Only 1 cashier, waited in line for 15 mins while she rang up 1 person, as the line grew longer. Manager was there but never once helped cash anyone else out. Even though this one is very close to me, I'll drive the extra 10 miles to go to Grand Ledge.

Sometimes organized, sometimes cluttered. Sometimes short wait, sometimes not. The parking lot is horrible. No designated spots for the disabled and more potholes than pavement.

The morning employees, one woman particularly, really should not work with the public. She clearly hates her job and is only there for the paycheck. Every single time I have gone into the store in the morning she is soooo rude. I even went 5 minutes after opening time and she had to unlock the door for me, she acted like I WAS INTERUPTING HER. I will go to a different store every time even though it is very inconvenient for me. Her attitude makes this store trash.

Poorly stocked. Employee had headphones in and took a phone call while cashing me out. She then asked me to fill out a survey! Not only was this cashier on her phone (Deja), so was the other one! In my opinion, customer service has to be top notch to earn business, and this was a terrible failure.

I came in to shop today for the first time. The trainee "Aisha" and her manager were extremely rude and made me feel uncomfortable to shop there. I will not return simply due to poor customer service, and handling the items I purchased as if they want to break what I'm purchasing was ridiculous. Yelling through the PA system was ridiculous.

I was actually surprised, because this store is not in the best area of the City, but it had the cleanest restroom of any Dollar tree I have visited from St. Louis MO. To Clarksburg WV, and the People working there are very helpful, and sweet.

The cashier is rude as can be. She does not greet me, doesn't say Hello, doesn't say have a nice day or even good day or good by. I have heard her & her sister talk about me. Her sister doesn't even work there, but she's always there talk to her sister, then when I get to the front, the sister goes to the office. The worse Dollars Tree I've ever when to. I don't go there any more... The only reason for a half a rating is cuz I had to, I rate that store a Zero..

I absolutely LOVE the dollar tree, Yes $1 for EVERYTHING. They have TONS of great products and only a handful of not-so-great products (cheaply made), but if you take the time to look at the quality of the product you are buying it shouldn't be an issue and should definitely not stop you from shopping there!

They always have what I need for the right price :) There's a cashier there, Caucasian maybe 50's 60's she wears black glasses (I'm pretty sure she usually wears glasses), slender build and has black short/medium length hair, she has to be the nicest, patient and understanding cashier I have ever met in my life. I even heard another customer tell her how pleasant she always is when he's there. She ALWAYS makes my shopping experience pleasurable. She

Because of Dollar Tree's very low prices, most items are around $1.00, this isn't your grocery store. But, if you're wanting a snack, or something to drink, or if you need incidentals, Dollar Tree rocks. It my personal favorite place for snacks. Also, five (5) Ramen noodle soups costs only $1.25. While at Family Dollar it will cost around $2.50, or more, for the same item. Dollar Tree is where a penny pincher goes to save money.

Was at this location approximately 7:20 pm on 7-8-22 and experienced the most rudest action of an female employee. There was a line of customers waiting behind me, me being the first in line . This female cashier walks around the other direction and asks the male cashier to ring up her items. While we wait. Excuse me ma’am that’s not how things are to to go. Without us customers, there would be no you. You being in a customer service position of all people should know this. But I guess not. very rude to say the least. Whomever is in charge of the hiring, at this store should definitely look further, because this is not it. If I could have given 0 stars I would have

This Dollar Trees location is kinda shady! Nice friendly and knowledgeable employees that work there. Make sure that you lock your car doors before going in though and make sure you pay attention to your surroundings because theres definately alot that goes on in that parking lot🤷🏾‍♂️

This one seems to Always have the shelves pretty packed. Good staff. The place is Always clean. Except yesterday. Not that it wasn't clean, they just had Alot of stock in the aisleways not put away yet. Wish was nice to see.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at my local Dollar Tree, a store I frequent regularly. Yesterday, I spent over $60 at this location and later realized that one item I paid for was missing. I have the receipt as proof. When I called the store to request a replacement for that single missing item, the morning manager and point-of-sale representative were rude and unwilling to assist, stating they could not help because they were not working the day prior. This response was both unprofessional and unacceptable, especially since I contacted another Dollar Tree location on Cedar with the same situation and they were able to accommodate and replace the item without issue. As a Black woman, I found this interaction particularly hurtful and felt I was treated unfairly by the two Caucasian male employees. I shop at this location often, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I hope this matter is reviewed to ensure consistent, respectful customer service moving forward.
