Unfortunately I just got the worst full service from sparkling image that I have ever received. The mats are still dirty the cupholders are still dirty The door handles on the inside are still dirty. The shifter still has dust around it. The power outlet has drops of something all around it. It doesn't even look like they wiped off the inside at all. $36 for washing the outside and Windex on the windows.

Let me start off by saying $31 for a car wash is ridiculous. I used to work at this location years ago, and still drop in from time to time to get my car washed. I went yesterday 8/24/23 at 10:30am. There was no line. One car in front of me, and I was there for over 30 minutes. That in itself is nuts, but I was in a bit of a rush so I got in and drove away. When I got back to work that is when I noticed not much had been done on the inside. There was a large amount of dust still sitting on the dash and steering wheel. (I drew a line in the dust with my finger and the picture is included.) I have a dog so I was not expecting "show room clean" but I think Ray Charles could have done a better job of wiping down the inside. And last time I checked, using a vacuum is to pick up stuff off the mats not to leave more than it came in with. (Mind you, this is a fairly new car and wasn't that bad to begin with). Having worked there in the past, I am familiar with the process and the flow of things. Only having 1 driver to drive cars in the garage and then only 1 driver to drive the car out of the garage is insane. There were two individuals drying off cars ( there are 6 cars now waiting to be attended too), they were definitely NOT in any hurry. Just a horrible experience all together. I am not sure who is running the place now, but someone made a big mistake in letting Scott, the original manager, go. He was always out there drying, cleaning, driving cars out, whatever needed to be done and he always made sure the vehicles were cleaned before the customer got in. Not to mention he was liked and respected by the local community. While I was paying for my subpar car wash, 2 different people asked where Scott was. Sad! I know that I will take my business and my money elsewhere from now on. (Pictures do not do it justice either) P.S. The 1 star rating is for the cashier, I think her name was Brenda. She was friendly and very kind.

I would like everything in writing so that is noted you are speaking to me like a child! I would like a refund of the gift card and I am taking this hire up the chain. Again… I did not want or pay for a seat cleaning! And, if I did pay for a seat cleaning, they sure did not clean $75 worth of seat! I have never been spoken to like the "owner" spoke to me. Telling me to "LISTEN" when I corrected him because he was relaying WRONG information. $75 might not seem like a lot to him but is is for me. I had to splurge to get this for him after he saved up enough money to buy his own car!

Very disappointed!!! Paid upwards to 40$ to get outside cleaned and inside vacuumed and trash thrown out and wiped down dash. They didn’t take any trash out of the cup holders, didn’t vacuum cup holders, and half assed the dash board cleaning. Have used you all a long time, just glad there are other new places around!

GM, Frank Goldman, for the location came out to the area where your car comes, out and asked how everyone was and if anyone needed anything. He was helpful and introduced himself to folks. So I’m just going to give my review based on my expectations when I got there. I got the full service wash with the spray on wax. The exterior is good, they did not get the bugs off the front of the vehicle, and the tire shine is about half way applied to the tire, they no longer hand apply it so maybe that’s the problem there. The spray on wax, I wouldn’t get again, nothing about it sticks out. The interior is disappointing. From my understanding after reading the full service sign the interior is supposed to be vacuumed, cleaned, wiped down(removal of dirt was my expectation), dusted(as the description says), and a smell of your choice. It didn’t specifically say or I didn’t notice it saying that weather tech mats do or don’t get cleaned but mine are still dirty. There is dust everywhere in my car, it looks like a vacuum was quickly ran through, there are still some areas not vacuumed. There is still dirt spots on my seats, I ran my hand across them and they wipe off easily they just weren’t hit I guess. There is food still in my seats that wasn’t vacuumed out. And the windows were partially washed, there’s still smudges on them. Also the inside door trim/frame still has dirt everywhere. My expectation comes from 10 or so years ago when I used to go there plus the description I read for the full service. I know I shouldn’t expect the past to be today’s standard, I just remember leaving sparkling image and my car would shine on the inside. Sometimes a little too much cleaner but it always shined and looked like it was gone through thoroughly. I had 8 people with there hands on the car today. I guess I expected that many individuals to provide a better ending product. I’m not trying to say the employees weren’t working hard I’m just giving an honest review so people know what to expect when going through. The individuals are working in the heat and I’m sure giving an effort, just the end product was disappointing.

I had my car washed there today, & I didn’t see this until I got home, because it was on the passenger side& I didn’t walk around and look. Usually I am very pleased with your service but this one was certainly not worth the cost!

I rated base on the expectation of bumper to bumper $199.99 worth. My over all interior is clean except for much of dusting. However exterior has some stain like bird poop so normal car wash cant wash off. I decided to get detail clean. When i get my car after they clean. I look around exterior, i see the car window are not clean (dusk is visible all the glass window/windshield) look like they are using the same rug over and over again. The shine they use are not covering all the area. They left some part out. It made my car look dirtier. They didn't wipe thoroughly. Also, some of the stain are left the same as before. My car trunk are basically left the same. They did not take out the carpet and vacuum the bottom. Just a basic vacuum of the carpet. When i reach home, I need to re-wipe all my windows and clean the stain that they missed as well as add shine again myself on the area they missed. It took me another one hours. However, I appreciate the man that clean my car. He is not and all but i would not come back and will not recommend a bumper to bumper service (detail cleaning)

Usually Im satisfied cuz I know its not going to be perfect but this time they didnt even vaccuum my trunk space, seats or underneath the seats. The windows are full of streaks... Do better... Very disappointed. This last visit might be the reason I dont come back.
