★★★★★ I pay a monthly fee of $40 for unlimited top-tier car washes. However, the location in Bowling Green, Ohio is often quite busy, which unfortunately means I frequently do not receive the top-tier wash I paid for, and this is quite noticeable. I wanted to see if this was a company thing or just a greedy owner, so I visited the location on Navarre Avenue in Oregon, Ohio and it to was very busy at the time I was there. Still, I most definitely got the top tier wash I pay for. At the end of the day I like white water car wash, $40 a month for unlimited top tier washes for me is a good price. Unfortunately the Bowling Green location is ruining it. There's a reason customers pay for the added products and when we don't get it because an employee is just too lazy to hit a button or the manager or owner is too greedy and orders that the customers receive less than what they pay for on a busy day is unacceptable. I haven't said anything about it, but do I really need to, I mean they know what they're doing and if it happens again I will end my membership along with the seven other people I know that will follow suit immediately. If Bowling Green can get it together by the next time I visit, I will remain a customer, if it happens again ever, I will be gone. When I get what I pay for I would recommend.

★★☆☆☆ Car wash is crappy. It doesn’t get the car clean. Doesn’t dry the car. Great if you want a decent wash because your car is dirty and you need to get some dirt off. Definitely not great for trucks.
