Car wash scratched my car due to kids guiding me in the wash. Once I was done washing my car. I parked in the lot and noticed multiple scratches on the rear and side of my car. So I spoke to the manager and he came out with window cleaner and a rag to buff it out. I submitted a claim. Never heard back. I canceled my membership. I even reached out to the main office and not a single phone call back. Please inspect your car from scratches.

After not getting any customer service at the Cicero location I contacted Liverpool weeks ago to have my money refunded and my credit card deleted on file as I was charged the monthly fee after I requested to cancel services back in the beginning of March. Liverpool stated that the customer service was lacking in Cicero and the guy claimed I was all set and would receive my refund in 5 days. It has now been weeks and the $17 charge still deducted from my account and I have still seen no refund. I have been disputing this since March 5 and requested corporate number then and was refused it multiple times and still have not seen my money back.

Stopped in while passing by this afternoon (i.e. I'm not a member). I was greeted by a very courteous and friendly young man who took care of programming the wash and inserting my credit card for payment. Halfway through the wash I realized I'd forgotten to remove two magnets on the back of my car. As my car exited the car wash the same young man was waiting for me with my magnets in hand and returned them to me. Top notch service and my car is nice and clean!

The staff that they have here is just phenomenal. I’ve never seen people care about somebody else’s property the way they do. I bring my truck every day sometimes two or three times a day just because I love how they take care of my vehicle. The management is great as well. I had an issue with my brake lights and he brought it to my attention and I have not come here ever known a very good car wash and it does a super job. I can’t say enough.

I used their free wash with ceramic coating coupon today, and WOW, what a BEAUTIFUL JOB! Even though it's cloudy and gloomy, my girl still shines like a new penny 😊. Quick in and out, free vacuum for the inside, and air hose for the outside. What more could anyone ask for? Thanks guys, keep up the great work!!

Went through for the first time (just want to get bugs off my brand new car), but bugs were still there, so I went through again. ALL THE BUGS WERE STILL THERE! Was like ok that's whatever, I'll clean them off and just go back for waxing and stuff. Got out of my car when I got to the gas station (to get stuff to clean off the bugs) and saw these scratches. P.s. I really enjoyed the employees and all there help through the situation.

I canceled my membership because Every time I leave there with elevated blood pressure due to the pure ignorance. I’d rather take my business elsewhere That isn’t being run by a bunch of mouthy children. Where is their mama? No one is babysitting them while they are treating customers poorly. The car wash itself is fairly nice although the price is a little high you get to vacuum your car there as well. You do have to towel dry it yourself. It’s not like sonic but the machine seemed to clean my car better than sonic did. I think most of the reason this car wash works is the effective pre-washing that would go on, but after the months that I have been here, I’ve slowly seen service decline. Without a good pre-wash it comes out with stuff stuck all over it. They used to spray the front hood, which is the dirtiest part because of bugs and they don’t do it anymore and it’s a fight every time I go to try to get them to clean the front of my car. The cons to this car wash are that it’s run by a bunch of tiny children. There never seems to be a manager in sight and the longer I had a membership there the more bold and rude they got with customers I would try to signal them to wash the front of my car and I would get an attitude and mouthing off. One time I even sat there for at least two minutes while this teenager sat in front of my car texting, holding me up from entering the garage, where the other teenage boy was trying to Signal me in and got irritated with me and gave me an attitude.

Just went to the car wash to redeem my free teacher discount. The one kid was super nice and waived my tax which showed when redeeming the discounted car wash. However when I went to pull in, the kid kept waving me to turn my wheel left but a loud sound came from my tire. I thought I was aligned, but clearly was driving against something..when I was finally in neutral another loud noise happened which was super unsettling since I asked the kid if this was going to result in tire damage. I got halfway through the carwash and the conveyor just stopped. I saw a car behind me and the guy was yelling something, but I could not hear. After about 3 minutes the conveyor turned back on and we went through. It was all together a very unsettling experience and praying I don't wake up to a screwed up, slow leak tire tomorrow or messed up alignment. Oh and my car isn't even that clean. The front still has bugs, the back had a huge spot still and where my tire is was all gross. Glad I didn't pay for that wash as I will not be going back. Just hoping my car is okay!

- Unprofessional Behavior: The General Manager was dismissive and lacked courtesy when addressing my concerns. Instead of resolving the issue, I felt ignored and disrespected. - Poor Customer Service: When I raised questions about the quality of the wash and unexpected charges, the General Manager failed to provide clear explanations or solutions. - Lack of Accountability: Rather than taking responsibility, the General Manager shifted blame to staff and offered no resolution, which made the situation worse. - Negative Atmosphere: The way the General Manager interacted with both customers and employees created an unwelcoming environment. I expect better leadership and professionalism from someone in this role. A General Manager should set the tone for customer service, but in this case, the opposite occurred. A General Manager should set a positive example and elevate the team, not diminish the role of peers. This conduct is counterproductive to the success of the business.

