1st and last service experience. Oil changed - all lights on dash left on. Not just oil! Immediately drove back around to the entrance and had service advisor turn them all off. Tire rotation- locking nuts put on wrong. One fell off. Fortunately found it in my driveway. Called and spoke to their customer service. Was told they verified through their video that lugs were not replaced and properly torqued. Was offered $30 off my next service. Then - was told that through a ‘glitch in the system’ we had been under billed since we began membership (about 2 years ago) and they are doubling our monthly fee. Nope - cancelled and went to another car wash where we are getting a ‘better’ level wash for less than we have been getting billed for at the error price.

I had my oil changed. I explained to the technician that the last time I was there for an oil change my skid plate was not fastened properly and it started to drag. The technician at that time fastened it with zip ties. When I conveyed the situation to him that had happened previously, he said he screwed it on as best that he could and it had some damage. The plate fell down completely on my way to work that night making a horrific sound. I had to have someone come service my car at work before I felt safe enough to drive it. The plate was removed and it looks crushed. I now have to take my car to the dealership for a new skid plate. You lost a customer.

I was just in town visiting my parents and needed and oil change; Splash was fabulous in terms of customer service and helpfulness. They were so professional and let me use a coupon for my first visit. And as bonus, I got a car wash! I wish I had Splash where I live in Texas.

Super fast. Much appreciated but still overpriced compared to the competitors in the area. Saving 10-15 bucks here and there is very important these days. Was upsold on additional and unmeasured services way too much.

Called asked if they could do my oil change they sai yes went they said tbey did nit have an oil filter cime back in 5 days. YOUNG KIDS WORKING. Di notk ow what they are doing. I wont be back

I often stop by Splash for a thorough inside-and-out car wash, which is always a treat. This was my first time getting an oil change there, and the young men were exceptionally courteous. Since it was my first oil change, I received a $20 discount and a free regular car wash — a great bonus! It took just a few minutes longer than the advertised “10 minutes” because there were three cars ahead of me, but the wait wasn’t bad at all. Very efficient and kind service! I’ll definitely be back.

My service technician was very polite. Explained the cost upfront. He showed me the air filter and asked if I wanted it changed but it wasn’t a high pressure upsell (I opted to have it replaced). The entire oil change was quick and they sent me on my way.

I had my first oil change at Splash yesterday and it was a great experience. I am an unlimited member of the carwash service so I got a $30 discount which was nice. I've been to several other "10-minute" oil change services and I have found that I was a victim of false advertising ;-), because the service took over 30 minutes. But at Splash 10-Minute Oil Change they deliver on their name. My wife had her oil changed here a few days earlier and she had the same experience as I did. So I'm giving them 5 stars. I'd recommend both the oil change and car wash services to anyone.

Let me preface this by saying the employees at the ground level are always kind and do a wonderful job. Now the actual review: I've been through this carwash several times and my truck seldom ever actually comes out clean. Never gets the dirt off my wheels, even when I pay extra for the better wash. Oil changes are quick, but they don't offer much outside of just changing the oil and rotating tires. Would really like to see them offer to replace bulbs. Most oil change places are capable of such. The ABSOLUTE WORST part about a membership here is that they apparently have a $150/yearly charge that comes out, as if the monthly fee wasn't enough. There's absolutely no reason for this and they are NOT up front about it whatsoever when they sign you up. I recommend never getting a membership here. You can get your oil changed elsewhere for cheaper, at same or better quality with a 10 point inspection for cheaper than the membership price. I paid $145 for an oil change and a tire rotation. Zero inspections on the vehicle. I would like to have my call returned to discuss this, honestly. Deeply upset about the cost of their membership and services.

Everyone @ the establishment were very friendly and polite. Quick service. The only issue is that I noticed oil on the garage floor that was coming from the oil pan screw. Thankfully I was able to get under the truck and tighten it to 25 lb-ft.

The guys at the Maumelle location are my go too! Professional, easy and fast. They go over details of the product and if they don’t carry your the product they give good suggestions. Having a two car-car wash account gives me a discount on my oil changes. They check tires and washer fluids during the oil changing process. They are very upstanding young men! I am a big critic with customer service and even more so if I am offered a product that isn’t backed up by the owner. Give splash a try on an oil change after a few visits. You won’t be disappointed. 😇

I’ve had a membership with Splash Car Wash for a while now and it has been 100% worth it. The wash is fast, consistently clean, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. As someone who’s constantly on the road running my construction business, having a reliable unlimited membership saves me time and keeps my truck looking professional every week.
