Although the sign still says "full service", they no longer clean the inside. The services they still offer are more expensive than other vendor in the area.

I think this place is good for exterior but not recommend for interior. They barely touched the 3rd row of my SUV, and also the other parts weren’t very clean

The end result of the car wash was definitely not worth the price paid. There was quite a bit of dirt and grime left in hard-to-reach places. For the price I paid, I expected a cleaner car.

Paid 30 to have much truck cleaned, inside and out. When they were finished the interior was barely touched. Asked the kid to wipe the doors and he said they dont do that. Missed spots all over the place. I'll stick to Buggy Bath by Peppermill, best car wash in Reno and for 5 bucks less they do twice as much.

Horrible. I paid for their "Best" wash ($30). The outside looked fine. I was in a hurry and trusted that the car would be clean (washing cars isn't a complex task). After I got home (I live on the other side of town) the entire passenger side of the car (front and back) wasn't even vacuumed. There was dirt all over the doors and dirty footprints in the backsides of the front seats. When I gave them my car, they assured me that it would be wiped down and vacuumed thoroughly. The windows were clean and the outside of the car looked great. I got paid for their $30 deluxe was and didn't even get an Express wash. I have pics if you want to see them.

The vacuum was not working or looks like it needs to be replaced. I didn't see any working hoses that I could have used to vacuum the vehicle. It was 3.00 for apx. 4.5 to six minutes. Don't quite remember exactly but it still took me two cycles in order to complete. There were some lights but it wasn't lit up well enough for my personal preference.

I paid $30 + tip, for the full service. My 6 year old could have done a better job. they just vacuumed here and there and whipped the dashboard. didn't tach anything else. I talk to a manager, he didn't give a you know what. Went home and re washed and vacuumed my car.
