an automatic car wash. I tried everything and had absolutely no luck getting the scratches and swirling out of the paint. I looked up detailers on line and after seeing all 5 star reviews for Top Gloss I contacted them. John was able to get me within a few weeks and I was even able to drop it off on the weekend. He does all the work by himself so it’s more detail oriented then if you went with one of these detail shops. I was skeptical that he’d be able to get out the scratches .Three days later I was told it was ready for pick up. I was amazed almost 90% of them are gone. I highly recommend Top Gloss for anyone looking for great results and reasonable prices. 5 stars all the way. John even gave me lesson on rinse less car washing and a list of supplies he recommends for cleaning the car at home. Thanks Again for the amazing Job!!

Best detail I have been able to find in northern Nevada. John does very good work. It's easy to plan with John, and he does honest work out of his garage/shop. Appointment Only. I've got the family vehicles going through him and will be trying to run my company fleet vehicle program through him as well. Thanks, John. John did and amazing job on my old 1988 BMW 735i! I requested for a deep interior cleaning, due to odors, stains, and leather treatment. Along with a simple wash on the outside and he did absolutely above and beyond! I’ve tried other detailers, but none compare to Top Gloss Detail. Highly recommend him!

I echo all the other reviewers, John does an amazing job and is extremely knowledgeable. He did a ceramic coating for my black Tesla which made it look better than it did from the factory. He had great communication the whole time and in addition provides instructions on exactly what you need to keep your car in great condition going forward. I'm very impressed with the quality of the job. The photos attached are after I drove the car from Reno to Sacramento and back, in a rainstorm. Only a little dirt is visible on the back of the vehicle. The car is very easy to keep clean. Highly recommend Top Gloss!!!
