I got the most expensive package, with the under wash and shine. Pulled over to the vacuum station to clean out the inside and my entire windshield, rear view mirrors and grill were still covered with bugs. My back windows were not even wet AT ALL. I could write my name on them with the dust still left on my Jeep! Totally unimpressed and will never go back there again.

This was my first touch-free car wash experience, which has completely converted me from roller-based car washes. There is a large bay you drive your car/SUV into, and a sign tells you when to stop or if you've gone too far. Another sign tells you which phase of the wash you are currently in. For each of the phases, a large mechanical arm swivels around your car to spray detergents, waxes, and water at your vehicle. Finally, it blows warm air to completely dry you off. All of this is done with no physical contact between the arm and your car, so you rest assured that no rollers will be scratching your car more than cleaning it! I will be making this my primary car wash location in the area from now on. I only wish there was a monthly/unlimited wash option. It's well maintained and clean but it does not dry the car well at all. Bring a towel with you if you don't want watermarks all over your vehicle. I purchased the most expensive wash they had.

This car wash is completely automated. It provides four or five wash styles, ranging from Basic to the Works with Simonize. Even the basic wash does a great job getting rid of the salt and road dirt from your vehicle. We use this wash often to keep the salt from building up on the cars. There is a line of 5 or 6 automated bays and there is also a self service car wash at the end..

Worthless car wash I've been to, the automatic car wash sucks and the manual is worse, tried giving them more money to finish my wash and their machine wouldn't take the rest of my ones and quarters I had. Had to dry off my car with the soap on it!

I paid $15 for the Ultimate wash specifically because I wanted to try the “Hot Wax and Shine.” Well, not only did I not get the hot wax and shine, but I was also left with a filthy vehicle. I don’t think the bugs even moved. Do not go here. Niagara Car Wash is right down the road, it is cheaper and cleans significantly better.

I have had a very poor experience at this place of business. Vacuum hoses sometimes have holes in them. Car wash water doesn’t clean car and leaves dirty film. Most recently, paid $20 for a $15 wash and did not receive change. I have called number provided and also mailed receipt with envelopes provided with no response.

I like precision best for a drive through wash. Others are so blasting that trim can be torn off. Also, one time there was a malfunction at the wash. I called, left my info and issue, and i was given a code for another wash. Gina gave great customer service!

Went here last week for a simple drive through car wash. Their card reader was apparently down, and their system charged me three times for a service I never received. I called their phone number, 2 days later someone called me back and told me to dispute the charges with my credit card company, as they don’t have an efficient way to issue a simple refund.

Ok for a quick, convenient wash, and I like that it's touch free. There are a lot of lanes so there generally isn't much waiting to get in. It's clean and well maintained. I've tried all the wash options, and now go for one of the middle ones as I don't find the more expensive washes are any better. Regardless of the wash option selected, it doesn't get most of the bugs off the front of the car, and the dryers don't do a great job. You need to bring a towel if you don't want water marks

Always seems to have a broken nozzle and will leave your car partially clean with a dirt streak where the water wasn’t spraying.

First time at this location, honestly I wasn't impressed. I have had worse, but I certainly have had better as well. Undercarriage spray was mediocre. The pressure was weak. During the pressurized wax process, it only sprayed half the car. The rinse cycle left soap on the car in several areas as well. The dry cycle was just average. The money I paid for the premium wash in my opinion, was not worth it. Based on this visit, I probably will not be returning.

I went through the self-wash and that worked well, after it took me several tries with it spitting out my dollar bills, that were not even crinkled. I went to two vacuum stations to try and get it to take my money, so I could vacuum my car. Total waste of time!! Neither would take my money, so I left!! My question is, why does this place not take a credit card? I won't be back. Very frustrating and a total waste of my time! I find one that the vacuum is included free with the wash.

This place sucks!! Never been here before and eedless to say I won't go back!! I thought laser washes were better for your car so I decided to give it a try. I had some bird crap on the trunk. I bought the works. Wasted $12 got out to see how my car came out the bird crap was still just about as bad as before the wash. So upset. Ought to just do it myself.

Self serve literally says insert 12 quarters then it says only accepts dollar bills. I put in 4 different bills that didn’t work, I had 30 quarters with me, but a car wash doesn’t take quarters for the self serve. Who has ever heard of that. Meanwhile, didn’t wash my car, went elsewhere

Sadly my search continues for an automatic car wash that can get rid of dead bugs. There was a lot of them from a drive up north, and it got rid of about 20% of them. Definitely not worth the price of the top wash, it needs better water pressure and longer wash time for the spray stage.
