Did a bad job on cleaning my jeep, they did not vacuum the inside properly theres still dirt under my covers. They did a poorly job on the outside as well. Will not be going back & do not recommend this place

Worst car wash I ever been I pay $85 for washing my truck plus $20 tips and I hit the highway and all the shiny stuff they put on those tires got on the side of my truck. They didn’t even brush my tires.😂

I can appreciate when they allow me to watch as they hand wash my vehicle. Also, they were comfortable with me directing them of certain areas needed attention.

I took my wife's car to have it detailed. My wife did not tell me she had taken her rings off while she applied lotion on her hands. She placed them on the passenger side door's pocket handle. Two rings were there. Engagement and wedding band. While I was waiting for the car my wife called me to tell me that she had left them there. So at this point I walk to the car which was at the drying station. Only one was there. When I asked the guy in charged he checked with all employees and all of them denied taking it. He offered to check and did check the vacum machines, also viewed the cameras but nothing. Of course they took the bigger and most expensive of both. Never again to this place. And yes it is partial my responsibility to not leave any valuable things but for real! Lesson learned, not everyone is good people.

I would’ve stayed longer. But they treated me as if I was a white man. Didn’t even say Goodmorning , no hospitality. Boss man was telling the workers in front of me “No hay trabajo wey” Wich means they’re ain’t no work. Then proceeded to wanting to charge me 75 dollars to shampoo the seats in my car when on the phone they said 25 dollars. The whole scene was sort of as if I wasn’t welcome due to the Time and rate of work. Went off on the guy nd told him to fix his craft. A little more hospitality would’ve been nice. I worked at a car wash for 2 years when I was younger. Said it from experience.

NEVER AGAIN !!!! I made the mistake of not reading the reviews first took for ever to get my truck clean about 1 hr , $60 dollars for a car wash ?? Not even to say they did not clean it right , seats were WET !! YALL PLEAE READ REVIEWS BEFORE GOING HERE !!!

To get your car detailed if you live on the north side or happen to be out running errands around the airline & parker street area this is the place to go. I forgot that I had left l left money visible in the car because I was distracted by a phone call when arriving to get my car cleaned, not only was my car cleaned & detailed I noticed the money was in place. During the middle of the day there may be a little line but you're still going to get good service.

Worse car wash ever. They take so long to wash and to vacuum make sure you look everywhere because they will only do what is only visible. The ladies will enjoy themselves sitting in your car while they are sweaty while trying to take a break and not wipe it down after. They don't give out receipt but they will ask again in order to get you to pay twice.

I would go here once in a while. Not the best but it close to where I get my haircut so it’s convenient. Last time I was here one of the workers that removed my floor mats forgot to throw them back in the truck after he cleaned them. I told them and they put it back on the truck. They still forgot to put the one on the back on it. I knew it was unlikely I would get it back but I still went by to check if they had it. After speaking with the manager he started implying it was my fault. And that I must of lost it somewhere else. Even after I told him that the day I was there I told his workers they where missing the mats. I might have been an honest mistake but trying to blame a regular is just bad bussiness. Hope their attitude and policy for lost items due to their negligence changes.

First time at this place and bad customer service. Clearly prices posted $40 trucks. I proceeded inside to pay and informed them I was paying for 2020 Toyota Tacoma (month old). They asked if I just wanted the basic $20 dollars and I said sure. 5-10 minutes later short guy approaches me unprofessional saying hey trucks $40 in front of other customers. Diffusing the issue from escalating I told him I will pay the extra as this my first time here. After paying additional I walked outside and approached informing him I didn’t appreciate his attitude as this was my first time here and figured small truck was being seen as a car. After completion of the was noticed the anti scratch film installed by dealer had been damaged. I will take my business to Keep it Kleen on Washington and Yale. 1/2 the price better customer service and leas waiting time

Very nice people working here. I always get my car wash here. I do not trust automatic car washes anymore. They take their time to clean up your vehicle. My car is always squeaky clean for weeks after I get it washed here. Your tires are also very shiny. They know what they’re doing. I would say my only complaint is the product they use to clean the interior. It is a little bit irritating to inhale as it always gives me a cough and I have to drive with the windows down for 2 days before the smell goes away. They could also do a better job with the seats. Overall, I like it but some improvements is warranted for a 5 star review

Honestly, they could do a better job. I used to take my car here to get cleaned more frequently, but it’s like they’ve just gotten lazy with the work. There are some pretty easy-to-reach spots inside the car that could have had the vacuum passed over, but they still told me it was good to go that way. For $40 for a car, I’d think I’d leave happy with the final result, but I know if other car washes that charge less and do a better job (that other one was just too busy this time). Take your car here if you’d like it cleaned, but you should NOT count on it being the BEST job out there.
