This place used to be great and really detailed. It has gone down hill. They have older ladies who are just trying to earn a paycheck but arent physically able to thoroughly clean a vehicle. We spent almost $200 for a mediocre job on 2 vehicles. They get upset when you mention if something was missed, like an obvious coffee drip, a door clearly not wiped, or unwiped window cleaner. The outside wash wasnt great either. Though their prices arent super high, you get less than what you pay for

Horrible customer service! Very slow in the vacuum area. Very slow in the dry down area. This manager doesn’t give a damn about his employees or his customers! He works them so hard; one person to dry off cars! Ever since this place has been under new management from a few months ago the service is horrible.

Had a great experience. My friend threw up in my car and I got it detailed at another spot, but they did not do a good job. There was still a lingering smell. I took my car here and explained the situation.They helped me figure out which cleaning service to get and my car smells and looks so much better!

I looooove how they take their time as if they’re cleaning they’re own car at home, staff is so friendly and the shop is convenient and very clean environment. I have to take my car every weekend even though it stays super ✨ shiny clean just for the fact that i love the feeling when i get my car back the smell.. it’s like a got a brand new car from the agency lol . Really they’re work its exactly the name- super shine car wash. Fss! Thanks for your work guys!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently visited this car wash for a deep clean, but after the first round, my car mats didn’t dry properly and ended up with a lingering smell. I brought my car back, and Roxana, the manager, went above and beyond to make things right. She was so kind, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Roxana offered to rewash my car mats and even provided a free car wash to ensure I was completely happy with the results. This level of customer care is rare, and I have never been so impressed with how a manager handled a situation. Roxana and her team truly care about their customers and work hard to deliver a great experience. This location deserves all the business it gets – they’re dedicated, hardworking, and make sure you leave satisfied! Thank you, Roxana, for turning things around and making my day! I went yesterday to get a car wash I asked the guy to give me the $34.99 inside and out clean. So he talked me into $15 more and that they're really going to do an extra job in my cream leather interior. I told them are you sure because if you make that promise you really got to deliver and he said "absolutely it's going to be amazing as long as it's not cracked it's going to get clean" I said "I'm going to hold you to it". What's the one thing everybody does at a car wash you wait.. well in just a little while I'm told it's finished and I'm in shock what they didn't know is that I was sitting there watching. I came up to the car and I said but that's not clean so that little old man who was not the guy previously who upsold me, said give me a few more minutes I'll fix it. I don't want to start anything so I just got in my car and left because I felt sad for the guy that has a hard job but that was a $50 something dollar car wash. NEVER AGAIN. I'm questioning if the car even went through the actual Car Wash part.

For me it was the worst service possible Initially the communication was good , however the car wasnt washed properly so i had to come and ask to wash interior for the second time. I had to wash it by myself even though i paid 22.99 dollars for the service I asked for a refund and manager told me that i had to use more expensive options , if i wanted to do proper car wash. They even didnt vacuum my interior. At the end i decided not to argue about refund and just left unsatisfied. Its just a rip off and worst car wash i have ever been and never recommend it to anyone.

$23 for a basic sedan wash, nothing extra. At the end got the car very dirty inside. Look at the pictures I took after the "cleaning". It's very clear they didn't even wipe the dashboard. Used to be $11. Won't be back!

Manager is very unprofessional. No greeter or sales team. Facility is dirty and unkept. Staff is also unprofessional with the exception of the gentleman prepping the cars. I would highly recommend to NOT use this wash.

Recommended car wash. Normally I like to wash my car but I'm short on time. Saw their good reviews and decided to give them a try. Easy check in, though be prepared to wait a little. Otherwise a comfortable waiting area and a clean car at the end. Nice employees!

Super Shine Car Wash I got my car cleaned at Sagelane Auto Spa and Car Wash on San Felipe, and I was very disappointed. My car still had stains and a terrible smell from old food and spills—it didn't feel like it had been cleaned at all. I’ve been going to SuperShine (formerly known under a different name before it was taken over by new management), and they have never let me down. Unfortunately, relocating made it hard for me to return for a while. For years, this has been my go-to place for a deep shampoo and thorough clean. 🙌 George and Mo are incredibly friendly and always make sure the job gets done right. Today reminded me exactly why I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I was extremely disappointed in their work and will not recommend coming for their carpet shampoo service. I took my 5-seat Lexus RX400 to this place for carpet shampoo. They charged me $50+$10 for being dirty. Ok. They spent 5 minutes to vacuum the car which there were still trash left to be taken out. They then took it to machine car wash. The machine left lots of soap marks on the car which you must wipe it down yourself. Then the car carpet was serviced by a small vacuum machine which it stops vacuuming and requires clean up often. There was only one person and one machine. They quickly sprayed the carpet and started vacuuming. Then quickly moved to the next spot. I was watching the whole process wonder why they only shampoo it once. I pressed down the wet part showing dirty water and they just used the air to dry out the dirty water on the carpet. The whole process was less than an hour for $60. I showed the unfinished work to the manager, they just denied the cleaning can be done more. They refused to issue any refund. I was the last customer before they close. They handed me the key and started closing the shop. Too bad that I paid by cash. If I paid by a credit card, I would definitely make a dispute on their service. I was extremely disappointed in their work and will not recommend coming for their carpet shampoo service.
