I messaged several businesses on Yelp for an estimate to remove and retint the rear door hatch of my SUV. Others were coming back with $160-$260+ and Infinite’s quote was well below that. Staff was super friendly and they worked on my car right away. Since I had just bought this car (used), Sheldon showed me the CarFax. I am very satisfied with the work they did and will use them again when I decide to retint the rest of the windows on my car. Best service I’ve had with a tinting company!

A post long overdue!! Sheldon is a dime a dozen. He definitely offers a one stop shop!! At the time I was looking for a place to remove my tint so that I could complete my safety. Out of the 9 places I contacted he was the only shop who didn’t give me a hard time about the hassle of removing the tint being that the other tint shops had refused to remove the tint I had on previously, Sheldon didn’t ask me to call back later on in the week or some type of run around. He was prompt and efficient, he had asked me to come within the hour and all while setting up a time to meet, He also referred me over to the guys at A1 auto next door to him to get my safety completed and offered to put on a fresh set of tint once my safety was completed and this was all in a day. So I was ecstatic. He’s very friendly, understanding, communicates well, His shop is clean and has a designated area to sit if you choose to wait in store for your car. He is very knowledgeable of the vehicles he tints and speaks with lots of experience. Very affordable and he exceeds all expectations definitely makes you feel confident about the service Sheldon and the team at Infinite Auto provides. Sheldon and his team have been a great help and since then I have taken 2 of my vehicles to him so far and I have 3 more to send his way lol. Infinite Auto Services is Amazing. I had an amazing experience with Infinite Auto Services! Sheldon took such wonderful care of my vehicle from start to finish. The ceramic glass coating he applied is a game-changer — no more annoying water spots on the glass, and it looks flawless. I also had my windows tinted, and I can’t believe the difference it makes — the car stays so much cooler now, which is a huge plus, and I will be using less power to cool the car from start. On top of that, Sheldon went above and beyond by giving my car’s exterior a thorough cleaning, which was such a nice bonus. The attention to detail and level of service are truly outstanding. I couldn’t be happier.

I purposely waited two months to write this review to see how everything turned out and I’m happy to say it’s all as perfect as the day it was installed. I knew I was in good hands after I asked my 50th question about tint percents, ceramic coating, and PPF and Sheldon was still responding despite it being 10 pm, 8 am, lunchtime, and happy hour. Sheldon’s customer service impeccable, he’s responsive at all hours on Yelp messages and is knowledgeable about his craft. Ultimately I went with Infinite for the customer service and because his shop did tint/PPF/ceramics. If you want all of these things, there aren’t many places that do it. I drive a Kia EV9 and I was a bit skeptical of all the shops because the car is in its first year and therefore nobody would have any experience. Sheldon knew this and recognized it and asked to keep the car longer than he normally would to make sure everything looked perfect. I think many shops would just try to get cars in and out without that kind of care. Also, the day I showed up to pick up my car , Sheldon said he had re done the tint on two of my windows because it wasn’t to his liking, no prompting at all from me, which showed me his level of precision and perfection. I will mention two other things, not to air dirt, but to try and show that Sheldon has great customer service: - I found a tear on the interior of the frunk. I inquired with Sheldon and he said he would look into it and talk about it with his team. Instead of just saying it wasn’t there, it was my fault, etc, he actually took the time to hear the concern. Ultimately we concluded it was likely there prior to delivering the services and not caused by them. - We also did our Nissan Leaf at the same time. A few days after we got the vehicle back we noticed small bubbles on two windows. He immediately scheduled us to have them redone with no questions asked. These things happen and it’s great that they stand by their work. I was impressed by Infinite’s services and have already recommended them to friends. I have no doubt I’ll being my future needs to Sheldon as well.

We had an awesome experience with Infinite Auto Shop. After having a bad tint job done at another shop, we came here to have the old tint removed and redone on our Tacoma. From the start, they were professional, responsive, and really took the time to make sure everything was done exactly how we wanted. The quality of their work was immediately noticeable. When we later noticed a few small air bubbles, we reached out and they got back to us quickly and took care of it with zero hassle. Their communication, attention to detail, and willingness to stand behind their work truly made us feel taken care of. After I got my new car, I was shopping around for somewhere to get my windows tinted and I am so happy I found Infinite Auto Services! From the start Sheldon was always super friendly and helpful. Setting my appointment, going over pricing, and what kind of tint I wanted was so easy. I was able to set an appointment for the next day. My appointment was at 9am and my car was done by 12pm! I had an excellent experience with Infinite Auto Services in Honolulu. They installed ceramic window tint, applied ceramic coating to the glass, paint, and wheels, and the results are outstanding. Sheldon was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions, and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. You can tell they really know their craft. My car came out looking fantastic -- the finish is beautiful and you can immediately see the quality of their work.
