I paid $44 for the xtreme clean and my car did not as clean as I expected. The 38th location is way better. Dirty gear, sticky cup holders, seats werent wiped down.

I brought my car in for cleaning, and while they did a decent job overall, the final wipe-down wasn’t as sparkling as I expected. It left a few streaks and marks that were noticeable in the sunlight. The car looked clean, but not that crisp, mirror-like finish you’d expect from a professional detail. Still, friendly service — just needs a bit more care on the final touches.

I normally don’t have any issue with Sparkling Image, but this is hands down the worst wash I’ve experienced. The person handling the payment was awesome, but the guy in charge of the initial soaping and power washing only did half of the car. Normally that’s not a big deal, but then I got in my car after they “detailed” the inside. The floor mats were soaking wet, the dash had white marks that weren’t there before, it’s clear they didn’t wipe the interior because there were still stains I could remove with gently wiping my thumb, and whatever cleaner they used smells of cat urine (which I’ve never experienced before with this company). I’ve never had an experience where I felt like I was getting in a dirtier car than when I started. I’d go to the Castleton location, this one is trash.

I had such a great experience at this car wash! Dani and Chris really went out of their way to make sure everything turned out perfect. They were super friendly, professional, and it was clear they cared about making my car look its best. The wash itself was excellent — my car came out looking brand new, inside and out. The attention to detail really stood out. Dani made sure I got exactly what I asked for, and Chris double-checked everything before I pulled out, which I really appreciated. It’s not often you find customer service like that anymore. I’ll definitely be back and will be telling friends and family to come here too. Big thanks to Dani and Chris for making my car shine!

Craig McClendon the Assistant Car Wash Manager made this the easiest process of my life. I had someone spill an IPA in the back seat CLOTH SEATS and my car looks BRAND NEW!!! they went over my seats a couple of times because they were pretty dirty and charged no additional cost. IT WAS THE MOST AFFORDABLE PRICE FOR BASICALLY AN ENTRY INTERIOR DETAIL. I AM EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS. 6190 N Keystone Ave is the place to go.

Man is this place efficient. Got the full deal in and out and talk about attention to detail. I like the old school feel of the place. This business has been around for decades and there is a reason.
