The young girls here do a fantastic job very friendly. And the car comes clean compared to most places overall highly satisfied definitely recommend this establishment for your vehicle washing needs.

Worst car wash ever. Instèad of hiring good looking girls to dry cars get some that know how to do it. Dried my truck windows with dirty towels and my red truck was covered with white soap film when I got home?

I went to get my car washed yesterday and after I drove away and went about my day I noticed that some of my chrome around my small back window was bent and sticking out. What upsets me most is they have 2 people wiping down your vehicle after exiting the car wash and neither of them let me know, I paid for the works plus a $5 tip smh . Now I know what the giggles were about as I pulled away. I was clear across town by time I realized it myself.

My niece went through and their car wash flattened all 4 tires and broke the tire pressure sensors. She was told by the employees after the event that they would pay for 4 new tires, but after new tires were put on they refused to pay for the tires and argued that the tires were not damaged by there car wash. Do not take your vehicle to this place.

Water used to wash must have been dirty. The $ top wash. 3$ tip no receipt. After wash windows were dirty. Windshield and paint felt gritty. Where it was wiped with towels there were dirty water spots. I've been there many times and this is my first disappointment

Good car was but gets a 3 do to customer services and respect towards customer property. The back of the vehicles never come clean unless u ask the attendant to spray extra (when doing so u get attitude but this makes it so I don't have to go thru 2) was rushed this last time barely even got pre spray since she was in a hurry. Now for the girls at the end this last time the towel left nasty oily residue on my windows. Only wiped the mid section of the car. Heaven forbid those young bones bend over slightly to get the whole car. When I asked the you child (child bc she had no respect for my personal property) not to drag her zipper down the paint heard this 4 to 5 times as she was toweling the truck she laughed and acted like it wasn't a big deal and said I don't think ibscratched it been trying to get ahold of manager since yesterday

Not sure what these other jokers are talking about cuz this car wash is da bomb diggity! For real though it’s been a while since I’ve seen an auto wash with people that dry the car at the end for no extra charge. I’m in Michigan and there aren’t many of those around. The auto wash machine is what it is and there isn’t an automatic wash anywhere in the world that will do a great job. The thing that makes an auto wash good is the people running it and supporting the service. The girl working as cashier here the day I came in was also the one who sprayed off the car and she actually took the time to get up inside the wheel wells and spray the car off really well before it went into the machine. That is critical for success. Full disclosure, I did tip her 5 bucks but I feel like that is standard. There were also two super cute girls on drying duty that did a very thorough job drying off my mini van and shining my tires. If I ever come to Oregon, OH again in my life, I’m definitely stopping at Soap City! (Unless I’m driving my Tesla in which case I don’t let anyone touch that so no offense).

I never really got my car cleaned here. I paid for it to be clean, but after I paid it looked like water was just sprayed on it. I will say the new spot down the road is a much better spot to get your car washed and you can use their vacuum cleaners for as long as you like for free.

The girls barely dried my car, leaving spots, and the tire shine was sparse and unevenly applied. They had the nerve to come stand at my window (expecting a tip, I assume).

I was here Thursday Jan 9th at 5pm and the attendant took time spraying the car (which was COVERED in bird poop lol) even stopped the track to really get it clean and everything!! We love seeing people take pride in their work. Thank you so much!!

The car wash did an ok job. Dirt still on the car, black marks on the top. The teenagers that were supposed to shine the tires and wipe them, did a horrible job. They were too busy talking and worrying about their looks rather then doing their job to the fullest. Will not be coming here again. Waste of money!

The manager lined me up bad and the machine ate up my rims on my newer car - my exterior has been gross ever sense it was washed . I have come back just to record the experience for legal purposes and to use my free car wash ticket at the same time if the machine doesn’t do it again I still won't come back but thank you Ford for the complimentary car wash I love my car .

It's older, car was was adequate, missed spots. Kids drying car will wipe over dirt. So don't take new car with nice paint job
