Their car wash machine ripped my bumper off .... it was hanging when I came out of the wash. The manager says it is not his problem. One of the dryer dudes hits it back in place with his hand and so now it looks half way ok but the screws are all popped off in the wheel well. This stinks.

Fantastic experience! Had a wash and interior detail. Everything in the end was immaculate, everyone was incredibly friendly, and truly the price isn’t bad compared to some other places that literally charge you an arm and a leg. Will most definitely be back!

I usually have good experience with this location. I live in Everett for last 9 years and I wash two of my vehicles all the time in this location. Today, I requested for detailed wash and cashier charged me $70. I used the wash card I had as well. I waited at detailed entrance for 30 minutes and my car wasn’t there. Later on I went to pick up and found that it was washed regularly only. I talked to the manager on duty and he tells me that I’m not supposed to use the wash card and can’t get detailed with that and it’s my fault. He tells me the difference is $15 but I have to pay $20 because they have no way to charge $15. I am the multi unit manager and I deal with thousands of customers every day and I make sure customers receive what they requested. Horrible experience at 1970 Revere beach parkway location today!

They need to do a better job cleaning interior car . I’m ready to switch to a wash my car only outside because it’s not worth the money I’m spending every month to clean my car inside and out side. Every time I come to this location I have to redo cleaning my car from inside . Not happy with the job in this location.

I had a poor experience here my first time around. The automatic car wash machine is like any other but after you come out, you pull up to a drying station. This is where my experience went south. The attendant leaned against my car with his spray bottle and scratched my car. When I drove back around to cancel my membership they denied fault and would not even refund me. After two escalations to what I imagine was the manager then supervisor, i was offered to buff the scratch out which thankfully it did. Not a great first impression. I opted to keep my membership to see how the second time goes. The supervisor implored he will retrain his staff. Let’s hope so.

That was NOT what I expected for that amount of $$. I payed $160 for Ultimate interior and I asked detailed clean but it is NOT done well . There were areas not touched at all and some areas are Not well vacuumed. I donot recommend it to anyone for that amount of $$.

Customer service was great, very nice and polite. However, the inside of my car wasn't clean completely. A few spots here and there were left untouched. Yes, my car needed some cleaning, but thats why I pay the better option, to have it done right. 😔

Love their service, especially the vacuuming and floor pad service they do just before the car goes through the wash. Slight piece of feedback - they used to have a menu attached to the tablet that the guy would have, but this time he just asked us what we wanted with no menu available and he couldn't really explain well what the options were. Kinda bad customer experience, and having a visible menu does wonders to avoid miscommunication and poor service. Even when we looked at the placards by the service window (where we used to check in and pay years and years ago), it only had options for deep detailing and membership. Not sure if you all are in the middle of waiting for new large signs to hang on your vacuuming infrastructure, but make it easy for us to decide while we wait or hanging right off the tablet when we put down our car window. I paid $90 for a full interior clean and my car was still dirty when they finished. They didn’t vacuum properly, and I was still finding cups and trash in the back. I even left and came back, and the guy still didn’t vacuum my car right. For the price I paid, the service was disappointing. I wouldn’t come back and I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Horrible job! Definitely don’t recommend wasting your money. I came here on a Tuesday morning and it wasn’t busy. I got the more expensive car wash, to clean both inside and outside. The inside was more important as I have two babies so the car is filthy and needed a good clean. I even took both car seats out so they could clean the seats better. So, the guy was spraying the outside of the car then goes You’re all set and I said no one cleaned the inside of my car and he goes Oh are you sure and I said yeah I’ve been sitting right here. He goes okay I’ll talk to my boss then he sent two guys over and they went in quick and they go you’re all set and walked away, not sure how you can clean the inside of a pilot in 5min. I look in the car and one of the guys who didn’t clean it, sees my face (clearly unhappy) and walked over and goes okay you’re all set and I’m like the guys just cleaned the inside of my car quick and he’s like yeah, if you keep the receipt you can get a free car wash on the outside okay have a nice day and literally walks away! I’m pissed so I just paid for a bullshit clean. Mind you there’s still milk stains on the seats and doesn’t look like they vacuumed. Never going here again!

It's okay, not worth anything over $40. They'll not move anything inside to clean, even if they say yes. Quick wash with quick service. Similar to fast food chain so no restaurant style service.
