We had 2 previous appointments scheduled, but had to reschedule due to weather. The gentleman I spoke with to reschedule the appointment was polite and completely accommodating with new dates. Here are the services listed for the package I purchased: GOLD PACKAGE🏆🧼 Exterior hand wash /wax (couldn’t do because hose wouldn’t reach) Swirl-free hand dry (didn’t do since the car wasn’t washed) Wheel and tire cleaning (nope) Premium tire dressing (nope) Exterior window cleaning (nope) Interior window cleaning (nope) inferior and trunk vacuum (not the trunk) Interior surfaces cleaned 👍 All-season mats cleaned (nope) Minor interior stain removal 👍 Ceramic spray sealant (nope) Interior surface dressing (yes?) Salt stain removal (nope) Leather cleaning conditioning (n/a) Fabric seat cleaning (did twice in place of exterior) I had an 11am appointment and wasn’t contacted until I reached out at noon, he said he would be there within 30 mins and arrived at 1:41 without the van that they use for mobile detailing. I had bought this package on Groupon and when I called to book the appointment was told to get a refund and they would honor Groupon’s price (Groupon did not refund my card but gave me credits, so I had to spend more money out of pocket) The guy was nice, having it done at home was nice, and I appreciated the extra shampoo on my beaten up seats, but the windows weren’t done, the trunk, middle consoles and mats weren’t vacuumed, the doors needed a little more work, the hose wasn’t long enough to reach the car so he couldn’t do any exterior work at all. I guess I can chalk it up to the deal being too good, if I had paid full price for this service I would be a lot more upset.

2 young men looking like they're in their 20s came and did our car. We found this business on Groupon. We went for the platinum detailing. Our 13 year old car with fabric seats came out much better but some of the stains couldn't be removed and the armrests didn't seem clean. Attention to detail was good in some areas and spotty in others. Some of the vinyl cleaning fluid didn't get wiped off and the windshield had spots everywhere. They spent just over 2 hours on the job.

The man that cleaned my car did an amazing job. He was so awesome my car was at a new car dealer clean and my car is 4 years old and has seen lots of dirt, dust and kid spills.
