When I was done my car was impeccably clean. Depending on the volume of customers the service gentleman May have four or five working on cleaning out your car at the same time. There is a waiting room inside where you can watch your car go through and be clean. Kids love it! This is how my car looked when I left

Paid for interior cleaning & they did a horrible job. Dirt & debri were still in the same places they were b4 coming to this car wash. I use to use this place in the 2000's (2005 - 2010) and they were great! I WILL NEVER USE THIS CAR WASH AGAIN! $20+ and car still dirty inside. They literally dod not touch my inside & didn't know until it was too late & because I keep my car extremely clean already.

Was a customer for over 6 years. Today I told my sister to go and she won't be disappointed and surly the crew was prompt but did a disappointing job crums where still in seat and between inseams. Left the cup holders uncleaned over all I'm so disappointing.

Went in today it was horrible experience, they rushed my car out my car had crumbles all in it. They didn’t even clean out my cupholders. They didn’t even vacuum underneath my floor mats and when I said something, the lady act like she couldn’t even speak English to understand what I was saying, a manager, never once approached to ask what the problem was. It was just a waste of time. They took me for $40 some dollars and didn’t even do the job that I paid for. My car is still a mess Poor service if I could give them a zero I would. This car wash used to be great. It went downhill

1/2/24 @ 1045am, When I 1st pulled up to select “a wash & pay”, the customer service from a man VERY KIND, VERY Easy to talk too and helpful when selecting the type of wash I want and needed done. After I drove through the wash THEN.. came the REAL MAGIC The actual wiping down of outside the car….the vacuuming… the cleaning of the dash board, the shifter, the cup holder and whole doors inside AND in the door jam.. & most of all Cleaning of the floor-mats! EVERYTHING WAS TAKEN CARE OF AND RESTORED BACK TO MY BEAUTIFUL SHINY BRAND NEW CAR! Took my truck in there and I paid 75 dollars for a detail and my car is completely covered in oily greasy cleaner complete uneven coat and so gross to even touch the car. Idk how a detail place can charge 75 dollars than leave your car like a lotion bottle exploded in it. Horrible horrible job unbelievable that some company can let that car go out after charging 75 dollars. Blows my mind

I have been a customer since the $6 days. Our last wash/clean wasn’t acceptable for the price. I have photos taken when we returned home. I tried to contact via the website but lost my content. Below are photos. I expect much better service. I’ve always had great service, and we choose to come here and not go to Prime or Crew. I had a coupon, and feel I received half the service for my half off coupon. I am reaching out now due to the receipt being crumpled up when handed to me. found it in my purse finally. Thank you.

Horrible service, might be ok-ish for regular washes, but almost a scam for detailing and other services! I have an older van that started to get some dulling on top above the windshield. I asked the sales person if they can make it look better. His answer was “absolutely” and that it would take about an hour. I went to sit outside watching the employee working on my car. It was an older guy, who kept stepping away from my car for 5-10 minutes at a time, came back, left again. He probably spent less than 20 minutes actually working on my car. $199 later there was no difference in how my car looked, a sloppy job where there was wax left all over my car. The manager was conveniently not there, I was told to call back if I wanted to complain. Of course, they make you pay ahead of time for services, otherwise this job was not even worth $20. On top of that looking at the receipt I was charged for “bumper to bumper” service, when my car’s interior was not even touched. What a scam! Please save your money and go to an actual detailing place! Worst service ever!

I recently washed my car there and they damaged my rain sensor. I was told to go fix my rain sensor but my windshield was also impacted from the rain sensor damage and that i will be reimbursed after fixing the damage they made. I had to fix the entire windshield due to the damage and now they are trying to deny me of liability which is so unfair to me. A manager called Alex called me this morning and was so rude on the call. It was such a bad customer service for a damage that was done at their store. At least a sorry or we would look at our store camera and make amends would have been good but he was being so RUDE on the call and even hung up on me. That was not fair at all.
