Wow! I’m speechless, took my Ford Focus for a detail because it had a terrible smell from the previous owner. Expected a simple detail, but the job exceeded my expectations. The smell went away most importantly, he even repainted my wheels black! Not only that but he cleaned my engine. Don’t let the price get to you. The work speaks for itself, 100% recommend & will be bringing my other vehicles. Thank you

I took my filthy 20-yr-old SUV to Mr. Lopez. The exterior was in such bad shape I thought some of it might be permanent. In spite of how bad it was he never hesitated & quoted me his standard price of $160, which includes washing (scrubbing!), waxing, & cleaning the interior. (There's one low rating & complaint about this price in these reviews by someone who didn't leave their car with him & has no basis to judge his work, so that opinion is totally not warranted). Mr. Lopez did an absolutely STELLAR job - when I went to pick it up it looked brand-new again!! My truck is white & had been covered with tree sap blackened with mildew so it looked really bad, & the previous year's pollen had clotted in all the crevices, even the little gas access door - all of it had been cleaned & he had to have used a toothbrush to get that stuff out. I was so happy I hugged the man :-) because I didn't really expect it could ever look that good again, it was like a miracle! I really wish I'd taken before & after pics to post here. Mr. Lopez is very professional & personable to deal with & his standard price is worth every single penny. I'll patronize his shop from now on & am glad to support this locally-owned, very hard-working family business. I highly recommend Lopez Auto Detail to anyone.

We used Lopez years ago when we bought a wholesale vehicle. The vehicle had not been cleaned prior to purchasing and it was full of hay and smelled of animals. Turns out it was a large animal Vet vehicle for housecalls. Besides the wear in the front drivers seat it looked like new. We took our 2 personal vehicles in this weekend and they were done in one day. Mine is only 2 years old, and has never been detailed so it looks like new again. For the cost, I highly recommend this service. They have great prices and you get great service.

This business has been here for over 20 years and that says a lot! I bought a car that had so much dog hair in it. He thought it would take 3 hrs and quoted me a price, it actually took 6 hours but he stuck to the original quote! The work was exceptional and the price was great!

Went yesterday for Lopez to clean my car and when he was done there were still dirt spots on the car! I pointed them out to him and he says that the car looks good to him and tells me if I could do better I should have washed it myself! Then he so mad that he starts cussing!

Took my car here, with an appointment, and was jumped by what I assume is a family member or friend and made to wait an hour past my appt time before they started. The quality of the wash was just bad. I've had my car get a better wash from those football fund raising events. And to top it off, he scratched the paint on my mirror during his wash. This whole buisness is just garbage and I will never return.

Do not go here, first they are way too expensive and they did an alright job, but not worth the price he asking for. Second, my problem is that I gave him the keys to my car and left as he said it would take five hours to get done with it. When I gave him my keys they were in tact and just fine, but when he gave me my keys back, the lock button and unlock button had been dug out of the key and was just sitting inside the hole and now the buttons have fell out and are missing, so now I can't even lock or unlock my door with the keys. I called him to tell him about the situation and he tried to act like he don't know what happen and I asked him was he gone take responsibility for it and he said no. It will cost a fortune to get my keys replaced. So with the price of the car plus the tip I generously gave, plus the cost to get my keys replaced, I'm paying way more than what it was worth to get the car washed. Then it rained the next day I had got it done smh.

Have used Lopez for years each time I return on leave with great results. I made an 830 appointment this morning and arrived on time. Another vehicle was in the parking lot not in the wash bay. I dropped off my car and walked to the store for a soda. When I walked back by I see the other vehicle being washed and not mine. I asked about this and was dismissively waved away “it’s okay.” The Lopez continues to wash the vehicle for 4 -5 minutes ignoring my attempts to discuss further. I took out my phone and continued to attempt to get his attention and ask why my vehicle wasn’t being washed at my appointment time. He tried to snatch my phone away from me and became aggressive and threatening. I took my car and left. Don’t continue business was with this shop. It’s used to be really friendly and happy with all the kids working there. It’s unrecognizable now.

4 days ago I hurried home in the rain to unload the haul of groceries from my latest Kroger run. When I got home, it was dark. Not fun to unload groceries in the dark but it had to be done. Anyway, I got home and my loving husband met me in the driveway to help unload groceries. I ran our daughter inside and started putting them away as fast as he could bring them in. In the rush, I never noticed that I never saw the bag of chicken breasts and package of steaks I had purchased…. Flash forward 2 days. In the morning I went to load my daughter back in the car so we could run to daycare and the car started to smell a little strange. It was a mix between mildew and a musty smell I couldn’t quite pick out. I shrugged it aside. I drive a “mom car” and who knows what is under my seats at any given moment. There’s usually fast food bags and sippy cups in the backseat because that’s how I roll. I wish sometimes it wasn’t like that but honestly, my car is usually not super clean so a stray odor or two isn’t the weirdest thing that could happen. Back to the story…. Later that day, I went out to my car and the smell had gotten stronger. Now it distinctly smelled like something rotting. I went through my car and didn’t see anything obvious but I willed myself that I would stop by the car wash on the way home to clean out trash and vacuum, vowing to find the source of the odor. When 5:00 rolled around, I went to get in the car and then it hit me. The smell. The smell that beat all smells. The granddaddy of all smells. Something had died in my car. Then it came back to life, ate a pile of garbage and died again. I could smell it before I even opened the doors. Reluctantly, I opened all doors and the trunk and dug through the assorted jackets and fast food bags until I found it. A 6lb bag of what used to be frozen chicken breasts. It must have fallen out of the Kroger bag and under a spare jacket I kept in the trunk. For 24 hours I drove the Roadkill Express around town until I just couldn’t stand it anymore. I started calling detailers. 3 separate retailers straight declined to serve me because they said that was “beyond their ability”. With one last reach of desperation I dialed Lopez auto detailers. The man who I assume is the owner answered the phone quickly and upon hearing my story, got me in immediately. Within 6 hours, the Roadkill Express was no more. All smells are gone and I’m left with the shiniest, cleanest, best smelling car I’ve ever had. This is cleaner than when I bought it. There’s no trace of any dead animal smell or even a hint of something off. This man is a miracle worker!!! Oh and without being asked, he took out the toddler car seat and cleaned it too!!! He cleaned the wheels, the dash, all the carpets, and the seats. He even scrubbed that inside space when the door is open on the inside by the hinges. He cleaned the engine and the exterior so clean it literally squeaks when you rub it. He cleaned INSIDE the gas door thing covering the gas cap. I cannot say enough about this. I feel like I’m driving someone else’s car. All this was done within 6 hours and on the same day I called. Priceless. I will definitely be back and will recommend EVERYONE to go by Lopez Auto Detail. Amazing service. We WILL be back, but hopefully next time, for just a normal detail and not the dead-body-smell removal service.
