Satisfied with the car wash we get. Silver Rouge and a black Nissan car. Use the Damonte Ranch car wash, the Bad unlimited monthly car washes. All very nice there, the gals at the gate always wave. Getting ready to take both vehicle in to get theFull Detail, great price as a member get 1?2 price can't beat that. Ill let you know how it turns out. Great service! Made an appointment online for an interior and exterior hand wash for my car. They did an excellent job. They also offer monthly membership where you can get unlimited exterior washes and discounts on other services. A gift card would make a fun gift for someone who has everything they need!

I used to love this place, it's why we bought a family pass. But since we bought it (about 3-4 months ago) the dryer has never gotten my car dry enough to just drive off. I always have to drying the top, the windows, sometimes even inside the door at the bottom. And the towels for drying are wet, so I am never really certain they are clean towels. It's just okay as for cleaning. Sometimes I see the cleaners skip places they normally wash. I'm not in charge of the money, so I can't make a decision to switch. I try to go twice a month. It's good for just keeping it not being snow or dirty dusty.

I'm not sure why there needs to a person there to press the buttons on the screen? but there is. I went there today and I rolled my window down and the first thing the girl said to me was "pick from the three" ok... Hi! then proceeded to ask me if I wanted to tip, I would had she been more pleasant. Having a person there to press the buttons for you (not necessary) then ask if I wanted to leave a tip with her attitude... definitely not!

This is just for today 3/15. The young lady with the curly hair and glasses has an attitude. Rolling her eyes while directing my car as soon as I got in. She should take a personal day if she’s going to behave like this

We were visiting my brother and we needed a car wash near where he lives in South Reno. The young lady who was at the payment kiosk was very nice. I told her I only wanted the $10 wash (The Ugly Express) which she processed for us. A "tip" screen popped up and I wasn't sure what that would be for as the car wash we regularly use doesn't have that so I told her I didn't want to add a tip. She seemed disappointed but finalized the transaction for us. There were two attendants at the entrance and they gave the car a good bug cleaner soaking and brushing. We proceeded through the car wash and everything worked fairly well except the foaming soap did not cover the top of our SUV. I wish they offered a rinse aid with the $10 car wash because there were a lot of water spots left on the car after going through the dryers. The free vacuums and towels are a nice touch.

I have liked taking our vehicles through this car wash since it opened but the last several times the tire shine looks like it was applied by a toddler. Literally, each tire is different with minimal coverage. Is there not a drive-thru car wash in town that can get this right?

Wonderful selection and big store. The clerk was super nice and answered all my annoying questions without being rude or acting like I was a nuisance. Very clean and comfortable with several different types of gaming machines all new and modernized. It was seriously one of the nicest gas stations I've ever seen. Huge and the doors opened up automatically to the walk-in.

From the scowling girl, terrible wash and the half rinsing it's probably better to just skip this place. Definitely not worth the $18. Seems to be the norm for carwashes in Reno.
