Just bought our daughter her 1st car a cute little 2012 red 128 I BMW, the car itself is BEAUTIFUL but it needed to be cleaned really well.. we got a good car wash but the inside had this smell I can't really explain it but everytime we drove it and I'm not in the car i have like a car smell on me it wasn't horrible but we notice it ... So we decided to get the car detailed, we with these guys! They were DOPE!!! THE SMELL IS GONE!!!!! IT SMELLES LIKE A BRAND NEW CAR!!! THEY DID A STUNNING JOB!!!! WE R SO IMPRESSED!! I had an infestation in my trunk of what I thought was spider mites in my car from some flowers I had removed from my father's grave. I sprayed Raid all throughout the trunk and left it for a couple of weeks. I drove the car and never saw anything spread to the interior of the car. Several weeks ago, I proceeded to take the car to get smogged and I saw cobwebs in the back seat and the passenger foot well. I backed the car out of the garage and proceeded to fumigate the entire car with Raid. I would have set off a bomb however I wasn't sure what that would do to the electrical and possible fumes from the gas tank. I sent out a request to several mobile detail companies to see what they would charge to detail the interior/trunk of the car and they all responded they did not do that sort of work (remediate pesticides). However, Super Soakers was the first to respond in the affirmative and said that an Ozone clean would be on order due to the pesticides. Steve came out the next day (Wednesday), surveyed the vehicle (noting that the smell was still very strong) and that the cabin air filter would need cleaning/replacement. I agreed and Steve went to work. When he was done, the car interior/trunk was like new and no sign of any odor. Steve informed me that what I thought were spider mites was actually a Black Widow and her offspring. He found the dead spider under the spare tire and eggs all in a web around the spare. I'm glad I didn't attempt to clean the car myself as I started to do because I definitely would not have looked under the cover at the spare tire, nor would I have thought about the cabin air filter. I took the car to get smogged a couple of weeks ago and the technician said the car looked great to be almost 20 years old.

Super Soaker Mobile = Best Car Wash. Steve is honest, professional and very knowledgeable when it comes to car wash/detail. My 2005 Honda Accord was in need of some major TLC. Steve gave it a complete interior detail wash, and let me tell you he went above and beyond. Having a 2 year old can be messy, and not to say too much but our kid had an accident in the car. Wow. It's been maybe 10 minutes since the detailer finished and I've called and told 6 of my family members and friends about the AMAZING job that was done detailing my horrendous vehicle. I've had about 2-3 years worth of dirt, mud, spilled drinks, spilled food stains, etc. in the carpets of my car and I was declined by 2 different detailing companies because of how bad it was. The stains on my roof were removed (not even lying I forgot that those were even there). My jaw was on the floor when I came out and saw my car!!!! I'll add photos of my before and after in the morning because it's CRAZY! They fully deserve to be a huge business because the service alone was phenomenal and the husband and wife who operate the business are truly wonderful people. Please do not think twice about contacting them for your detailing needs. The service and results are unmatched.

Steve was awesome. We just purchased a used car and wanted a detail so that we know it was clean to our standards. Steve was able to show me the process of how he steams the car to get all the dirt out and wash and waxed the outside until it looked new. Was not happy with the service I got especially for the price I payed. I called and asked for a complete detail focusing on mostly the interior and got nothing like I would of expected for$200,and the exterior for having It washed by hand was worst then if I ran it through a car wash. Wasn't happy for him taking all day to do. I would not use again or recomend sorry I dont usually give bad reviews but I feel I got ripped off
