Best prices in the Gardena area. Service is fast and efficient. They also give you a card that they'll sign with each wash, every 10th wash is free. I'm there every week.

WORST PLACE TO GO !One of the workers is trying to let me pay 100$ for a 60$ service. So what he did was he charged 60$ on the terminal and 42$ in tips. Don’t go here! They’re gonna try to burn you. BEWARE!! YOUVE BEEN WARNED

I got a regular car wash. When I went inside to pay I asked if I could get my rubber mats washed also. The man at the cash register said yes and changed the total amount on my receipt. I paid $3 extra for my mats to be cleaned. I waited for my car for over an hour. When I was told that my car my car was ready I noticed water spots and tree sap still on my car. I asked the man drying my car if he could clean it off. He said oh that's water spots. I asked if he had something to clean it off. He said let me get the manager. I looked inside my car and noticed the mats were still dirty and I said oh they forgot to wash my mats too. When the manager came out he immediately started yelling at me. I told him I paid for my mats to be cleaned. He said you only paid for exterior not interior. I told him he needs to talk to his cashier. He started yelling about how much it cost to clean the mats. He took my front mats to be cleaned and not the back. When he came back I asked what about the back mat. He started yelling you listen to me and I told him you listen to me. Talk to your cashier. He told me that I was talking too much to him and to stop talking to him. He took my back mat to be cleaned. He never said anything about my car still being dirty. I asked the man that was drying my car if I could use his towel to finish cleaning my own car. I am not sure if they have a new owner but at this point I don't care. I will never come back here again.

I was looking for a new total hand car wash, which would address the unique needs of my aged vehicle, and I completely lucked up trying VIP Detail Service #2, located on Marine Avenue. The manager, Freddy, made sure my vehicle was detailed exquisitely, and I left with the both the interior, and exterior of my vehicle looking almost brand new!! The time it took to finish the complete detailing of my car was impeccable, (1 hour), considering they shampoo'd and armor all'd the interior, (to include all the car mats), waxed the exterior of my vehicle, and refinished my headlights to a new car finish. I will definitely be a loyal customer from this day forward, and recommend anyone looking for the same professional hand car wash results, to give VIP Detail #2 location a try.

Was charged $300 for interior and exterior and was thoroughly disappointed. The interiors were "washed" by a guy lazily rubbing water from a gatorade bottle? How is that sanitary? They failed to wiped down so many surfaces and aspects of my car. The exterior still remained dirty even after their "polish". The guy used the same towel for exterior and interior so I see residue on some surfaces of the polish. $300 is robbery for the services they DID NOT provide. I'm a working parent. I'm trying to maintain a clean environment inside and out of my home for times like these. I have the receipt and pictures of how they failed to do their job. Will never be coming back for services here.

First off, I wouldn't have came here if I wasn't pressed for time. When I was paying the guy came up with a different price and I asked how is that?! It clearly said another price. Then when I got in the car the console wasn't wiped down at all. The car still had dust on the dash and wasn't vacuumed good at all. So you ask yourself what exactly did I pay for? This place is a rip off. Never again!!👎🏿😡

I have been coming to this place for awhile now I cannot find myself coming here anymore.First they charge the same for a mid size truck and a full size truck regardless of what their pricing chart says on the side of the building which is medium size SUV and truck 30$ and full size SUV and truck 35$ and also if your vehicle is extra dusty it's another 5$ on top. Before I would tell them not to clean the windows and not to add protectant to the seats and would get discounted like 2 dollar's now the response I get is " well that's your choice were still charging the full 35$". Also they've become more pushy on their detailing their always trying to get you to purchase it.

Love it here. Best hand car wash around and very economical.. The people that work here do a good job at cleaning the car ( exept the owner he need managing skills). I only gotten the basic wash and sometimes the spray wax.

I was very disappointed. I have brought my SUV there before because it was recommended to me, but this time it was not completely clean like it should have. I paid $30.00 for wash/no wax no inside detail. I was not Happy for the service but I gave a tip.

Love it. All of the personal were friendly and helpful. They remove a large scratch on the bumper of my car. Small place but my car was left very clean. Better than the larger car wash. Would recommend.👍

Their prices increase and their service quality isn’t the same anymore. I went in today for a car wash and they didn’t even properly clean the inside of my car good. They didn’t vacuum it good or dry my car good. I could still see water on my car and had to tell the guy to dry it again. I been coming here for years and it as a big disappointment today. If they are going to increase prices then their service/work quality should too.

My first time coming to this place for service. Entry to the location was tough, as place was small. I paid for a $45 car wash. I have been to other places and knew what to expect for $45 when nowadays a simple carwash was $30. Carwash was done in less then 1hr. By the time I left, I noticed there was water spots on the right side of my car, and thought nothing of it. I brought it to the attention of the attendant and some acting manager said these water spots are can only be removed by detailing, detailing costing $200. I went to a friend who knew about cars, got the water spots off in 5min. I returned to this place the next day to bring the oversight to the manager. The so called Manager, ignored my concerns, belittled me as if I have never been to a carwash, made me out as if I was not willing to pay for service. I did not get the correct amount of work for $45. This place will do a shoddy job to promote their detailing service. My humble car is a 2019 Toyota Corolla. The manager actually said to me they service higher end cars like Mercedes or Teslas, diminishing my concern for a simple carwash. In my opinion, this place is a CHEAT. They do not listen to concerns, belittles women and humble cars. Save your hard earned dollars and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. It is my opinion that the CHEMICAL GUYS in Torrance would do a better job.

I have been a loyal customer for over 6 years. Our family has 4 cars, we are washing them every other week. Today I went to get a car wash for my daughter's car. It's been sitting outside parked for over 2 months, because of that it was extra dirty. I am familiar with cars and I knew the dirt was going to come off easily with a regular wash. Now they want to charge me 40$ to wash the car with special soap. I insisted for a regular wash and they refused service. He lost my business for all 4 cars. They are always pushing for extra details.

Be careful with this place they price u up and if you're dressed nice they charge you more they went from 20 to 40 even on little cars kia , don't let them take advantage of you I try to leave after saying no for $40 Car Wash and they said the gates were locked and they were waiting for the keys then they said let's do it for 35 and I said no that's fine and they had me there waiting for 15 minutes to someone came and open the gate.

I paid $50 for a hand wash with conditioner inside and out. The entrance was a bit hard to find, especially for a first-time visitor, and the place looks a little run-down. There was only one guy running the show—taking cars in, helping to wash, and handling payments. Despite that, the wash itself was solid and I have no complaints about the quality. That said, I’ve had just as good a wash for $45 from roadside car washes, and they were quicker. Nothing stood out as exceptional, but no issues either. Good service, fair result, just not the best value for the price.
