The customer service is so bad here, do not go there unless you want to be treated very bad. they are to busy doing nothing to help anyone. Gas.propane, drinks,snack are sold on every other street corner do your self a favor and go someplace else

Worst carwash ever!!!! Then on top of that you have to pay to vacuum. I been too many others and they charge the same price for a carwash with free vacuums. The spray wash does a horrible, horrible, horrible job! Will never came back!!!

Worst customer service ... employees are ignorant of. Mayor credit cards regulations, store employee refuse to provide a refund on a pin debit transaction, will report to Visa As they are clearly not following mayor credit card regulations... avoid this place bad customer service ...bad attitude of employees

Would take American money. 12:oo am , 2:00pm, 8:00pm, and more often I was denied gas because I had a $100 dollar bill. They always say we don't have change! But I'm watching people buy gas with cash!!! BS Chevron employees. Send them to school, to learn how to count. And tell them that American Money Hundreds too bitchs is always good!!!!!

The gas station is clean and brightly lit however nutrition's has pumps on the east side of the station were not working properly which delayed us for about 10 minutes. Instead of simply moving our pump, they walked us through the process of continuing the process.

The one time i try the $12 wash is definitely the last time. I recommend you get the $8 wash because the $12 wash leaves your car horrible!!! My car was left with soap stains everywhere. Dryer doesnt even dry the car right, leaves waterspots.

The worst experience ever. A cashier was talking to his friend when I went in, he acted like I, customer is interrupting their conversations. I need a car wash. He acted irritated, pointed options so fast that I couldn’t even see which is better. I couldn’t talk cuz my throat was swelling. That made him more upset that I felt he was yelling at me. I went to the car wash and pressed the code, it was invalid. I went back and told him he is so rude. The other customer who don’t know what happened said I’m the rude one interrupting his transaction. I know I should had wait. But I was already upset at cashier’s attitude. And a guy at cashier said ‘people from 3rd world act like that’ then that cashier was laughing! Now I understand how people can’t talk feel. And how people can be mean. Btw, I’m a Japanese woman. Cashier, and other guy weren’t white... i will never go back. But thx to a female manager, tried to calm me. There is a good woman in all bad guys.

Always friendly staff. Clean. Nice car wash that is touch free and works correctly. Don't forget your carwash card. So many punches and you get a free expensive wash. Also has a place to vacuum the car out. EDIT: They no longer use the cards but do use your phone number and send nice coupons to use on the car wash or different things.

I go here specifically for the touchless car wash. There are three levels, the most expensive being $10 that does an underbody wash, along with a sealant coating at the end. All three levels also include a dry at the end which is really handy. It's a great wash, but the line can back up sometimes. Since the parking lot isn't that big it gets a little congested if the line backs up with people waiting for the wash and people trying to pump gas.

Price is always a bit high, especially when there is an arco next door. But I do like their touch less car wash. I really recommend that... Not because it cleans super well, but you don't have to worry about scratches.

Male Asian cashier that works in the evening is extremely rude!! I literally pulled up and left my car running, asked him what time was opening for morning, he closed the doors in my face & stood there, I wasn't even trying to come in the store. Normally the female cashiers & the other cashiers are friendly but this guy was horrible...the world needs kindness, not rude & unnecessary obnoxious behavior...

The cashier named Gabby is very rude and unprofessional. It is abundantly clear she hates her job! I have had three separate interactions with her and they have ALL been the same. I understand we all have “off” days. However, for Gabby her attitude is never on! The only five stars she should receive is for being consistently rude.

I have the Exmile rewards and the cashiers never know or inform me of my free items.or the free specials. And the fountain machine is always broken. So I stop going there as much as I use to. wasteing gas to drive there. 😵💫

Came here for the Car Wash. This has to be one of the few drive thru brushless car washes that actually cleans well. Got the most expensive option and my car was didnt have any scuff marks or any spec of dirt like other drive thru washes. Though I do have to say that the air dry barely drys the car so bring a towel to dry off the excess water left on your vehicle.

This lady's service is terrible, and that's why I'll leave the video here, which speaks for itself. Her actions speak for themselves, and I'm thinking about hiring a lawyer to sue this woman for defamation and the corporation because the chemical stuck to my car's paint because the car wash machine, when it finished rinsing, which is the last step, didn't spray a single drop of water to remove the chemical. In short, I asked her if she could give me a ticket to get my truck back in, but her response was no. I asked for my $14 payment, and she said no. I told her to call her manager, and she told me to come when she was there. The problem is that this isn't the first time the machine has a problem. Every time I go, the problem has been because the machine dispenses soap twice, and sometimes the machine doesn't dispense any soap the first time, and sometimes it dispenses a little, and the second time it dispenses the normal amount of soap. And all I did was tell this lady to check the camera they have inside the carwash so she could see for herself that the carwash machine wasn't working because it didn't rinse the car on the last pass, and that's without telling her that the first time it didn't dispense soap, only the second time. Her conclusion is that she thinks I'm always complaining because I want a free carwash, when all I ask for is a ticket to take my car back in for a wash the same day, not to mention the fact that I'm wasting my time taking my car back in. I've been going to that gas station for almost two years now, and I always pay my $14 to get my car washed, and she's slandering me about wanting a free carwash every time I arrive. I don't have time to waste my energy like that, but today I took the time to leave this review and let the company's management know the type of service this woman offers. Even a witness who washed his car after me today, August 20th, 2025 -6:30 AM, told her that the machine didn't spray enough water to rinse the car. He told her that sometimes the machine also has a tendency to fail, but the lady at the register still didn't care. All she said was that I wanted a free carwash, lol. She even called the police, thinking she was going to harm me, and I told her, "I'll wait for them here." Thank God the police officer was professional and saw that I was calm and very polite. I explained to the officer that I'm paying for a service, and if the machine is giving me trouble, my duty is to tell the gas station staff that it's not working. The officer agreed with me. I thank God the officer saw in me that I just wanted what was fair, and I thank the gentleman who acted as a witness to tell that arrogant and unprofessional woman that the machine wasn't working. There's no way to download the video here on Google Reviews, but I'll go to Yelp and leave them a one-star review. I'll see if I can get the video on Yelp there so people can witness what happened.

Come here all the time to get gas and a car wash. Needed air in my tire this morning and the lady Janet would not give the code to turn on the air compressor unless I bought gas. Will not be using this station any longer. I use this station to fill my company work truck every time I get gas. Ridiculous.
