Bays are always caked in mud. Makes it hard to wash your vehicle when you have to trudge through 1/4 or more or clay. Dont worry if you have a problem you can always reach them by filling out one of the forms that are not in the complaint box

Just awful. Vacuum lasted long enough to vacuum a single footwell. No labels or timer. Got part way thru soaping the car quickly and it’s already flashing under a minute. Add more coins but it doesn’t even tell me what that gets me. Messy as hell trash everywhere.

Hands down the worst car wash in oregon! The self service bays are a mess, the selection knows do not work properly and to top it off you cant even tell what you are spraying on your car since the selectors are all covered in stickers. They never refill the spray wax and the equipment is downright junk. I have waited to write this review hoping that the owners would repair and fix this wash. Unfortunately I have to say avoid this wash unless you want to just give your money away.

Had the day off decided I would wash my car huge mistake coming here waste of my time and my hard earned money . Don’t come here this place does not deserve your business . The dials in the bays have stickers all over them it’s hard to tell what selection you have made so you stand ans wait to see if the brush turns on or the pre rinse kicks on all while the clock keeps ticking and your money slowly washes down the drain . Would give zero stars but that’s not an option .