My name is Kyle, and I want to take a moment to personally thank Kam (the General Manager) and his entire team for their outstanding service. Over a year or two ago, Kam and I didn’t always see eye to eye, but through time and communication, we built a strong and respectful relationship. He’s proven to be a wonderful person — not just to me, but to every customer who comes through. We’ve had many hour-long conversations, not just about the wash but about life, and I’ve always appreciated how genuine he is. Anytime I’ve brought up a concern, Kam immediately took care of it — sometimes within the same day. His dedication to his customers and his staff is unmatched. The whole team goes above and beyond to make sure every visit is a great one. It’s been nearly two years now, and I can honestly say I haven’t had a single bad experience after that. The staff always greets everyone with smiles, jokes, and laughter, making the wash feel more like family than a business. I’ve seen Kam and his management team stay late and go the extra mile countless times. I’ve personally watched Kam work open to close, spraying cars by himself without complaint. My wife and I once tried to tip him and bring him food, and he refused with a huge smile, saying, “I’ll always make sure my customers are happy and come first — I’ll spray cars all day by myself if that’s what it takes to make someone smile.” That’s the kind of dedication you rarely see anymore. My family is so grateful for this place. My son, who is autistic, absolutely loves coming through the wash. Every time he sees Kam, James, or Colin, his face lights up. And when Kam isn’t there, my son always says, “My buddy isn’t there today.” Kam has spent over an hour just talking with him, making sure he’s having a good day — and that means the world to us as parents. Hello, I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received today at your Liverpool, NY location. I am a monthly membership holder and a regular customer, and I visited the car wash at around 4:20 PM. When I requested cleaning from inside,I was told that it could not be done because there was “no time.” As a paying member, I expect consistent service, and being refused without a valid explanation felt unprofessional. If inside cleaning is not available at certain times, this should be communicated clearly to customers—especially those who pay for a monthly subscription. I left feeling frustrated and discouraged. At this point, I am considering canceling my membership because I don’t feel I’m receiving the value or respect that a regular customer should. I hope you will look into this matter and improve the experience for your customers. Thank you.

Good morning! I just want to give a huge shout-out to the Liverpool Go Car Wash location. I’ve had an outstanding experience every single time. Everyone who works there is always smiling, waving at me and my kids like we’re regular VIPs rolling in. The General Manager? Super friendly. Every visit, he makes sure our service is on point. And listenI know the tire shine has been a little funky the past few months (trust me, my tires were starting to look like they needed therapy). But when I mentioned it to the GM, he literally said “give me one second,” walked out with a spray bottle and a rag, and personally shined all four tires. I don’t know what experiences other people claim to have had, but I’ve never had anything but A+ treatment from him and his staff. Colin signed me up for my membership 3 months ago and broke everything down perfectly explained all the washes, asked about my day, the whole nine. Harrison grabbed towels for my kids and had them laughing by dancing. Someone else said this location feels like family, and I completely agree. If I ask them to focus on my wheel rails, they get it done and it always looks excellent. Honestly, Liverpool beats any car wash with zero hesitation. And let me add this before I forget my spouse and I have never had a single negative experience here. The team always asks about our day, our weekend, even our holiday. Dunkin’ doesn’t ask. Splash never asked. But Go Car Wash? They actually care. We left Splash and never looked back, because this company is awesome. The Liverpool location is better than any mom-and-pop or corporate car wash around. I’m recommending them to all my friends and family. Hope to see Go Car Wash keep growing and taking over…because they’ve absolutely earned it! I hope over rules any bad experiences, if anyone is thinking about using them Go ahead and go check them out.

This place has nothing but issues every time I get my car washed. I pay for the most expensive unlimited package and half the time I get submitted for the wrong wash. The sensor don’t ever seem to work for my monthly tag, hence why I’m submitted for the incorrect wash by the employees that don’t know how to do anything but walk around aimlessly. If you’re going to charge the amount of money, you need to do better as a company.

The vacuums at GO Car Wash straight up do not work. Not seasonally, not occasionally — basically never. I honestly cannot remember a single time they actually had proper suction. Maybe one or two barely pull up crumbs on a “good” day, and that’s being generous. Today I asked if any vacuums were working and was told no, followed by excuses about customers dropping them and ice getting inside. That might explain a day or two, not an entire year of broken equipment. If you advertise vacuums as part of the service, maintain them. This is just ongoing neglect and it’s frustrating every single visit. My last month as a member. Cancelling!
