It was built great and it was a good business it was buisy but that was ok for them to be busy that meant that they are a go to car wash so i would definitely refer a friend to go there to get there cars cleaned up for sure.

Failed to clean the bird poop from my car. Immediately took a squeegee at a gas station to clean it by hand with very low effort. Also charged me for the most expensive wash when I didn't order one; fortunately it gave me everything for the expensive wash.

Dont use your debit card here. My card was charged $10 for about $3 worth of car wash. Other people playing loud music and little toddlers running around unsupervised, climbing all over the trash cans/vacuum area.

Very well-maintained, well-lit, self service car wash. The washing bays dispense the wash products as advertised, the vacuums work well, and the place is generally free of litter. Better still, never have I encountered a pan handler here nor anybody offering to dry my car off (with a greasy dirty rag) for $1.

I used the automatic wash and purchased the ultimate and it did nothing but spray water on my car :( ! I'm very disappointed because I never had this problem before!! I reached out to the number posted on the machine that I swiped my card on; hopefully I get a call back!!

It did the job. The wash has a card machine buy the vacuums don't. That was kinda disappointing because I don't have 8 quarters for a vacuum. I'd use it again tho

I’ve been twice, both times I’ve beg I’ve used the soap brush. I’ve had it all soaped up and then as soon as I go to use the water to power wash it off it stops working it takes your money. Every time and there’s not a correct phone number to call to get your money back.

Wash gun connector was broken. There is no way to cancel a wash. They have their card button set to add money and time instead. Their phone number is invalid, so I will have to dispute this charge with my bank. How fun. Avoid this place.

I paid with my card, and 3 minutes was only $3. They bill what they say, which is rare for an automated service. I'll be stopping here when I don't have time to do it at home.

I did not appreciate the worker allowing the person that had already been through but didn't like the job the car wash did Skip in front of me. It was super super super super super super super super busy that day. It was the first 40 degree day we had of the year. I did not appreciate being basically told that my time was not valuable.

personally i like that it’s touch free, so expectations should account for this. it’s not going to be the quality you’d expect if you are having your vehicle detailed. but it’s not slapping bristles or mops all over your vehicle. which absolutely does abrade and overtime degrade the finish, that should be indisputable. but do i think the $10 top tier option has an outcome commensurate to it’s position, not even a little bit. though im not able to provide knowledge that the lesser tier options include use of the forced air dryer (other area auto touch free car wash providers only activate this option on the higher cost tiers) so YMMV regardless, the steps prior to the dryer are ineffective at leaving a clean surface free of visible dust/contaminants. but if you’re using automatic washers you’re prioritizing quick and easy not a high quality outcome. there are self serve bays available for you to attempt to achieve that for yourself. in the end if the lower cost options include use of the dyers then they may provide better value for money. but that’s TBD and largely subjective to the individuals expectations and level of scrutiny. ultimately, the car leaves better than it arrives. luckily i’ve no intention to enter my daily driver in this years event at pebble beach so it’ll be fiiiiine.

I went there twice in two weeks and both times went to use the brush halfway through my wash and no soap came out. Needless to say, both times the car dried off dirty without being able to use a brush. Seems to be an rip off outfit. Almost like they never replaced the soap anytime in the last two weeks. No attendant on hand and a garbage phone number.

Everytime I go there the machine eats a minimum of one quarter ... Except for this last time.. I thought I'd be smart to use my card and got charged $10 for 6 minutes rather than the $2.25-$3.25 (depending on how many quarters it eats... But it's supposed to be $2) for 4 minutes... Hopefully they'll correct it, but it obviously looks like they're just trying to skim extra money off every customer and hope the don't notice... Nice.

This review is for the non-automatic side of the car wash plaza. To be honest, it’s a great wash compared to a lot of other stations around Columbus. Tons of different washing options, decent PSI on the water wand, and non-muddy wash bays. First off, the scrubbing wand had tons of wash foam and clean bristles. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been to a wash bay and the scrubbing wand has been long overdue for full replacement. The pre-foam conditioner is nice for pulling a lot of the heavy spiked dirt that’s beneath your clear coat. Looking at a few other reviews, it is posted that there is a minimum for using your debit card so beware. It’s also clearly marked if issues arise to call a specific number. My favorite part of the wash is the hydrophobic rinse. I always have a few microfiber towels in my car but this greatly helped with the water beading on my car to ensure proper drying. The only downfall was the price on the vacuums... $2.00 for two minutes. You have to hustle to try and get your car vacuumed out. All said and done, I spent $7 and my car looked like the pictures attached. Better than any moo-moo or auto-wash for a hatchback.

The automatic bays are about the only thing that works at this place anymore. Out of five normal bays today the 4th, only one worked. And most of the time the credit card readers don't work. Just bad to go here anymore.
