I just simply haven’t had time to clean my car, inside or out. It’s also hard to find the time, on top of it all, to take your car someplace then leave for a couple hours. Fortunately for me, Thirsty Cars is essentially across the street from me! I didn’t make an appointment online like I should have, but I had the day off and knew I would be around all day. I gave them a call and they fit me in, no problem. Left my car and came back a couple hours later, and it was like a whole new car! My car was pretty filthy inside and out, and it popped when I walked up to pick it up. More impressively, though, was the attention to detail to the little things that most places wouldn’t bother cleaning, ie water spots, undercarriage, etc. My wheel wells and bilstein shocks were actually clean…amazing! Thirsty cars did a great job, money well spent and worth every penny. Saved me precious time I don’t have these days! Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Been trying to get my car detailed for a month with different companies - at the end of the day none of them wanted my money and wasted my time. THIS PLACE WAS AMAZING! Amazing customer service and they did a great job. They were even able to fit me in the day after I called. Highly recommend

I will never use Thirsty Cars again. When I dropped my vehicle at Thirsty Cars for detailing about a week ago, the touch screen radio, Bluetooth, rear camera, and phone charger were all working. The manager confirmed that the radio screen and rear camera were working when I dropped it off. When I picked up the vehicle from Thirsty Cars at about 530 pm that day, none of those above-referenced items were working. The manager confirmed he noticed that the radio screen and rear camera were not working when he backed the car up after the cleaning was done and before I picked up the vehicle. I paid Thirsty Cars over $260 for a car detail. While the interior looked very clean when I pickup up the vehicle, the next morning in the daylight I saw that there were still dog nose smudges on the rear window, the rear view mirrors had a thick coat of dirt and spots, and the area behind the front right tire was covered in dirt. The owner tried to fix the touch-screen radio but couldn’t and paid for the diagnostic test at the dealership. However, he refuses to pay to get my vehicle repaired although it seems more likely than not (at least to me and some other people I’ve discussed this with) that something that his workers did damaged the machinery that is now not working. I brought my vehicle to Thirsty Cars for it to be cleaned and detailed. What I got instead was broken machinery and a car that was not fully cleaned. It is going to cost me about $660 to get my car fixed after bringing it to Thirsty Cars!

I took my car in with a heavy coat of pet hair all over the ground and seats. It was a big job and they totally crushed it. Employees were super nice and were able to get the hair out. I was very satisfied with the service and fair price. I definitely left them a well deserved tip and recommend using this service. They saved my car from a disaster and now it’s like new. I owe them a lot of gratitude for their hard work. Only regret is not tipping them more. Thanks guys 🤙🏼🤙🏼🤙🏼

I had an appointment at 12 today at Thirsty Car. I showed up on time, waited around, and ended up leaving at 2:15 PM with my dad — and not a single call or update from anyone before that. I even tried to call by myself! Then the guy tells me, “Oh, I called for extra help but couldn’t get any.” Seriously? If you know you can’t finish something in 1–2 hours like you promise on your website, the least you can do is call and let me know. Instead, you wasted my time — over two hours — and acted like it’s no big deal. If you can’t deliver what you advertise, maybe fix your booking system instead of wasting people’s time. Never again!

Best car wash from Waikiki going East. Here’s some thoughts: - easy to book an appointment online - friendly staff, easy to pay with card. - don’t go here if you want a super fast car wash. They take about 45min to do a basic inside and out was for $35 and do an amazing job. Enjoy the wait, the results are worth it.

Been going here for years but the new staff is horrible. I was just threatened told not to come back and called me a clown? Arrived for my appointment that he couldn’t find. I showed him my text so he said ok I can vacuum it. After I got all the stuff out I put it where I have for long time and he told me not to put the car there he will do it. No big deal then I walk my dog and he moved it to other side for the young man to wash it. Young man did it alone while he was going back and forth to a jeep someone dropped off. Then he took off in the jeep. I texted my contact there telling her what was going on. She said she would ask him I asked not to because I didn’t want him coming at me. After I paid the young man went towards buildings and wasn’t there. The other one came waking towards me in an aggressive way. He said I seen that review you left, I said no I was just asking your supervisor why you left the young man alone. He said I went over there? I didn’t see where he went he just left in a jeep. Came back and started helping the young man. I stayed calm just said yeah was just asking why you left and only one person working. He still came towards me and felt threatened so I called Hazel who was very kind but I was going to call police and I told I will have to call police if he kept coming at me and I won’t come back. He said don’t you ever come back you clown??? I hurried, put stuff back in my car and left feeling unsafe.

Showed up to a scheduled appointment at 9am and waited for 15 minutes. No staff on site and all calls went unanswered. Very unprofessional and disappointing, as I had arranged my day’s schedule for this wash. Finally received an unsatisfactory text message response 2 hours after my appointment without a makegood for the inconvenience. I had been a regular customer that spent over $1K in ceramic coating, detailing, and wash services here, but I’ll take my business elsewhere. Would’ve rated 1 star but their previous work was good, so bumping up to 2 stars.

Got a “shipping clean” it’s not, my car wasn’t clean by any stretch, two kids and dog and cat and 3 years of sand on a busy nurses schedule. They assured me they could get it shipping ready with a shipping clean. When I got there, the guy immediately tried to shame me for the state of my car and tried to push me into a deep clean. I told him I didn’t come ready for that with time of money, I just need to get it on a boat and shipped to Kentucky. He said that’s fine, they could make it happen. Not even. There are places they didn’t even attempt to touch inside, out side was immaculate. I had expressed the inside was the most important aspect and it was still dirty. The carpets in the trunk were wet and not vacuumed, dash still dusty and had a finger swipe on the screen, however, the mats were pristine. I wasted 2.5 hours of my time and $180, which should have been the main indicator that this wasn’t what they said it was, but again, they assured me that me that it would be what I needed.
