Sadly this place has gone downhill over the years. Years ago this is the only place I’d take my vehicles. Now it seems like they don’t care or don’t pay attention to detail. Last time I was here I had interior and exterior done and you could see where they just half wiped areas inside the vehicle and I had to tell them to redo it because it was so bad. Now months later I return and pay for exterior only and pay extra for the rims to be cleaned because of the brake dust on them and when I stop at the gas station next door I notice between almost every “spoke” I guess you’d call it on the rims there is still build up that I can wipe off with my finger so it’s not like it’s stuck on there it comes off easily. It’s just sad to see what was once a very good company and car wash to go to now just lacking attention to detail especially in the areas that you pay extra to give the additional attention to.

These guys are great and have become friends... they always take care of me and any of my classic cars... they are cleaning and keeping 4 of my cars for Mecum auction on Wednesday. They are so careful and careful to do great work I take all my cars to them from barn finds that have not been able to move for 30 years to cars I want to go to in car shows or my wife's suv... always do a great job and very friendly staff. These guys are great.

I got a detail on my Jeep through a Groupon for $41 bucks and it was well worth it. My Jeep is sparkling clean inside and out. Three guys worked on it. I walked across the street to a local Sushi restaurant to have lunch so I had something to do while they worked. Very convenient to that lunch spot. The location is a little ways from my house, but I will come back. Recommended.

I went today and unfortunately not 100% satisfied I specifically told them the inside back window was in NEED of a good cleaning.. I’m not sure it’s that they couldn’t see or they didn’t take the time to see but it’s worse now than when I brought it in now. It’s got ‘grime’ all over that it’s hard to see out of without the ‘grime’ If I hadn’t waited over an hour for it to be finished, I would say OK they were rushed, but they weren’t. They had plenty of time. I don’t know whose job it was to do walk around to make sure everything was done. Additionally, the front screen display on the maps go was dirty , not wiped clean enough. The interior was taken care of the floors were vacuumed and they’re clean. The exterior was good but these two little details, considering it was supposed to be a detailed wash it wasn’t as detailed as I think it should’ve been. I’m sorry, but I wouldn’t recommend the place for those kinds of things maybe for a drive-through would be OK but not for detail. Or definitely do a walk around before leaving. If I didn’t live 10 or 15 minutes away from there, I would’ve turned around and gone back home, but I couldn’t see the back window until I got into an area where the sun went through it.

They'll rush through the interior without care, breaking air vents, "forgetting" to mention they break your stuff, pretend not to speak English when you're trying to find out why they broke your stuff. No manager on site, nobody answers the phone, and voicemail isn't setup. If you need something that isn't broken on your car to be broken along with adding some light scratching to knock the dust off, this is the place!

Had a great experience! Quick easy affordable and great results. Vacuums are free but due to me being pregnant I opted for them to do that service and was even impressed by the atmosphere of the waiting room. You can tell they are thinking about the customer. Don’t think I’ll go anywhere else now!

The car wash was really good but they don’t let you use anything to clean the interior of your vehicle. In other words, if I want the interior cleaned, I need to pay for them to do it. I’ll never return. Because I made a drive to come check y’all out, and I could’ve found something closer and been able to use towels, cleaning products and the vacuums.

Not very happy. I paid for a “detail” group on a slow day where it’s gonna rain and weather was nice out. I needed a car wash regardless. They rushed through and didn’t do the best of work as you can see by my still dirty car. I also tipped ten dollars thinking I was going to come home with a detailed car. Did no vacuum the trunk as promised and inside wasn’t wiped down thoroughly either.

Had a free Diamond wash coupon. Came in handy after the ice recently. Attendant was SUPER friendly. They took longer on the front and back windows and some of the dirtier parts of the body. The car looked amazing when done. I receive free wash coupons on occasion and have been using them to try to decide which wash is worth a monthly membership. Today, they took the lead!

Not sure why all the negative reviews. Just bitter, entitled people with no life I guess. This was an excellent experience. The car was washed and detailed to perfection considering the mess it was in. The guys took their time to ensure a show room clean interior. The waiting area was clean and spacious. Will be back.
