BEWARE OF THEFT!! During my police report the officer said "this is one of many theft reports at this business, the owner is always uncooperative, and there are no camera" What happened: I emptied my trunk and took my beach chair and portable speaker out and placed it where the employee directed me. A few mins later a few of one of the employee's friends walked by and stole the speaker from right under my nose. I went to the owner a few mins later after I confirmed I didnt misplace it and he tried speaking broken english like he didn't understand, and then ignored me. After calling the cops the owner all of the sudden speaks the Kings English (perfect english) and makes up some narrative about how the guys must've snatched it and ran. No they didnt run, I confronted the group while they were on your property and then went to the owner and he did nothing. They remained on his property for 20 mins!

The location might throw you off at first but the guys running the car wash are solid and they are the only hand car wash in Honolulu that is ready to take care of your car quickly. They washed my car quickly and paid attention to detail. Plus, the price was very good. If you have a car that you care about enough that you don't want to run it thru a machine wash at one of the big car washes in Honolulu or Waikiki, these guys have got you.
