Took my Explorer through for a $23 wash this past Saturday (4/26) and I was surprised when I noticed that it didn’t get the bird droppings off of it. After spending $23, I felt it was fair and justified to ask for them to allow me to run it through once again. This is when the manager approached my car and said it wasn’t their fault.. I will definitely not be returning. This car wash isn’t worth the money.

Outstanding continual experience here at SpeedWash! I’ve had a family plan for quite awhile now and the value is really good for the services received. Staff is always friendly and helpful and most of the time the wash tunnel runs super quickly. Machinery is kept in good working condition, no snags! A+ to the management and staff!!

Very poor experience. First time I’ve ever been to this business and location. I pulled up at 2:20 in the afternoon, no other cars in line. As I reviewed the options, the attendant standing at the drive thru never once spoke to me, even after I said “hello, how are you?”. Zero response. I ultimately reversed and left. Tried contacting a manager at this location on the phone, no one answered. Called another location and spoke to a very nice gentleman. Just received a call from the Manager of the original location I went to and he made excuses that the attendant only speaks Spanish. Very concerning considering he was there to help you through the process, but doesn’t speak any English. Also, it was a young white kid who didn’t appear Spanish in anyway. Either way, won’t be back and won’t spend my money with this business.

The crew here is amazing!! While they are detailing the inside of my car ($65) I am seeing them working inside. They are constantly cleaning non stop. From the walls, the ceilings, the plugs on the walls. Their staff is just always looking for work to do. This is my third time having this detail clean, they are very detailed and attentive.

Like any service, it is only a value when you use it — and I do. Occasionally, like today, I get a quick detail job. The team there is great and always do a fantastic job — going above and beyond to get as much of the dog hair out of the carpet as possible.
