Really appreciated my experience with the team at ABC auto. Their professionalism, transparency, communication, and work was all outstanding! The after hours key drop off and key pickup lockbox was also a huge help as I have a commute and was not able to get there during business hours. Thanks again guys!

November 2024: Won't be back. This place is incompetent with basic car maintenance. Tire rotation and oil changes have been performed incorrectly. The latest mishap was they forgot to install one of the lug nuts. Paying a premium for horrible service is not acceptable. When possible, just do the work yourself or go somewhere else. August 2023: Trust but verify. Had oil change, transmission fluid change, coolant flush, and serpentine belt replaced. A few days later, I popped the hood to inspect the work performed. Oil on dip stick was at low. Called, and ABC took care of it, which I appreciate. May not be bad to take pictures post repair to prove to your customers and yourself that the work was done properly. I'll be back, but I'm definitely a bit disappointed that a basic oil change was not completed properly. Hope the transmission fluid was filled properly 😳

I recently had a horrible experience with ABC. I took my Tesla Model S by there on Tuesday 11/11/25 because they were listed as certified mechanics for Tesla so they could look at it to make sure they could do the repairs for a window regulator because my window wouldn’t go up. Andrew confirm that they can do the repairs. So I Called back Wednesday morning to schedule the service for Thursday morning at 8 AM I droped off the car Thursday morning and I spoke with Andrew who said they could install the regulator for $415 and if I want I can do a diagnostic for another $200. I declined the diagnostic and just did the repairs he told me the vehicle should be ready about 2 PM that day and they gave me a ride home I waited almost the entire day and I get a call back from Andrew about 1 PM stating that they’re still working on it. The car wouldn’t be ready until between 4 and 5 PM. He calls me back about 445 and I already knew something was wrong based on the tone of his voice had changed and he states that we ran into an issue you’re gonna have to replace the motor for the window regulator. I told him no that’s not true. I have a mechanic. I’ve already had the mechanic take the door apart and check the regulator originally we were gonna replace it but the part we got from O’Reilly didn’t fit. It was gonna take two weeks to order the part from Tesla so I decided to just have it repaired by ABC because my window was still down and I couldn’t roll it up and it was supposed to rain Thursday. I had my mechanic check the motor and the buttons to make sure they worked properly and didn’t need to be replaced. I asked Andrew did you fix anything? He said no the window is not coming up so I said I’m not paying you any money unless the work was done and I’m coming to pick up my car now he states that the car has to be picked up tomorrow because the technician already left for the day and they didn’t put the door back together, so I would have to pick it up in the morning. By this time, I am very heated and angry of the unprofessionalism that this guy Andrew has displayed to me. I asked him don’t you guys close at 5:30 and he stated yes but I will wait for you. I asked him to send an Uber. He said I will send an Uber. 15 minutes go by I don’t get a text from an Uber. I don’t get a call from an Uber so I call Andrew back when I call back. Andrew has left for the day he lied again when he told me he would wait for me. Somebody else answered the phone and said he’s not available but we’ll get you a Uber. I talked to some guy I believe his name was Isaac and he said he would send a Uber. I got a text two minutes later. Uber picks me up. Take me to ABC when I get there. Isaac tells me I apologize, sir. We don’t need to replace the motor and it was miscommunication between them and the technician and It works fine. They got the window to work. It’s just making a little squeaky sound now. So at this time, I’m thinking to myself like so y’all lied to me and tried to screw me out $1000 when it wasn’t even true. He apologized again. He says you’ll have to pick it up in the morning after my technician puts it back together. He gave me a loaner car because I told him I had to go pick up my kids. I call them at 8:30 Friday morning. Ask Andrew is the vehicle ready and he says yes you can pick it up. When I get there, Andrew apologizes and tells me it was miscommunication, which is bullshit. y’all are supposed to be professionals. Don’t tell me there’s miscommunication you blatantly lied to me to try to take $1000 from me but since I told him I had a mechanic check it he backtracked. I would advise not to do any business with this place they’re dishonest, and they’re just trying to take money from people I will never take my Tesla back to them when they say they’re certified mechanics for Tesla. I will take my vehicle to Tesla for repairs from now on. I’m totally disgusted with this place and their professionalism. Save your money and headache and go somewhere else.

