The main service was great! But- the free car wash? Not so much. The guys running the car wash were not very attentive…especially since it was my first time going through. I waited for the attendant who finally came out of the building and brush washed the front windshield of my car and the car behind me…then disappeared. After a few minutes another guy came out and stood inside the building and attempted to direct me into the building - but I could not see him very well due to all the soap on the windshield! Once I got in…he disappeared. I sat there for an uncomfortably long time with no one directing me when to move forward. Apparently, I sat there too long because another rinse cycle (?) started and a guy came out frantically waved at me to exit the building . My car didn’t even get the benefit of getting dried. As I pulled away and looked through my rear window…that window was as dirty as it was when I drove into the wash. I guess you get what you pay for?! (And the attendant didn’t even retrieve the free car wash ticket from me. I’m certainly not interested in going through that experience again!!!)

I was impressed by Ray, Madison, and Jerson. All three worked well together to make sure everything went smoothly. They worked as a team and that was a great thing because that way they can service all their customers in case one is busy or either working with other customers helping out. Working together is a really important way to take care of customers. After everything was done Madison called me and asked me if everything was still going well.

Just love these people. I woke up with a tire that was at 10 psi (that is too few psi, in case you didn’t know) Got it to Stones and they were crazy busy! They sent a shuttle to drive me home while my tire was patched, so I didn’t have to sit and wait for it. When it was all done, a nice kid came and picked me up. And the total bill … $35!

We were very happy with our service at Kia for our 2025 Telluride. We were able to get an appointment that was convenient for us and when we got there they took us right in. The waiting area was comfortable and beverages were available. The reason for the four stars is because the sticker that tells you when you need the next service was incorrect. It showed that it was more than 90,000 miles to the next service, and we only have less than 5,000 miles on our vehicle. That could have been detrimental if we had followed the sticker.

This is the second review I have left for Stones Kia in Idaho Falls. They have been the best dealership I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They are never pushy and make you feel like they are genuinely there to help where needed. During my first service they had things that were recommended to replace based off of mileage but advised me that they as only a recommendation and not necessary at the moment. They have wonderful customer service and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I really like the service I get at Stones Kia in Idaho Falls. They treat me with respect. However this time, it was different. No text to let me know my car had been taken back. No text with the link to the inspection results. And when I went to check out, I was shown my serpentine belt and told it was replaced. It was bad, but it's my car and my money, it would have been nice if I'd been consulted before it was replaced.

I've had a KIA for years and have always had great service for the most part. Last week when I had my K5 at Stone's, I was having an issue. What might have turned into me having a change of attitude towards KIA was turned around 100 percent thanks to one of their amazing employees. Her name is Tanya Jolley. She went out of her way and beyond to help me. I appreciate all she did for me and the results. Every company needs to have Tanya type employees. Thanks again Tanya and to the service department.

Car decided 300 miles from home was the time for the ICCU to fail. Had it towed to the nearest dealer via KIA app 70 miles away to Stones KIA on a Friday afternoon. But Stones KIA got the car in the following Monday and within a few days communicated the issue. A week out on the part. No issue as I had returned home in one of my other vehicles. It was repaired and Stones KIA was great to keep the car till I could return two weeks later. Picked it up Labor Day weekend and it has operated perfectly since. Will be driving it home later this week. Fingers crossed it stays that way. Thank you Stones KIA for having a technician that could repair an EV so far from home.

I had a warranty issue on my plug in hybrid. The service department was so helpful and quick about getting the issue fixed and Tanya was especially amazing to work with. She also noticed my car was due for some routine maintenance and had it scheduled at the same time as the warranty repair, so I didn’t need to make two trips in what would have been a short amount of time. Very glad to have such a quality service department close to me so I don’t have to take my car to somewhere much further away.

Excellent service. We took our KIA Telluride in for routine maintenance. They discovered a few issues that luckily were covered under warranty and a recall notice- also covered under warranty. Tanya Tolley was our service representative and was outstanding. She was clear and concise, explaining all the issues and kept us informed during the repairs. The service was completed by the end of the day. We live in Driggs so that was much appreciated. We were driven home by Ivan as part of the courtesy shuttle. He was friendly and engaging and a pleasure to talk to. We highly recommend Stone’s KIA.

We noticed that one tire was indicating low pressure and stopped to have it checked. The service writer was very efficient and the staff took it from there. It was quickly determined that no repair was needed and we were underway with no charge and even a complementary car wash. Many thanks.
