It's sad to say the quality of the service of this car washes diminished over the years quite a bit. The new people are lazy. They will wash your car and then when it's still dirty because they didn't take their time doing it and just trying to rush through it. They don't wanna wash it again and blame it on potential they got sprayed on your car. Right when it's clear that it's pollen. Just want your money. And you go on about your business. This is my second time I've had this issue. When I hand wash my own car, everything comes out but with them, it's always an excuse. Do yourself a favor save your money. Don't come here.

I live around the area and have been here several times. Each time it gets worse and worse and price is very expensive for the work. Do not go here! Also, they don’t maintain their property at all. Dirty! Look around you - the area is developing. You should paint your fences and the upgrade your signage to be in line with the community around you!

Unfortunately there is no optin for zero stars. If could give this business a minor star I would. I wanted my car detailed only on the outside and waxed. Iwas charged a 70 dollar fee plus tax and gve 11.23 dollar tip as. Total of 86.11 for a 4 minute botched service about 5 or 6inites after I paid and sat down on a chair outside my car pulled up to the right of the shop and I saw my car and 3 men were just drying it by hand. I was thought it was odd and to fast but stayed quiet. I did not jump the gun assuming they were done, and then be told they were only drying it to start with the wax. To my surprise they were done indeed. The guy waved at me and signal it was done. I tried to question it to no avail . They either did not spoke English or chose not too. They walked away unhappy to say the least. If you go to this place bring a translater so you can complain and maybe get the service you paid for. A total rip off. Consumer beware !

I brought a car to wash it at "Splash Hand Car Wash" by the address" 726 Richmond Ave, Houston, TX 77057" A service and a quality is poor here. Take a look at pictures how they wash car. When I called a manager that I am not satisfied with a quality he was rude and said I need to pay extra $5 to clean each mat. I paid $20 for a cleaning and expect al least clean up mud and dirty spots Not sure that I come over here again or would recommend it place to my friends

Got my car full interior detailing - Charged $150 and while they said it takes 2 hours they managed to wash/wax several vehicles in between and it only took 1.5. The cleaning is decent but what irks me is a black sticky residue that is now left behind on my shift stick and steering wheel. There were also several missed areas and general lack of attention to detail. Which is surprising because of the service I requested - full interior DETAILING. never coming back here again - better to hand wash and save the money and hassle.

The car is cleaner than it was I don’t understand how you can have 6 people working on a car and still miss spots. So I get home and just do a touch up. Thanks for cleaning my car. The wait was less than 5 minutes. It wasn’t too many people there.

I came here today because I was hoping to find a hand wash closer to home than my usual spot. I paid for the executive wash. Honestly the homeless guys with a squeegee and a dirty bucket of water on the corner could have done a better job. I'm pretty sure this is my first negative review I've done but this place is garbage. $30 plus tip and this is the service you get.....never again.

I am not from Houston Texas. However, I did stop in for the Kendrick Lamar and SZA tour that was last week. I rented a vehicle off the Turo app per usual. I always return my rentals with a full wash in and out even if it is not required. This location was literally 2 minutes from my air bnb which is why I settled for it. The price that is charged for a basic and/or executive is ridiculously high! I am from Chicago and I go a hand car wash called Brothers. They charge $24-$30 for a "complete " car wash which includes the interior and exterior plus the tire shine. This also includes vacuuming and washing your mats and wiping everything down. Splash charges $30 bucks for literally water to be sprayed on the car with some soap and that's it. Splash version of a complete is $47 bucks round it to $50 that's insane! The prices need to be lower if you ask me. I gave two stars because the service was fast and somewhat decent. I still had unclean spots inside.

They damaged my car and they blamed me that I did it. They were very rude. Also they said they have a camera and I requested that they view the camera. The guy at the cashier said” You are going to wait until I attend to all my clients before you see the cameras” Basically, I’d have to wait till the day is over before he would attend to me and he said there is nothing I can do about it. I am very hurt because I have been coming here so many times but they still continue to treat their customers very unprofessional. I have witnessed them treat people badly since I have been coming here but I never thought they’ll treat me this bad. They basically blamed me for it. Smh

Do not go here. There’s a way better spot across the street. Paid for a $53 interior vacuum and detailed shine and got these results… First of all, 3-4 of the workers spent almost 30 minutes physically inside my vehicle. Which I assumed would mean it’s going to be spotless I immediately find this.. and I’m not sure what cleaner is being used but it removed the black from my console. Should’ve checked reviews first so hopefully whoever sees this is reading it before they wasted $ and their vehicle got torn up

I always come here to get the basic wash, and wipe down inside for my Mercedes. I’m usually satisfied because they are quick and well they clean it enough in my opinion but this time I saw the worker struggling with my gas pump and I go to check, the gas pump panel is broken!! I let the guy in charge know and he tells me that they do not touch the gas pump, which is ridiculous my gas pump was fine prior to coming here… basically now I have to get it replaced and fixed with my own money! I will never come back to this location.

I USED to love this place cause they used to do such a good job and I would drive 30 minutes just to get my car washed here. I will never come back after today's experience, my wife and I brought both of our car today for their wash and wax special which clearly states includes vacuuming. First off they increased their Wednesday special price by quite a bit (used to be $35 just few months ago) now $50+ depending on the size of your vehicle. I haven't had time to get my car washed for months and that is my fault but the workers could had told the manager/boss that my vehicle requires extra work and cost extra before starting the cleaning. They wash and wax my car but it still came out dirty and said it's because I haven't washed my car for months that I need detail cleaning which will be another $200 on top of the $50 which I already paid. If I knew that before they finish with my car I would had brought it elsewhere. $250 for detail cleaning when they cant even do a simple vacuum seems like a ripoff to me. I declined since I had a doctor appointment that was cutting real close so I had to leave and I clearly ask the manager if my car was vacuumed because they missed it in the beginning. He told me yes so I got in my car and drove off. When I finally had time to look I see that they did not vacuumed anything, my interior is still dirty. Total paid for 2 vehicle is $115 and I regret every dollar spent.

Second time I have come here and the owner guy is so rude and has zero customer service skills. He tries every time to up-sale me or rip me off for better words for a wash that is 23.00-26.00 and says it’s 48.00. When his menu clearly says other wise. My husband spoke to him once via the phone and corrected his fees, because my husband is a regular he knows what is menu reads. Just so odd every time I come he tries to scam me and is beyond rude. I wish I could give this place zero stars. Needless to say never giving him my business again. Not worth the wash, the way he speaks to people and the way he tries to make you feel less than because he wants to make money. Awful business tactics. The crew they were lovely I feel so bad for them.

I paid for a premier cleaning that costed $63 it included shampooing and everything within and outside the car. I want to say they lasted 15 to 20 minutes cleaning the car totally inside and out and I was suspicious. The car was not cleaned on the outside only wiped down and the inside was only cleaned in the major spots where is very visible. Everything else was left as is. The leather in the seats were wiped down, but the suede In the center was not cleaned. Looks like they just wiped it down and quickly passed the vacuum. The outside of the vehicle still had visible dirty marks. This will be the first and last time ever going there. Do Not Recommend waste of money
