First time in LA where we drove and had a vehicle. Really needed a place to wash the car and man what a great experience here! Car was absolutely spotless inside and out. The service was above and beyond, I love seeing people take pride in what they do! I’ll definitely be back, and spread the word.

The worse customer service experience ever! I would never come back here & don’t recommend this car wash at all. I had a basic cleaning before & was not happy. But I didn’t know if any other place & was in the area so I decided to come back again for getting my passenger side carpet shampooed. Isabela is a very unprofessional, rude & unkind. She refused to do one side shampooing because she assumed I will not going to be happy. Then she recommended $170 for all the carpets for all the carpets to be shampooed. It’s very expensive price. I asked for discount or coupon & she said no. She said she can maybe do $5 off. I left disappointed, didn’t get my car washed & spent over an hour. While I was deciding the vaccines my car and she charged me $10 If her customer service was good I would have dine Business with her. But being that rude & unprofessional & assume I will complain I didn’t do it & will never go there again. In my life I have never received a terrible customer service. This was the first place I came to. I called Mena hand car wash in Hollywood & they told me $80 for all the carpets. I don’t recommend this place at all. The lady is very rude & high price.

This is the best car wash on Ventura Blvd. For being a hand car wash they move quickly and the quality is always good. I seldom have to mention an area that was missed like I do at other washes. Great for luxury cars to avoid scratched from the machines. Price is fair as well. Try to come in early when they open if you want a quick wash.

The lady at the register was extremely rude. It was my first time leaving my car with them and I just asked if I could buy coffee… she rudely blurted it doesn’t work. 10 minutes later I asked her if I should tip and how much should I tip. She rudely said you tip the guy who worked on your car. Then I said, why are you being so mean. Every other employee else seemed fine. I’ll take my business elsewhere because of that one lady at the counter on Monday, 5/29/2023. Get some customer service manners. I literally dropped $150 for a car wash. Definitely not coming back because of that interaction.

TERRIBLE customer treatment. Long time customer for 7 years. They wanted to charge us extra to replace one of their sponges. How is that cost on the customer? Is that not worked into the cost of the car wash? We asked for a simple basic car wash and the manager walks up to us and without any attitude from us they said “just don’t cry about it when we finish”. Who says that to a customer who is kindly asking why there’s an up charge for a new sponge for a basic car wash. Never supporting them again. Looks dirtier and warm down more now than it used to. They charge premium prices but don’t upkeep the business and charge for minor tools and supplies like sponges. So odd and a terrible practice to try and upsell. We left without getting a car wash. $20 plus the new sponge fee and a tip would make it well over $35 for the BASIC car wash. No thanks. Buying my own sponge.

1-price 1-service 0-detail 0-cleanliness 0-timing Really liked that it was 100% handwashed. However, they missed several spots on my car and even scratched off paint and tint! They threw out my insurance paper but neglected to throw out the bottle cap. Just please save yourself the drive.

I’ve been searching for a good hand car wash for months and I’ve finally found it. I paid $45 and got my exterior spotless, leather waxed and everything vacuumed. I’ll definitely be making this my regular car wash.

Don’t go there, finally decided to wash my bmw i4 here, 40$ wash with exterior and interior, they did a bad job, two guys were finishing the car, I even gave one of them extra tip for double checking, this didn’t help, the left car with many little spots and some areas of the front bumper they even didn’t touch I asked for women at check out to see stuff they left on my car, so she looked and said oh it’s a tree sap , I’m like ok, I know it , why you guys left it, so she said because I need to do one more wash and wax will remove it , total unprofessional bs While we were talking I remove it with quick detailed spray 95%, I can image how quick it will be with proper spray or 91% alcohol And it’s ok if you want more money to remove it, but they didn’t tell me before and after, they just said cool, your car is ready This type of people should never touch any car.

I’ve been coming here for 14 years, and it genuinely saddens me to say I won’t be returning. Over the past year or so, the quality and care have gone noticeably downhill. Most recently, they dented my car and refused to take any accountability. About a year ago, I referred someone here and they cracked her windshield—again, with no ownership taken. On top of that, every time I get my car washed, I end up having to point out multiple areas that were never cleaned in the first place. It’s disappointing to see a place I trusted for so long decline like this. Unfortunately, I can no longer give them my business, nor can I recommend them to anyone. I truly hope ownership takes this feedback seriously and uses it to make meaningful improvements.

