This newly rebranded Texaco is a good place to pick up a drink after tackling the many trails in the area. Big property with convenience store and car wash. Air and water for your car is available on the east side of the property.

They have a no mask no service policy and are serious about it. Watched a cantankerous lady working the front counter refuse to serve a lady who refused to wear hers. It was awesome. I love her and want to adopt her as my grandma. I think I'll call her "gammy."

Horrible experience at the car wash. Paid $9 and it literally sprayed water for 1 minute and then told us it was done and to exit. No dry, no wash, nothing. Guess that's their way of making a quick buck. Not impressed. Avoid this place.

This place has gone downhill. One of their credit card machines is cracked and I was cut sliding my credit card in. When I told the girl inside, she didn't even apologize that I was visibly bleeding from their machine and said she was busy with a phone call. Think her name was Leanne. That was a month ago and they have yet to fix the credit card slot. The dryer in their car wash hardly works anymore and your car comes out soaking wet.

The car wash literally tore off a part from my tailgate, I did not notice it till I got home so I went back to Chevron to retrieve my missing part. The worker inside walked out with me to the carwash to get it, and there it was being rolled over by all the other patrons of the carwash. Needless to say it was not repairable. She then told me to call the owner George by 7am because he gets busy throughout the day. Went there 2 days in a row and left my number for him to call since he wasn't there at 7am. In the meantime I took my car into the dealership to get an estimate for the piece and all together it came out to about $500. George finally calls me back 3 days later, and was so rude about the matter saying it was my car and not the carwash. Even the dealership was surprised at the damage it had done. George ended up hanging up on me without even an apology. The carwash doesn't even use soap or clean the car well. Never going there again!

I just moved to the area. Whoever worked on the overnight on 6/17/22 was the rudest lady I’ve met having been in Hawaii for over a year now. She was treating the lady in front of me like gold for using a hundred dollar bill. I simply asked how the air tire worked. She was RUDE. Then I asked who was above her she said “God”. I’m Wiccan. That’s not a good look to bring religion into your customers experience. She tried treating me like a peasant. She didn’t say anything remotely calm or kind. She also looked me up and down and said “ what do you need help with.” Lol how does this lady even have a job there?

I had an argument with the woman at the Chevron in Hawaii Kai. She actually cussed at me, while I was having a violent allergic reaction to her perfume (coughing, I turned around as not to cough on her) while paying for my coffee. I went out the door and she followed me out to go back on her smoke break. I turned around and said, Oh one more thing. I forgot to buy a car wash. She said, "You're pissing me off! Why do you keep coming back if you don't like my perfume?!" I had explained that I have an allergic reaction to certain perfumes and I was making a list of which ones they were. She had Proudly told me that it was called Si. During her chiding of me in the end, she said, "Don't worry, you'll never be able to afford it." I looked it up; a 5oz bottle at Giorgio Armani is $140. I don't know how she figures what I can afford. I was taking my 4th van for gas and a car wash, and she's working in a gas station.

Went in for a car wash. The clerk had his family on the phone and he was FaceTime them cutting up laughing cussing carring on w FaceTime Having fun with his family on FaceTime yelled at me a couple times fine fine yeah I know I got a sign my name OK but I don’t know if you’re talking to me or your family G back in the day there was such a thing called customer service and you recognize the person that was handing you the money to keep your business going now you just got a wait around till they acknowledged you to take your money, and good luck with that because they’re too busy on their phone. They’re either down looking at it and don’t know you’re standing at the counter or like today. The guy was FaceTime in his family, cutting up and joking while he’s taking customers money and completely ignoring us just taking our money and doing his own thing. Wow wow wow what a cool job to have.

This is probably one of the worst gas stations on the island. I've lived in Hawaii Kai my whole life and you know how you can tell the owner is shady, he doesn't put up prices on almost 90% of the items inside the mini mart. A lot of the customers are tourists so he's taking advantage of tourists because he knows that most people won't put the items back after they've been rung up. No aloha whatsoever. Especially when this guy buys most of his items at Costco every week and then charges 500% of what he bought it for. I get it, we all are trying to make money. But at what cost, the cost of ripping off locals and tourists. Do better and be better!

Roast beef sandwich on organic bread, might top a lot of sandwich shops on island..! Super good! Musubi’s always on point too. Also some fruit and miscellaneous snacks that aren’t just completely empty calories. A go to on the way to the beach or work. Should’ve taken the pic before I ate most of it. But it’s too good

This gas station 50% of the time gives you receipts at the pump, 50% of the time it doesn’t. I like the car wash (like, not love) and periodically just add it to the purchase at the pump. Last time I went there I didn’t get the receipt, and as a result didn’t get the code for the car wash. When I went inside to ask for it they said sorry, we don’t have a receipt for that transaction?! Uhhhh what? It just happened 1 min ago. So the sorta smartass kid was like here, here’s a receipt (as in not really yours, but take it anyway). I responded but there is no car wash code! He’s like sorry dude, but you can buy a car wash right now if you want. I did, stupidly believing maybe he was correct. He wasn’t. I was charged for 2 car washes.
