PLEASE save your money! I opted for the 50$ package hoping the interior of my car would be throughly cleaned. After TEN minutes of waiting, they said they were finished. The floors, seats, and cupholders appeared untouched. When I confronted the employee, he said, “we couldn’t get that stuff off the floors.” I do not recommend this place and would advise people to invest their money elsewhere!

*****Update***** I tried Autobell again last week. I'll let the pics speak for themselves. Gotta love the big stain they left on my seat and wet when I got in my car. It's still there 4 days later. They spent maybe 10 minutes cleaning the inside. I wondered why there is never a line when I ride by. Now I know!! Never again!! Another fine job Autobell!! Trash & leaves still in the back of my Jeep. Plus, I had to vacuum part of the inside as well when I got home. My windshield wasn't clean either. Bugs still on it. Every time I go my car isn't cleaned that well. It's time to move on to someone who can do what they're paid to do!!

Definitely not my favorite autobell, entering and exiting seems to always be a disaster. And then there's the part where someone else's child got in my car while it was being cleaned. But real life happens so I still give him five stars, my car was clean they did their job.

Service was terrible. My truck was not cleaned properly. I ended up using their vacuum to clean my mats Windows looked like they used a greasy towel to clean them. I have made three calls to customer service requesting a refund and I’ve yet to hear from anyone. A week later, I get told that the manager noted that he Left me a voicemail which I never received. I’ve been told that they don’t have a corporate number. They only have customer service and I can’t speak to the actual manager at the property.. there was a Toyota Camry parked when my truck was pulled up with three people working on it. My SUV was done within six minutes with one person. I don’t want no gift certificate. I don’t want no reclining. I want my $40 back.

Spent a bit over $40 on a full interior exterior car wash. Man told me it looks factory new. I was in a hurry and left. I’m now looking around and realize,” factory new? More like used car.” They added water…. I don’t even know if they used a rag at all. I used to love this place, now it just….. not worth it. There’s dirt, there’s crud, there’s even but and for some reason they can never actually clean the mirror even when I specifically ask them too. I told them I’m taking it into the shop, focus hard on the front of the car. Went in one ear and out the other.

Yesterday, I experienced a good outside car wash; however, I have a warning for future customers. A Super Poly Process Wash (interior and exterior) DOES NOT INCLUDE inside windows. I did call the national customer service and they confirmed. I was astonished. I have been washing my own vehicles since I was a kid, and a car wash always included an outside wash, vacuuming, an interior wipe-down and window cleaning. I had just returned from a road trip with my dog and she left plenty of nose smudges, which were very obvious. It was kind of like paying a cleaning service to clean your house, but they left the sink full of dirty debris and dishes. Unfortunately I did not notice this imperfection until I was a few miles down the road. So later I took the two minutes to do myself. I will say the staff was very nice and I had no other issues with the service I received.

I've been coming here for years. It can get pretty busy. You pull around to the back, pay at a kiosk and then sit in your car as you are pulled through the car wash. The tire and wheel cleaning mechanism is one of the better that I've experienced , my wheels are always extremely clean.

I will never go to another Autobell ever again. I paid a little over $50 just for my car to come back basically the same exact way it was before the wash if not worse because I had to re-do the inside myself and clean my windows just so I could see while driving. They took like 10-15 min “cleaning” the interior which looked like my 2 year old could have done it. I even tipped and honestly just regret my whole experience. Would not recommend it at all!!!

These guys are fantastic. Nick is the manager and has all these awards from Autobell for doing an outstanding job. Also, what’s your name? Roger Davenport is outstanding.

Took my Jeep Wagoneer there before a road trip. Paid for the most expensive wash(interior and exterior) including protectant on the interior surfaces. Around $50. I was surprised at how quickly they finished with my car and left without inspecting it because I was headed to a meeting. When I had the chance to look it over, I found they had vacuumed the interior and applied Armor-All to half of the dashboard. No other interior surfaces had been touched, including dusting the dash and trim, cleaning the windows or wiping down the seats. 3 years ago this place did a phenomenal job with attendants running and working hard. Today? Save your money and find someplace else.

Love this autobell. New manager lately I think. The kids are pretty good. I see a lot of these reviews have folks with some BIG expectations for $40. This is not a detail shop. You have to pay $150+ somewhere else for hair removal, blown out vents or to clean nasty cup holders. $40 is a nice wash, quick window clean and vacuum. Theyre not going to use a toothbrush. Looking at these photos and complaints is just entertaining. Leave these kids alone. 😆

Went on Sunday, 2/15/26 to get just the outside done. The worker spent well over 10 minutes speaking to the vehicle in front of me even though I was directly in line behind them waiting the entire time. Never was I given an explanation as to why it was taking so long to simply get me in the wash as there was no one else in the wash. Once I finally got to get in the wash, I was given no explanation or apology for the ridiculous wait, and in fact, I was met with rude and impersonal service. The wash also failed to remove much of the dirt from the outside of my car.

