The station attendant Rona was VB the most unfriendly person I have ever come across working at a gas station in my entire life.She did not give me receipt until I asked .She acted like it was a big to direct me to bathroom and she kept shutting off air for my tires and told me her name was Remove liar her name is Rona.I will never stop at shell again .I was driving alone at night and she made my stop very upsetting!

Nothing wrong with the station, it is what it is. I've been stopping here for decades. But the negative is that it is a pain to get there and the layout is oriented poorly considering the flow of traffic in and out.

Subpar service, overpriced gas, overpriced goods. Says they don’t accept cigarette coupons when American spirit website says they do. Avoid at all costs, go to the chevron just up the road instead.

Carwash scratched up my paint, left hard water spots on vehicle, Tim the attendant refused a refund and just told me the carwash was working fine. Extremely rude service and damaging operation of carwash.

The pumps here piss me off. Half the time I have to stand there and hold the handle the entire time otherwise the gas stops flowing. This doesn't happen at any other gas station. I like the car wash, but it's annoying to have to go inside to get the code even if you pay for it at the pump

One of the employees is friendly and polite. One is fake as possibly could be. Total Jerk when he feels like being him self. Car wash really disappointing several times. Sometimes food out of date.

The employees are friendly, they have a new drive through car wash, expensive at $8.99.. but does a good job.. avoid the restrooms as the local homeless in the area use the restrooms and you never know what or who may be in there... 3 stars for good employees but not 5 due to the restrooms. ..

I like the workers here, an the services they offer. What I don't like, is the guy who sits in the store who drives American handyman truck, with eagle print on it. Everyday for the past 3 months he's there between 6-7am. My question is why is he loitering...very unprofessional.

Won't go to this spot for gas or anything at all. I've gone here multiple times to grab gas and a beer after getting off work. The employee with the pug face literally will insult you when talking to him as a person to person conversation. Overheard him saying obscene things with a "regular" homeless person about women. Will never be back to this location if a pig like this I'd working there

Their car wash is kick ass. Spend the 9$ I put my full size SUV that had not been washed for just short of 3 months. It was dirty as f@$k. It came out looking like it was fully detailed spotless. Highly recommended if you have the means.

Wonderful place. I prefer Shell gas, so I come to this one in Ventura because it’s most convenient. I can use my Ralph’s points more than once, too, or so I’ve just realized. However, the owner is the reason for this review. I’ve been meaning to wash my car after a cross-country drive and many, many miles for work since I got here. I haven’t decided to stop and take the time until just now, but the car wash wasn’t working. Tired and frustrated, I went in to seek help, and I very quickly changed my tune after realizing how sweet and helpful the owner of this establishment is. I will be certain to use ONLY this Shell station unless I absolutely need to use another one. I appreciate the kindness and patience after my own rough week, and it’s a reminder to myself that there are good, understanding people in the world who are willing to help.
