I have been going to the Higley/60 Superstar Car wash for many years. I have seen Justin for several. He ALWAYS takes great care of me and my Lexus!! He's always so friendly and kind. Have been going to this location for many years. It is close to my work and home and frequently does promotions. This past Saturday they were serving up free tacos outside, doing give aways, and playing games with sponsors. Inside they were also promoting a puppy rescue and were doing adoptions on site(Love this!). This location offers everything you could ever need from gas and oil service to full detail car washes and all your snack needs. Upon arriving they made me aware they were busy and offered to give me the same value express service if i didnt have time to wait for full service, which i did. Am subtracting 1 star because there was still hair in my shifting boot and also because they dont offer any way to tip the cleaning staff without cash. Otherwise this is a great all around location and ill be coming back for a long time

Jason was very polite with helping us out and getting us taken care of! ETA: 1 hour later after leaving this 5 star review I am editing it and changing to 1 star,if I could do zero i would. Jason working the front was awesome, I won't change that. But I picked my jeep up to my windshield shattered,my light bar stretched off on both sides,the wiring to the light bar ripped out. All they say is they cant cover "add ons". Last time I checked the windshield was a part of any vehicle. When I dropped my jeep off it was super dirty,we did hit some mud holes. They made us aware of the $10 fee and we were fine with that but they ask you to do a review for a discount before you ever pick your vehicle up. We got the top package plus the $10 fee. The jeep still had mud on the outside. Do not recommend.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I had a can of soda explode in my car and I went to SuperStar to see if they could clean it. I told the employee about the soda and asked if they could clean the roof of my car, but later as i was late for work. He said they could and i would need to purchase a prepaid interior detail. I went back with the prepaid detail and a different employee told me they could not clean my car and he could not refund my money. I spoke with the manager and he told me the same thing, basically the other employee was wrong but i cannot have my money refunded. I emailed corporate 3 times, still no response to any of them. So I DO NOT RECOMMEND as they only care about tricking you out of your money .. NO Ethics .. NO Care for customers. ================= Update: SSCW responded to this saying to go e-mail corporate, using a canned response. They didn't even read my post in which I commented that I had ALREADY sent 3 e-mails with no responses!!

First off, love superstars unlimited wash Love most locations. This one however has disappointed probably for the last time. Was told my jeep was too dirty to go through express wash tunnel. Fair enough its been raining and had some mud on it. Then Justin informs me I can pay for a full wash for wich he said he'd charge $80. Fairly sure the express and the full both use the same wash tunnel but apparently $80 makes my jeep less dirty. Luckily for me there are several locations to choose from.

This location appears to be lacking in customer care and value. Even the manager seems indifferent to the issues that arise here. I purchased a monthly car wash, but the employee who sold it to me entered my license plate information incorrectly. Consequently, I was unable to use the express service on multiple occasions and was instructed to go inside to resolve the issue. However, the purpose of purchasing the express service was to avoid having to leave my vehicle. I went inside and had the issue corrected, and the manager added a sticker to my car, assuring me that it would work thereafter. Unfortunately, the issue persisted, and the employees seemed unwilling to assist me while helping other customers. I had to go inside again to report the issue, and the manager attributed it to internet problems, despite other customers not experiencing any issues. Notably, I have handicap plates, which seemed to be disregarded by the staff. This lack of customer service and care for loyal clients is disappointing. I have decided to take my business elsewhere, as there are other car washes in the area that offer better prices and service. It would be beneficial for the owners to reevaluate this location and provide additional training to the staff.

I’m writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the experience I had at your Higley and Baseline location. I traveled over 40 minutes from out of town—passing at least 10 other Superstar Car Wash locations—specifically to take advantage of your full-service detail, based on the positive reputation of this site. When I arrived, I was told the systems were down. I rolled down my window to ask a simple question, but before I could finish, the employee abruptly repeated that the systems were down and said, “Probably until the end of the day. Now keep on moving,” while signaling me to leave. That response was not only unprofessional but outright disrespectful. It is unacceptable to speak to any customer in that manner, let alone one who went out of their way to visit your business. I wasted over an hour round-trip, only to be dismissed rudely and without any attempt at customer service or empathy. I understand that technical issues can happen, but there is no excuse for poor customer treatment. Based on this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere—to Cobblestone or Jackson's—where I trust I’ll be treated with courtesy and respect. I hope this issue is addressed immediately with the staff at this location, as this kind of behavior reflects very poorly on your brand.

I paid about $40 to have my car washed and cleaned on the inside. I was really disappointed in the lack of quality of work. I took my car home and cleaned the stuff they did not. If I had wanted to do it myself, I wouldn’t have paid to have someone else do it.

DESTROYED MY REAR WIPER! Completely tore the unit apart! Brought this to the attention of the manager and he offered me some free washes! Why would I want to go back! The manager had me fill out a customer service report explaining they would reimburse me for repairs but then read his comments and he printed “match repair price for detail service” Not what he had said verbally. He defended the damage by saying they have a notice in front of the wash denying liability for damage to vehicles. HE THEN ADMITTED DAMAGE HAPPENS ALL THE TIME HERE! If you use the premium services you never see this sign. Only if you use the express lane. Trying to get in touch with corporate online customer service they ask for to much personal info. I don’t have a frequent wash membership and that is what they ask for. No live access no email access. They have all my information from the paperwork I filled out at the car wash. The form was on top of maybe 30 identical forms on a clipboard. Must happen a lot like he said! Of course now they want me to contact them again. Balls in your court!

I have been bringing my cars to Higley and Baseline location for 8 years and they provide the best carwash! The 2 managers Fransico and Kyle are the best. They always make sure its a thorough job. I definitely recommend this wash for full service and the express wash.

Took my 2018 to this car wash and it took my bumper off. Manager claimed it was my fault..His attendant saw bumper intact prior to wash. Didn't offer to replace. Takes NO RESPONSIBILITY!!!!!! New car for me. Never had problems before this place. Stay clear of this place. !!!!!!!!

everybody that works at this location is SOOO extremely nice, unfortunately they are terrible cleaners. it barely looks like the inside of the car was done. none of the center console was even touched (cup holders, shifter, open cubbies, radio), the doors still had visible dirt and dust, no vacuuming the mats, don’t think they opened the doors to do the back seat, didn’t even put in the air freshener. overall very disappointing. not worth it to buy a “package”, just get the cheapest one available and do the rest yourself
