This review is long past due! I worked with Vinny a few months ago when I got my car. He tinted my windows, did a chrome delete and also did a partial PPF on my vehicle and even changed my grill for me! He is one of the most honest people I have ever worked with (which is not always common in the industry). He made the entire progress smooth and my care came out beautifully! I cannot wait to continue to work with Vinny and his team in the future!

I had a 2021 Ducati Supersport vinyl wrapped at Lords. The result was amazing - my red Ducati is now a perfect matte black. Anyone who is reading this review would do a double take if they saw the bike on the street. Their vinyl wrap application was FLAWLESS. The bike looks incredible and the level of detail they provided was second to none. I really cannot include enough positive details about the experience. The cost of the vinyl wrap was fantastic and their technicians are extremely talented. I had looked at multiple vinyl wrap locations - the bike is very expensive and bad vinyl wrap projects are always noticeable. If you are looking to get anything vinyl wrapped, I more than highly recommend. They are also super friendly and mentioned details and had ideas I would not have thought of.

Guys, please learn from my lessons, RUN FAR AWAY from here for any PPF wrap services. They didn't even have the necessary PPF supplies for the job - had to buy 2 times, which should have been a major red flag. The work done on my brand-new 2025 Mercedes GLE350 was terrible, with numerous imperfections, peelings, missing films. Despite their attempts to retry installing PPF two times, the results remained terrible. They proposed a third attempt after removing PPF wrap from car roof, but I had enough and need to get the car away from them. Lord Detailing left fine scratches all over the hood due to their unprofessional job. I took Mercedes GLE350 to Q Car Care (please use Q Car Care, they are really good!) in Burlington today to redo the roof PPF, and they informed me that the PPF on the bumper and fender from Lord Detailing was among the worst they'd ever seen. I am now pursuing legal action against Everett Lord Detailing since they refuse to refund my money and have failed to complete the job correctly. Very unprofessional guys with minimum experience working PPF wrap on cars. Knife marks, scoring all over new paint where they cut PPF. Update 9/28/24: Entire remaining PPF on new car (fenders, front bumper, mirror) installed previously was removed this weekend and new PPF installed by Q Car Care due to missing areas, peeling, bubbles not going away, heat marks & bad cuts. Really, really bad work by Lord Detail. Please use them car washes, nothing else. 12/25/25 Guys just reminder and friendly tip: DO NOT USE them for any car wrap. You will regret 100%, they have no idea what they are doing, unskilled techs. Just car wash ok here. Save the headache.

Very poor scheduling. Went there and it took 3 hours to do my tint. Tesla notified me they opened the door after 2 hours. So really it took them an hour. Like I have all the time in the world. Then they got the shade wrong and when I tried to schedule another appointment I showed up and they said they didn't have me on the schedule but could do it for another hundred bucks.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THE FRAUDULENT & UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY!!!!!! I contacted Lords detailing a week prior for a detailing service on my sedan for $220. It was my first time dealing with said company. I dropped off my car after work & left my keys before they opened around 8am. (We spoke prior about this & he agreed since I work night shift). I picked up my car around 4:30pm later that day. Upon entering my car, I was shocked to see my car still dirty!!! The picture you see here is literally right after I got the car & that wasn’t even all that was left dirty!!! After speaking to family & friends about what to do, I called and spoke to Marcus. I told him I was unhappy with the detail & what suggestions he had. He proceed to tell me that he will give me a 50% refund and that I can come to pick up the check. I told him I would be able to tomorrow. The next day arrived & I let Marcus know I’m on my way. Once I arrived, he asked to look at the car then said he would not honor the 50% off since it’s too much & will only honor a 20% refund or if I can let them clean the remainder of my car in the next 20mins. I told him absolutely not!!!! You had my car for over 8 hours and I got it back dirty. I went out of my way to drive there on my day off when I don’t even live in Everett just for him to give me another story when I arrived. I told him after not wanting to go back n forth that I will just dispute the 50% charge with my bank. I’m telling you right now, this company took advantage of a woman of color! Do not do dealings with this company. You have been warned!!!!!! He may not have wrote me the check but I hope this turns away at least 1 customer as a loss of business for being unprofessional & not keeping your word!!!!

Vinny and the lords detailing team did not disappoint! My vehicle had been garaged for a few months (had developed mold) and it returned looking like a brand new (with the mold issue completely resolved). Vinny took the time to explain why the issue most likely occurred and how to maintain going forward. The communication, timeliness of service and results were excellent. OMG!!! I just left the shop today with my pickup truck and it looks like I got my car from the toyota dealer. I asked Luca to delete the Chrome from my 1794 Tundra and it couldn’t have been better. Amazing Job. I’ll totally recommend Luca and his team for a detailed job on any way. Luca deleted all the chromes and added some touching by coloring the front emblem from the grill… OMG I’m as happy as I can be with my new truck. Thank you very much Luca and the team. I’ve been going to different facilities of Nathan’s for 4 years now, honest team, honest pricing, and they always stand behind their work. Good installers with great owners for ceramic, tint, or PPF has always been hard to find. These guys knock out out of the park.
