I have no idea why this place is getting a four star rating. The car wash itself has no soap, it’s just water, the dryer when it tries to dry your car is very weak so your car is still soaking wet. The vacuum’s by the side wall are shut off or none of them work. When I finally got to the ones that are functioning, they are very weak. They don’t pick anything up. I too of that it was $7??? There are a lot of competitors out there for $5, $6 that work way better. I was in the area so decided to go in because of the rating....I would say it’s probably worth $1. Avoid this place!

Came here earlier this week for a quick wash. Very cheap and affordable. The wash didnt even take all the dirt off the back, left soap marks from poor drying. My rims were still dirty. The vacuums had weak power. The customer service was absolutely unacceptable, i felt robbed of my money and will not be returning.

I’ve used this place before many times. And was accepting to what I received. With the understanding of nothing is perfect. But today I went and my Truck is absolutely no cleaner than before I went. Today I went and paid my money for a wash and got a poor clean. And was told basically oh well. Lesson learned. His employees will cost him customers with their poor customer service. Did received a 2 dollar coupon not planning to redeem PS. Washtips, sideroller, hangwash and a blower was not working.

Carwash experience was average. This location get your car clean in a pinch. I usually get the express wash, about $6, when I don't have time or money to get a full detail. I have not had any negative customer service experiences, they do have a sign posted that has a time limit to use of the vacuum spaces. And I would suggest watching each light they have because anything over $6 you may not get what you pay for. If you see something let the cashier know they'll be more than happy to assist you.

This used to be one of my favorite places to go get my car washed but lately I've noticed that the vacuums pressure is not what it used to be an I have tried all of them!!!!!! So I went back and it's all bad first off when we get the 11$ car wash with the Lady who works as the cashier she always gives you a little tree air freshener but when the guy is the cashier he doesn't, this last time it left my car all wet the blower didn't do anything but noise and I was about to vacuum and the worker asked me to move to the other side because he had to put up the vacuum hose and I asked him if the vacuum hoses on the other end work well he said yes and they DID NOT have any power So don't bother waisting your money there!!!!

Ironically I’ve met the manager here at my place of business, getting parts for his car wash. 1 time in particular he was so great full of my assistance he told me he would give me a free car wash. And as a man of business. I never redeemed it. Because no money is made in handouts.. today I went and paid my money for a wash and got a poor clean. And was told that it’s tough, basically oh well. Lesson learned. His employees will cost him customers with their poor customer service. I recorded it for my records.

The place looks rubbed down. The parking lot was really dirty, trash and debris everywhere. I selected the “Ultimate Wash” but it didn’t wash the back of my small SUV 🚙. And my hubcaps were still really. I spoke to a very polite attendant and he explained because it’s not a hand wash those are the results. He was very nice in explaining it, he even gave me a hand towel. The rest of my vehicle was spotless even from driving off with my vehicle still wet.

This place is a rip-off. The washing machines are ancient and ineffective, actually damaging my car's paint. I complained to the manager, who showed zero concern. Do not waste your money or risk your vehicle here.

Unprofessional! Do not come here! I asked for a refund because there were no vacuums in the parking spots and they looked at me like I was stupid and said “the vacuums are free” with a wash, which I paid for. They manually added a vacuum to my spot. When I walked out and their friend said “my car wash came out messed up” and the person in charge said “you sound like her”

I drive by this place every day on my way to and from school and always wanted to try the wash out on my car. My car was dirty of course and wanted to wash it for the weekend. I got the highest wash which was only $11 dollars with a free vacuum of course. After vacuuming the car, I noticed my hood had a scratch going up the hood I also noticed a crack in my windshield. I was so struck by pain, I tried to convince myself not to cry. I broke down with tears seconds after that thought and notified the cashier who appointed me the manager. He came to the car and ignored the scratch, and started off the conversation with the crack created from pebbles On the road. He basically didn’t know what to say besides it not being their fault. He showed me a video trying to convince me I drove in with the crack on a pixelated monitor recording. He raised his voice at me through out this whole situation and was very disrespectful to a young 21 year old who approached this situation in a calm manner. It is indeed sad to say this man could not atleast demonstrate customer service skills or respect. He as well withheld a number to an higher official I can contact such as a corporate number or business owner. I will never again support ANY car wash drive through again because of this poor situation.

I got the ultimate wash for $12 after vacuuming my car I realized my car was still dirty so I went back to see if I can drive back through. The cashier told me that his car is dirtier than mine and I should’ve gotten a hand wash. I told him I won’t be returning then and he rudely said ok! $12 wasted and I wouldn’t suggest anyone go to this car wash.

Don’t waste your money! First time bringing my car for a wash / vacuum. Never again, vacuums don’t work and after the wash I dried it and seen scratches on my car, paid $10 to get scratches and not a clean car. WASTE OF MONEY. Don’t want it to happen to any one else

I came here today because it was close to my job and it was affordable, I bought a ultimate wash for $12. Everything was going well until I was finished and I hopped out of my vehicle to dry it. I noticed a lot of new dents and scratches caused by the machine. I confronted the cashier, he came outside to inspect my vehicle and immediately kick me off the property, he didn’t want to answer any questions and told me to come another day for the manager. All I wanted was a refund and some sort of apology for the damages caused. I don’t recommend you guys coming here, spend your hard earned money were it’s appreciated!