I went to this one due to the location, it's very close to me and no one was there when I went in yesterday. I got 2 cars washed between mine and my sister's car. It was quick and all the employees jumped in to help so that was the pros. I also, I do realize it's only a 55$/ea car wash so it did get the job done to feel "cleaner." However, this was my first time at an Autobell so it might just be this location or a one time thing, with the experience I had yesterday. That being said I've been to Westgate car wash a few times and my 40$/ea. car wash has felt cleaner than here. I did notice a few things between the driver's side undusted on the one car's dash, car mats not cleaned fully, inbetween seats and under not vaccumed (I paid the extra vacuum on both cars), and middle consoles not attempted to be cleaned down in both cars. Overall, I think I'll make the drive to Westgate's car wash or drive a little bit further to another location if I decide to give Autobell another shot.

I used to love this car wash. Now when I go, the car wash doesn’t completely wash every time. A few times I had to ride back through to get it to do a full wash. Then, you sit so long just waiting for your vehicle to be wiped down. This is a horrible process.

I want to start by saying that my goal in leaving this review is not just to bash the team. I’m hoping that constructive criticism will lead to improvements in the quality of service overall. I usually get my car detailed at home and pay exponentially more for the service. Yesterday, I decided to have my truck cleaned here. I spent $40, plus an additional $20 tip (which I wasn’t thrilled about having to pay in advance, but I can overlook that). There were entire areas that were completely missed. I didn’t expect anywhere near the level of detail you get from a professional detailer, so my expectations were already low. I would’ve been happy with just a quick vacuum and wipe-down. My biggest issue was the lack of attention to even the most obvious details. In short, I walked away feeling like I spent $60 for a $20-$30 service. My goal of saving time wasn’t accomplished since I still had to go home, wipe down multiple areas, and vacuum again. Based on this experience, I feel like I could’ve just paid for the lower-tier cleaning option and received the exact same quality of service. Five more minutes of effort would have been the difference between a one-star and a five-star review. That’s ultimately the most frustrating part.

I had a great experience here. The guy who took my order at the beginning of the process was very informational and helped me essentially get the best deal for the best price. Not only that he started me through the tunnel and on the other side he was there to greet me and tell me where to drive. He then proceeded to wipe down and do everything I had asked. Including cleaning the windows very well and wiping down the inside very well. I wish I had gotten his name. It was rainy and cold outside and he still had a great attitude.

I bought the Superpoly process wash for $35.99, added the inside interior shine for another $14 and then added a $10 tip before going. So after tax it was around $65. Needless to say, you can tell by my photos that I was a little preemptive with tipping. The kids working there didn't even look at what I bought because when I went back to my car, I asked if they did the interior shine. Oops, nope. I didn't notice the crappy vacuum job until I was down the road at the gas station. Oh, I also noticed that they didn't ask me for a fragrance so that was never done which I really wanted because it is my wife's car and I am picking her up from the airport tonight so I thought it would be a nice surprise. "Surprise! I kinda got your car detailed?" When I noticed this, I responded to their survey with pictures and a detailed description, giving them my name, address, phone number (to call or text) and email. .....why? I haven't heard anything. But! there was one thing I did notice when I was sitting inside their building waiting for my wife's car, that location had an award for being one of the top stores in the company for profit! Well done, I guess if you don't add the things that customers pay for, spend the time on your customer's cars, then you don't have to pay your people to do even a decent job, then you will be awarded plaques for your customer's to see. smh. They did try to leave me with a parting gift of one of their rags that they wiped the car down with in may backseat. That was nice and all, but I gave it back because I figured I didn't want to cut into their profit....oh well. Good thing it was only my lunch break that I took for an hour and a half out of my day. Next time love, I will have your car nice and clean for you when you get off that flight.

$40 for interior and exterior is a lot when you’re leaving my car like it wasn’t vacuumed or cleaned. It took them like 10 mins to clean the whole thing. Seems like the guys are rushed. Maybe better training or more staff could be helpful.

I’ve been here four times and the service is consistently bad. My car was still dirty, and when I pointed it out, the guy said he “got to whatever he could” and told me to come back another time because he was busy with other customers. Apparently I don’t count as one. Won’t be returning. Plus, you missed out on a $50 tip.

I went to the AutoBell in Garner today to get my car cleaned after a long road trip. Apparently when you pay $40 AutoBell thinks this is clean. My steering wheel was left sticky, it appears they barely vacuumed my driver side floor, my driver door, console area and gear shift area weren't even touched. I can’t even believe I left a $5 tip. No tip again! They were not even busy; I was one of 3 customers. I have received better service when there are 30 customers.
