We bring our cars here all the time. We used to go to Autobell but their service just isn’t the same and our cars never leave as clean as we want them. Sparkleflex is the best in the area. We’ve used different services from express wash to full service and their work is just fantastic. All the workers are friendly and there are multiple seating areas inside and out.

The only place I go to take my car for a wash/vacuuming, granted it is a bit pricey but it's so worth it for a nice deep clean when your car is in desperate need of a spa day. The people here are so kind and they work very hard to ensure every spot is given a thorough clean.

This is an amazing professional establishment. I've been coming here for 2 years. I've only lived in VA for 3 and tried other places and was literally robbed because my car was not cleaned. This place is affordable, the staff is always friendly, efficient and no matter what may be going on in their personal lives they have always greeted me with smiles and put attention to detail on the interior and exterior of my car. While you wait it's a beautiful shaded area with benches. And for under 30 dollars you receive a detailed exterior wash and several people clean your interior. I go once a month and never have I ever been disappointed. I couldn't tip them on my most recent visit, so this is my public thank you. They didn't ask for a review. They more than deserve it

Friendly workers and they clean the cars quickly! Didn’t have time to take a picture of the car, but took a pic of the waiting area which was very clean including restrooms. Definitely well worth the price! I’d recommend bringing cash for tips since their service is tip-worthy. I will be coming back for sure.

Absolutely incredible. They are extremely efficient and have outstanding cleaning tools / equipment. They are detail-focused and ensure that your vehicle receives the utmost in care. They pay close attention to scrubbing your vehicle down prior to going into the tunnel and they ensure that your vehicle is safe. They take great care to ensure that nothing gets knocked off or removed while going through the wash tunnel. The crew that does the interior is exceptionally detailed oriented and focused on delivering the pinnacle of customer service. I highly recommend this car wash as it is the best on the peninsula. *Edit: final thought - it's like my car just rolled out the show room from the dealership! Super clean and my truck shines like new!

This place just reopened and I took my new car to get cleaned after a 1000 mile road trip. The auto car wash does a great job and they do a pretreatment. Think they missed a spot? They have exterior wipe down clothes, free vacuums and interior towels and glass cleaner. For $15 my car is looking new again. My only comment is that they don’t have any general interior spray for dashboard/doors/seats. They also offer interior detailing services which I cannot speak for but is available if that’s what you are looking for.

And considering the last time I went through the car wash within 2 hours I was covered in pollen. Again. This is going to come in handy. They are wonderful

I do get hesitant over car washes and don’t mind doing my own except dedicating time that I don’t have. However, this is the only car wash I’ve gone to since moving here and if they are closed I wait until they are open. $42 for a through wash and get my car hand dried, vacuumed for me, inside wiped down on doors and windows, tire shined, etc. very much worth the price. Got to places and paid almost the same price yet still had to vacuum myself and wipe down myself. Highly encourage others to go here.

Recently, I've noticed some changes in the quality of a Sparkle Flex car wash. On two occasions this month, I brought my car in for a cleaning. On the second day, I paid $42 for a wash. The staff seemed less attentive to detail, as some dirt remained on my Weathertech mats even after they were washed, and some dust on the rear deck was missed. After I pointed out the dust, the attendant addressed it promptly. The cup holder wasn't cleaned during this visit. I am disappointed and may consider other car-cleaning options in the future if the service does not meet expectations, especially at this price point. I hope Sparkle Flex can return to the level of service I previously experienced.

1st time visit. Got the $15 Gold Wash. Pulled my SUV which was caked with road salt and spray from 2 trips in snowy weather to the Midwest. The attendant scrubbed the vehicle well before it went through the wash. Afterwards I pulled to the self serve vacuum area which offered glass cleaner, damp soft cloths and tire shine. Great value, great quality, well organized and clean. THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST CARWASHES EVER!

After the salt spraying of the road and the recent expected storm, I wanted to make sure to get the dried salt off of my car quickly. I went to Sparkle Flex Car Wash and was very satisfied with the entire experience, especially the washing and drying of my car. However, from first driving up to the payment booth, I was very impressed with the professionalism, friendliness, and customer service provided by the woman in the booth. As I waited for cars to move in front of me we had a brief and pleasant conversation. From there, I had a short wait of just a little over 5 minutes. Then I was directed/guided onto the car wash track by a man who gave very clear instructions and also sprayed the car with a pressure washer to prepare it for the wash. The entire wash, rinse, and "blow" dry process took about 3 minutes, with the car moving automatically along the track. (Note, this is not a touchless wash, but it is a "brushless" wash. Long strips of fabric gently wash and rinse the car). Finally, after the "blow" dry at the end of the automatic wash, I drove my car to hand drive area and one person immediately started drying my car and specially cleaning my tires. He was then joined by another person and the entire very thorough hand drying process took about 5 minutes and left my car looking great! I will let the accompanying pictures speak for themselves. (Note: I selected the "Premium" exterior wash only - no vacuuming - with hand drying and tire cleaning - $25). I highly recommend Sparkle Flex Car Wash. You won't be disappointed.
