I went thru on a free trial and the gentleman was very friendly talking to me at the selection box. I did not sign up but now considering it since I bought a new car and want to keep it clean. The other car I had was a Hyundai and after I went thru the car wash a “Y” was missing from the Hyundai label on the back of my car and also a small piece from the luggage rack on the roof. I stopped up there a day later inquiring about the missing parts but they did not have any in their lost and found. I know the other car was old and should have been hand washed in hindsight. I’m hoping they have a brushless was because I don’t want to damage the clear coat on this new car.

This location put a dent in my car after going to other locations for years. My husband took to location only to be told the carwash couldn't have done that. I guess by looking at my hubby he wouldnt know that he is an engineer and works with PLC''s everyday. Also this car is barely driven since we have 2 other vehicles and a truck. Took car to the dent doctor for a quote and without giving any details ask had I been through an automatic carwash. Needless to say I have canceled my membership after having dent removed from my garage kept car that is 5yrs old with 13k miles.

This is a solid place to get a good car wash in a convenient location. We have the family subscription and go about once a week. It's super simple and quick with the pass, you don't even have to really stop or roll your window down unless there's a line. All of the staff seem nice. My only gripe would be in the past few months, the floor mat cleaner hadn't been working on 3 occasions. It's really good when it is working though. Overall, I'd recommend this place!

Happy they are out neighbor. I have been to many car wash. They are the best and their washes are clean and great. The people and the service awesome.new location. Cherry on top their free unlimited vacuum unlike few places where they change you money

I recently switched to the new location on taylorsville road. After having the rims on my car recently powder coated I took it through the wash only to have my rims severely scuffed and scratched after the first time through. After further inspection the brushes at this car wash has started to dull the clear coat on my rocker panels. I have spoke with the location on 3 occasions and filled out an incident form and have yet to have a return call. After informing the speedwash “site manager” he refuses to do anything to remedy the issue. Told me “I should hand wash my car” and “I’ll remember you Mercedes” not sure what that means. I understand you will get micro marring over time going through a car wash but after using for years I’ve never experienced a single issue with a car wash until now. I showed them the invoice for my wheels and told them I was looking at 300 dollars to have them try and polish out. The site manager continues to state they are not responsible for any damages even though it is clear the brushes are not set properly. Very disappointed with the experience at this company.

I became a monthly subscriber, though something I never thought I'd do. This location is never too busy so I can get in and out. The detailing station with microfiber cloths and cleaning sprays for glass and interior is a nice bonus at this spot.

Told me I could have an unsecured chain box in my truck but I couldn’t go through with a strap on it, even after this setup has been through the wash daily for months. Employee got into back of my truck and starting undoing a ratchet strap without saying a word to me first and when I got out and asked what he thought he was doing they got extremely rude. Been a member since the first month they were open but I think I’ll take my business to Zips instead.

The employees are fantastic, but I think the equipment at this location is not fantastic for cleaning your car. Unfortunately, the last part that dries your car ripped off my front tag and opened the cover to my gas tank access. The quality really wasn’t there either for the wash as evident in my picture.

I chose to pay for a service for washing my car and the machine completely damaged everything around the paint causing very visible stripes, I took the service since I opened the car wash my car is recent, I was not damaged. I spoke to the alleged manager and his answer was there is no solution, he cannot do anything or pay for the damage caused, I need to be followed up and someone superior to him to solve it, fill out a report but it does not make sense since they do. Only as a requirement and they do not solve anything, cancel the service and I do not return, moreover, that the cars are not completely clean and are high costs every month.

*** Updated review 1/7/26*** It took reaching out to corporate - Both Kevin & Michael were responsive. Both took time to listen to understand rather than listen to respond. Kevin and Michael both drove up from Bowling Green to meet with me and were solution oriented. They offered a full detail, and Kevin took time personally to remove the scratch from my car. This act of character and understanding by these 2 gentlemen was greatly appreciated. We were able to resolve to dispute and in return I re-activated monthly car wash services for both my wife & my vehicles. Thanks again gentleman for your character and understanding. This is my 2nd vehicle to get scratched by this location's car wash services. I had gotten my car washed 2 times last week as I seek to maintain a clean car as it’s also my work vehicle. I loaded work items in my truck Friday morning before going to the car wash, there were no scratches on my rear hatch area. I stopped by the car wash before making a delivering to a customer. Upon approaching my vehicle to remove packages I noticed a gouge down the back of my vehicle and a blur in the clear coat of my rear driver's side. I filed a complaint later that day, the attendant was pretty passive. I explained that my previous vehicle had been scratched at this location. The manager called me today denying fault explaining that his employee could barely see the scratches on Friday after reporting and later in the conversation explains that he has video evidence that my vehicle was scratched at a prior car wash on 12/15 (It was not). Be cautious with this location as their response is to deny fault.