Don’t waste your money here. I have no clue why they have the word “hand” car wash in their name. It’s not a true hand car wash detailing AT ALL. They take your car behind the building where it goes through a basic drive through wash. We all know those never get dirt off your car fully like a wash mitten does when you actually wash by hand. I didn’t notice until I got home that my car still has a layer of dirt specs all on it, especially the front and back. All they did for $65 was rinse it off and vacuumed the floor mats. I have the type of floor mats that snap into place with the floor of the car through two snaps. So I noticed they were too lazy to even snap my floor mats back into place. They just threw them back into the car crooked and all. I also noticed how they didn’t even wipe clean the little ashtray area where most people keep coins in. My windows are full of streaks and not clean as well. My back right passenger window on the outside has dried spots on it from what looks like a soda slashing on it. I flagged this to them to get off, so I needed a little elbow grease put into that area to get off but yet it’s still there. I guess their definition of a hand car wash is just wiping the car with a microfiber towel and rinsing off the car….

If you want to get your car detailed I would AVOID this place at all cost. Save your $260+ and go to a place that actually specializes in car detailing. I just purchased a used Tacoma and wanted to have it fully cleaned because it was quite filthy. I paid $260 up front for them to detail my pickup truck. They kept it for 4hrs and when I arrived to pick it up it was STILL filthy. The ashtray was FULL. There was still so much trash and debris in between and under the seats. Found out they don’t even remove the seats to clean underneath and between them! For $260 thats the least I expected them to do! My vents were still dusty. I slid my fingers on the vents and my fingers were coated black. The bed of my truck was filled with debris annd a puddle of water and when I brought it to the manager’s attention he told me they don’t clean the bed of trucks. HA! So for $260 what exactly was done? Initially, what they offered me was a free $30 car wash and a couple of free air fresheners because of the terrible service. I had to fight tooth and nail just to get a fraction of my money back! I did not want to write this review. But if this review saves at least one person from disappointment and wasting their hard earned money then it was all worth it. I wish I had photos but my phone was dead the moment I arrived. Please save your money and spend it where you’ll get quality service!

I waited 10 minutes to have my car vacuumed. I have been here an hour and my car has not been washed yet. I am sitting in the chairs provided and a worker hand washing a car just sprayed me with a hose. All for 24 dollars, the base price of a wash. 30 with tip. I will never come back here.

I honestly don’t understand how this place is still in business. I’ve now given them two chances—first time they were super busy, and I thought maybe that’s why the job was rushed and sloppy. But this time they were slow, and somehow the wash was just as bad. My car still had dirt, streaks, and spots all over it. It looks like they barely even tried. For what they charge, it’s a complete rip-off. Definitely never coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who actually cares about their car!

This used to be my favorite car wash that I went to consistently for over a year. After today, I will never return. I paid $60 for a hand wax and wash, interior and exterior. When I was given my keys, they turned out to be someone else’s. I didn’t realize until I was about 30 minutes into a 1 hour and 10 minute drive home. Because of their mistake, I had to turn around and drive 30 minutes back in worsening Friday traffic, just so another customer could get their keys and be able to drive home. That meant wasting gas, losing time, and then having to restart the entire 1 hour and 10 minute drive home again in the middle of Friday rush hour. When I returned, there was no direct apology, and the situation was handled with confusion at the register. On top of that, the interior of my windshield was poorly cleaned, with visible streaks and haze that became especially bad as the sun set. This is the main reason I had been coming here in the first place. The wash was refunded, but the combination of mishandled keys, wasted time and gas, lack of accountability, and poor workmanship is unacceptable. I will not be returning.

This is an excellent Carwash. They take such great care and clean the car inside and out with meticulous detail. I love this place. It’s better than any other. I’ve tried they even clean my son’s car seat, which is absolutely filthy and there’s crust and chips to clean out! Every time I leave this spot, I feel like I have a brand new car all over again it’s like Magic. I come back here as much as I can. 💖

IF I could give this place a NEGATIVE STAR, I WOULD! I’m EXTREMELY disappointed with my experience here. When I came to pick up my car and got inside, I honestly couldn’t believe it. The interior looked exactly the same as before. I went back and asked the employee who handed me the car if the inside had been cleaned, and he casually said “yes.” That left me completely confused, because I truly couldn’t tell what part of the interior was supposedly cleaned. I’m posting photos so others can see for themselves. I had already heard that this Studio City Carwash wasn’t good anymore, but I was short on time between work appointments and this place was closer than the car wash I usually go to. I gave it a chance — and I regret it. I will never come back here or give this place another try. The negative reviews are accurate. Please don’t waste your time or money. What’s even more disappointing is that when I clearly looked unhappy and started taking photos, no one offered to fix the issue or even asked if I was satisfied — something most professional businesses would do. I usually tip generously, but I couldn’t even bring myself to tip this time. I honestly don’t understand how this business is still operating with this level of service. Very disappointing experience overall.
