It takes cards and cash so that's a bonus... whatever they do to the water leaves a film on your vehicle. Anywhere else I go I typically wash wax and use spotless option after. Just as I did here.. . No spots but there is a film all over my car I need to wash off... that kind of defeats the purpose of washing the car...

The owner comes up to your window and demands you move your car before you even finish your service. This happened to me several times. Getting the trash out of my car at the vacuum/ trash can and I’m told I’m blocking the vacuums-but there are literally 4 open ones and no one waiting. Another time I had just finished washing my car and the owner come up LOOKS IN (walks all the way around) my car and tells me I’m blocking the car wash on a busy day- again other open places to wash and I was only buckling my seat belt. He basically just wants you to put money in the machine and leave his property. There are a few better car washes up the street don’t waste time or money here.

The new ceramic option says $15. Put in $15 it said to add $3 more so I chose the$12 option. Received no change. Lady in gas station knows nothing about it. Called the number it sounds like a fax. Is there anyone accountable for this place? It's good in a pinch usually. Just concerned it wouldn't let me get what I wanted, asked for more money. Chose something else and no change. Frustrated. To me this is not a bad do-it-yourself car wash. There was a line tonight and it was bitter cold. I had to get some Georgia clay and road ice spray off of my truck. I like the fact you could use dollars or slip your card. I ended only spending in 6$ for a quick soap wash down and good rinse. They also have vacuums there too.

I have not had any problems with the cleaning aspect of my vehicles. They always come out fairly clean and definitely better than they were before I took them there. My problem comes from the card reader. On more than one occasion, while in the process of washing, the wash will just stop while I'm cleaning. This means I have to scan my card ONCE again to finish the wash. It's $3.50 each time the card is scanned. The $ isn't the problem, it's the principal. I shouldn't have to swipe multiple times to wash one vehicle. I'm thinking I will be visiting another car wash..

Users of the car wash stalls: beware of charges!!! You have to swipe your credit card first and there is totally misleading (or rather, nonexistent) information about the cost. You get the impression it only costs $3.50 for the whole cycle, then suddenly 10 minutes later you realize you're being charged by the minute!!! I only realized this at the $15 mark but by that time my car was completely covered in sticky foam. It took another several minutes to rinse it off so in the end I paid $29 for my self-service car wash. The owners/managers of this place need to have CLEARLY POSTED information about the cost--very unhappy customer here.

Don’t go here!! I started to rinse my car and the machine would no longer take the tokens that they sell. Now the token is worthless. The credit card reader doesn’t work. It’s a rip off and there is no number to call. Don’t go here. You will be ripped off!

This place is a total dump. All the trash cans are overfilled. Dirty old brushes. Trash and debris on the ground everywhere. Outdated equipment. It doesn’t look like anyone’s been there to check on the place in months. If you want to sell a place, I’ll buy And restore it. Clearly, you have no pride in your business.

The owner of this car wash needs to come check on it and see about the care and the maintenance. They have customers that are painting the cars in the bay washbay and doing other auto mechanic stuff in the washbay where they got there blocked and you can’t use the car wash I just tried to call the number no one answers, very poor management

car wash charged me 10$ and didnt even show that it processed until i used a different card and chose the 8$ wash. I wouldn't go here but one of our vehicles is oversized and that wash works with it. Self service bays sometimes don't work. They really need maintenance.

These machines took $35 from me. I got $20 in coins and the vacuum took the first 5 coins from me without even turning on & then another $15 when I tried to wash it. The washer fluid was leaking out of the ceiling instead of the hose when I was trying to wash my car. Then I swiped my card and it took $10 and it still didn’t work. Most of the card machines don’t work. I’ve been trying to contact someone and I don’t see any contact information. No one is on site to reimburse you and there’s no numbers on here to call. I want my money back.

I have been coming to this car wash for years, and though it's not the best experience in the world, It's one of the few places nearby where I can wand wash my car. While I usually bring quarters to pay, I used my card today (tap to pay) instead. I initiated my car wash for 5 dollars and added 1 dollar to extend the time. In my book, that's 6 dollars. However, after leaving the car wash I was notified by my bank that I was charged $10. So, when I got back in front of my computer, I found their phone number and called it to address my concerns and overcharge. Not surprisingly, nobody answered the phone. So, here I am putting out a public review to warn folks to not trust their charging system. I expected a 6 dollar charge based on what I chose but ended up paying nearly 70% more than expected. How is this legal? I want answers.

The card readers are working poorly. Was in need to change terminal Washinglane to activate the terminal. Than activated terminal, but it turns of in the middle of the wash, and you need to scan your card again. My car was in foam, and I was trying to pay through the terminal again, and it was not accepting the payment, basically stuck and than the screen showed me that the issue occurred (after that no washing at all) so I just left to finish washing in another place. While I checked the card transaction and the terminal charged my card twice! Also I believe it is kind of pricey!

Wasn't looking for much here just a quick washoff and found my new Van PowerWash location. Time actually counts up to 5 minutes and if you need more time just let it continue, just make sure you hit the stop button once you're done. Bye bye to the count down and 1 minute alert at this wash location.

I used the card reader twice but it didn’t work both times and said transaction was unapproved/canceled and didn’t let me use the car wash but it charged my twice 4 times… each time said $10. So now I have to pay $40 for nothing because I couldn’t even use it?
