The team here always does a nice job. They are professional and courteous when you need to speak with them. The only interaction you have with the team is them pressure washing your vehicle as you come into the wash. The team at this location always does a thorough job pressure washing the front and back of my vehicle. Some of the locations in Little Rock, the attendants make a feeble attempt to spray down my vehicle, at best. This wash is also always fully functional. A couple of the locations in Little Rock regularly and routinely have a components broken down and not operating when you go through the wash. I definitely make an attempt to go to this location as often as I can, as opposed to the others in town.

Haley here at this location was absolutely amazing. I just got back from a road trip and my truck was a bug cemetery, she allowed me to go through multiple times spraying each time with such a positive attitude each time and was completely empathetic of the situation. Note - I have he unlimited plan so these weren’t free trips but it made my plan absolutely worth every penny that I have paid for the last 3 months!

Zips used to be amazing but the last few months it’s totally went to nothing you can’t use the vacuums haven’t been able to for at least a couple months I have horses your car the workers won’t get out of their cars they even lined you up on the rack which I drive a right hand drive, so I need this reasons I don’t sit on the main drive if I knew I had to cancel mine I tried I don’t know what card it was on so you will not cancel for me. It’s been very poor the last few months.

I have visited this location weekly for quite some time. All you need to detail your car, free vacs, microfiber towels and cleaning spray provided free of charge. Monthly unlimited plan is amazing I highly recommend the Bryant Zips!!!

The location in Sherwood unfortunately is declining in service and upkeep. I have visited multiple times where the vacuums didn’t work for half the slots. Also, the morning crew no longer wash and pull out the dust cloths for customers to use to clean inside their vehicles. There was some amazing ladies that worked there and was always smiling and friendly. The gentleman they have there now look like they hate their jobs. The one in Bryant is doing great!

I cannot speak more highly of this car wash. I also cannot speak to the value of the monthly subscription price. It seems high at first, but I go get my car washed at least once a week, so I am saving a lot of money overall. The staff there are always very thorough when doing the pre-clean spray before I go into the tunnel, and there have been very few times where I felt the tunnel didn't do a good job of cleaning off the car. But of those few times, since I have unlimited washes every month, I just went back around for another go. I am a very satisfied customer.

Your people are ruining your Bryant business. A spray washer broken for over. 2 month's. Probably not. The staff is lazy!!. The work ethics of this bunch is sending all your new customers to the new car wash when it opens Just 2 blocks away. You advertise a 3 Minute car wash It's more like 90 seconds. Car does not even stay under dryer long enough to get the water off windshield. My husband and myself will be moving to New car wash.

I’ve had my membership for a couple of months. I started when they were running a promotion for half price on your first month. Chris helped explain all the different packages to me. He was super nice and helpful! I really like that they have someone spray your vehicle before you enter and have free vacuuming with spray bottles and cloths. There is usually part of the back of my car that still has soap when I leave. Other than that, I love their service! Highly recommend!

The monthly wash special has gone up $10 from $15 to $25, they took away the prewash the employee does before entering the wash, this was great for the stuck on bugs on the windshield. Half the time the free vacuums are down. This is my last month to have the $25 wash special. I will be going elsewhere or wash my own vehicle at home.

These guys are always here and they’re extremely friendly. We have one of the largest fleets of pick up trucks in the country and a lot of the guys I’ve worked around do the monthly membership with Zips. These guys at the Bryant store are the best and all deserve a raise! That’s my two cents!

I have used ZIPS auto wash, vacuum, widow cleaning and oil change services since they opened this location in Bryant. I have 2 vehicles on the monthly unlimited plan, and it's great! Yesterday, my car was serviced and everything turned out excellent. The Tech was professional and friendly. I have always experienced great service and polite attitude by every employee. Also, the wash/wax service is excellent. Our vehicles always come out looking great! The extra cleaning products and soft towels they supply in the vacuum area comes in handy to clean those extra areas, such as the window glass and dash. My wife and I use ZIPS 3 to 5 times every week, so our vehicles are always clean and shiny.

For $20/mo I expect more. This is rather disappointing for a business that started out great! Apparently maintaining equipment isn’t very high on the priority list. When the price went from $10/mo up to $20/mo, they started to provide interior spray and clothes for wiping things down. I decided it was worth the extra $10 for those items to be already on hand. But about 75% percent of the time for the last several months, I pull up with hoses laying in disrepair on the ground and zero of the hand towels for cleaning up missed spots or interiors. So what exactly am I getting for my $20?

I pay the most expensive plan and my tires did not shine when I left, and the vacuum had poor suction. I have had to leave twice because they had access to get vehicles washed blocked off. I have experienced poor customer service lately. I’m currently searching for somewhere else to get a membership or just cancelling. I’m very disappointed.

Went a total of 3 times - the second time no one was there during open hours and the car wash wasn’t working. In 2 car washes they managed to scratch a brand new car multiple times without even doing a decent wash. Don’t waste your money.