ABC Auto Care are actually HEART TRANSPLANT SPECIALIST. Lead surgeon Gilbert led the team of Lee & Anders in the patient process of removing a ceased motor and replacing it with an awesome donor motor! I purchased a 2015 Range Rover Sport with a ceased engine for $9,000. After brainstorming with Lee & Anders we decided to "do the surgery". The Rover has a brand new heart beat and my wife and I just returned to the Bay Area without any issues. I actually picked the vehicle up when the shop opened... drove it home and packed for the trip. That's how confident I am in Lee, Anders & Gilbert for their meticulous patients, knowledge & integrity. Hi 5 & a hug you guys! I live my "new" Rover.

Always grateful for your service and hard work! Thank you for taking good care of my car while in your care. Thank you, Anders and Isaac for taking it in without an appointment and testing it to find the problem. I’m happy the problem (coolant reservoir) was fixed and brake fluid added to keep me and my family safe. If it wasn’t for the tariffs increased cost for labor and parts I’d be happier but that’s out of my control so thank you for fixing my car.

Felt like they did a great job, Love the videos and pictures in giving you some understanding about what things need to be fixed and giving you the options and letting you decide what you'd like to have done. Might be a little understaffed. Just a suggestion. Maybe they could have a roamer making phone calls just to communicate or sending out texts to clients prudently. Thanks Andrew. Great job!

I came in with my son's OEM second key fob for programming. This Cadillac is the 3rd family Cadillac that Lee has helped me with, starting with the year 2000. Owners, Lee and Lisa Lizarraga have an impeccable reputation. The ABC Auto Care team is top notch! The programming was done by Rafael, and now my son and I have our own 2019 Cadillac XTS key fobs.

Owners Lee and Lisa are the nicest people you’ll ever meet, and Anders the service writer Really knows the business. Diagnosed by dealer that both front wheel bearings needed replacement. Found ABC online as well as it close to anther business I use regularly. I asked for a quote for the work and it came in at the mid range from another facility. I proceeded with the work needed. My evaluation/rating is at 2 stars because 1) upon receiving my car back I had to return 30min later because of terrible noise where the work was performed 2) at 3 instances I was told that they would email a receipt for work, status/ update on work were missed, I had to call them 3) and lastly, they wanted to perform a diagnostic and charge me additionally to confirm dealers findings. Should have went elsewhere at this point but most of time I trust the star ratings. Would not return for any additional in the future.

Dishonest and money hungry. Took my 25 year old car to get an inspection and they gave me a 16,000 estimate after I told them I just wanted to fix the major issues. Then they wanted an extra hundred something dollars to “diagnose the oil leak”. Very expensive and tried to take advantage of me. They told me my rear control arms were cracked. I asked to take a look for myself and didn’t see a single crack. Took my car to another shop and they charged me 3000 to fix an issue that would have been near 6,000 to fix at ABC. I would not go here, they’re manipulative, expensive, and seems like their only goal is to get you to spend as much money as possible for things that are not necessary.

This is the first time have been to this mechanic. I went in to get an oil change, brake pads and rotors replaced. After the diagnostic they said that I also had a cracked control arm. I had them replace all of that and when I got my car back there was a loud clunking sound anytime I went over bumps or uneven road. This sound was not there BEFORE the repairs. I took it in for them to fix and they came back that there was nothing wrong with the car, but the strut is the sound I was hearing. There was nothing about the strut in the original diagnostic. They quoted me another 2,200 for the strut which I declined. I realize my car is a bit older (12 years), but the clunking sound was not there before they replaced the brakes and control arm. I would not go back.
