It was our first time in today and we loved that they hand washed everything but we were really confused when the guy that was walking with us through the tunnel waved us on and told us to finish going through the end and out. We left with a soaking wet car and have water streaks all over it. I’m seeing where it’s supposed to be dried by hand but no one told us where to go for this to be done after going through the tunnel. Like I said we loved that everything was hand washed and made clean we just hate that we were left hanging and have really bad water spots. If we can be told where to go to have the car dried we would love to try again at some point. Otherwise we’ll go somewhere that has a dryer lol

Nothing to be done about long lines but the younger guys working were more focused on their phones which slowed the process. Total time spent was 33 minutes. The young man that was supposed to dry my car barely took notice of the job and looked at his phone the entire time and just casually ran a cloth here and there over the car. Definitely not worth $22 The older gentleman appears to be the only one of the 5 that actually does his job.

Not worth the $28 they said it will get melted after the temperature goes up,the owner and the dry guy won’t want to clean it and they tell me it will by it self I will not recommend and is the second time they are getting worse every time

9/7/24 - another awesome cleaning and as always the owner right there making it all happen. Always worth it!!! All I can say is, wow!!! Full service for cleaning my car and an incredible price. The owner is hands on and when we got done talked about a monthly plan they have. I'm definitely going to look into that. Highly recommend

Saturday was my first time there, the young man that came to my window first explained every single detail and I knew exactly what to expect. My car is black and they assured me that only microfiber cloths are used. The DETAIL that was put into this wash and dry was UNREAL. I was literally escorted through the rinse tunnel so I knew exactly how fast to go next time. (The chains were down that day) They made sure I was 100% satisfied before I left. It did not look this good the day I drove it off the lot. Don’t waste your money anywhere else.

The ownership might have changed, yet the new proprietor seemingly shows little concern for the washer bays, as they remain unrepaired. I believe only one is operational now, and it tends to spray more on you than on your vehicle. I've heard the owner assure that repairs will happen tomorrow, but that tomorrow never seems to arrive. They offer the drive through car wash if that’s what you’re looking for.

10/10 could not recommend this place enough. They always do such a great job from handwashing the car, to hand drying the car… and they are so patient walking with you as you drive through the tunnel after then hand wash. - They are always so careful, and respectful of the cars too. If you need a wash definitely give this place a go!! (And ask about their unlimited monthly wash plan!!)

Reading through other reviews before posting my review. Zack and Luke did an excellent job getting the many months of bug guts, dirt, bird poop, and such off my car. They even managed to minimize what I thought was a really bad scratch that appeared 4 inches in length to barely an inch now. They even sprayed under my gas door, but only after asking if I had a gas cap. As far as getting a hand dry, wasn't aware I could get that, but it's okay, the dryers at the end of the tunnel did fairly well. My daughter and I stopped by dumpster to clean trash out and used a towel in my car to wipe the door frames because of the "mud" that was there, but that's expected. I have used this car off and on for years and have never been disappointed with results or sustained damage of any kind. I did notice there are 3 reviews stating their car sustained damage from the high pressure washer wand, 2 of those have pictures, the funny thing are they are identical and there are 2 different reviewers. Looking at the pictures I found it hard to believe that a high pressure washer could cause this damage. Folks if you're not happy with the service, move on try another car wash and quit belly aching over 1 bad experience. Thanks Ralph for taking the time to notice the heavy coating of bug guts on my windshield and making it to where I can see clearly again! 😉

I recently visited Splash Express Car Wash. They hand washed the outside of my car, then sent me through a tunnel and then I had them detail the inside of my car. The inside of my car was just as shiny as the outside. This was all done for an affordable price. They did a great job!
