First time here. I needed a car was since it’s been about a month and a half. I have one dog and for the most part I keep my car pretty clean. I bought the $35 car wash and I was very surprised by the job done. My cup holders were not cleaned at all. I still had to use a lint roller to take the left over dog hair off my seats. And what made me upset is I didn’t even get my “vanilla fresh scent” I was asked if I wanted that came w the was. Definitely not returning here again.

I have a 2008 Honda Element with plastic fenders that have long since turned from black to light grey. Today I took it in for a good wax for the paint. But I wasn't expecting the fenders to be returned to better than new! He says he used a special chemical; I think it's magic 🪄✨

The best place to get your car washed. Gabby is by far the best greeter before the wash process. She is professional, opens 5 minutes before 8am, I cannot say enough about her work ethic. Once the car exits the bath cycle all of your finishing team, make my car look once again.

I wish I had read the reviews before trusting this carwash. DO NOT take your vehicle to this car wash. I had scratches and what not before on my car by one of workers. I know that things happen but at least be honest. I never filed a complaint until they broke my radio causing several hundred dollars’ worth of damage due to the need to replace the broken panel. The manager, Fernando Lopez, and the assistant manager, Jose Estrada, kept saying that “the guys are trained not to turn on anything.” What does that even mean? They told me that Lisa Sacco, their insurance person from supposedly their corporate office denied my claim. She blamed someone else in turn when I finally spoke with her. What kind of business causes a customer hundreds of dollars in damage to their property and essentially responds "oh well?" Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else. Better yet just take it to Costco car wash. Just buy yourself some car towels to dry off the excess water. Preventing the stress of poor customer service is worth a few minutes to take care of your car yourself.

Just had my 2004 Dodge get a complete detail. The managers went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was done to my liking. This truck is never garaged and is smooth as glass. 👍 Good job guys
