I love this place! I actually go to 2 different locations and have 99.9% of the time never had any issue, and to be honest, I think the 1 time I did have a minor issue I truly believe she was just having a bad day and I totally forgive her! Every day since she been super friendly. I've been going here for about 10 years back when they were Mike's. These guys are great!

I got the normal car wash to get the bugs off my car. I was excited it came with some sort of bug spray for the front of your car. You can't even tell the front of my car went through the wash. Glad I paid for the carwash just to come home and wash it again myself. Unfortunately I also bought the booklet with 6 washes.

I've been having the unlimited membership for a while, After a wash, my driver's side rocker panel came off. I filed a claim they denied it. The rocker panel came off due to the car wash. I have a well taken care of 2012. I filed another report from the claim being denied and they advised to file it under my car insurance. Crew sucks!! 👎👎👎👎👎 Not sure if anyone has had a paid claim but I will be canceling the unlimited wash since they can't reimburse me for the rocker panel becoming unattached. Suckas ✌🏾

We went thru the carwash on Sunday like we do 2-3 times a week. When we got to our next stop, we noticed that our handle was missing from our drivers door. Mind you, this isn’t a “old or beater” car. It’s a 2019 Escalade with a replaced handle costing almost $450. We went thru Crews “damage” process with them to say” our carwash couldn’t damage your vehicle because our wash is the best! WELL that’s not true!! DO BETTER CREW!!! Believe me, there are other company’s in the Indianapolis area.

Posted on Yelp Good prices. Thankful for the unlimited car washes as the snow comes to Indiana. Easy to get in and out. Attendants usually have a great attitude and easy to explain things. The only problem I’ve been having is the vacuums and detailing products. $2 fee for 8 mins. I’ve tried multiple cards, debit cards and credit cards and always seem to have an issue. Kinda wish it was included in the membership as a paying customer.

Got a car wash the other day for the first time. The person up front was so kind and patient, explained the whole thing step by step, then let their co-workers know I was green. I didn't get their name, but whoever was working the first step of the car wash line on Tuesday, September 9, around 8 PM, thank you so much!!

They have vacuums but you gotta do it yourself. No interior cleaning offered. Staff needs to learn when NOT to send vehicles through. A car in front of me had a busted bumper from a previous wreck which you could clearly see would come off with the spinning brushes. I warned the staff they didn't care. They put the vehicles too close to one another sometimes. I don't want to be up someone's butt going through the wash give us some space. If i would have been as close to the car in front of me as the crew wanted to put me my car would have been damaged by the car in front because their bumper was pulled off. Sometimes the line is long. Employees are generally nice and friendly.

Was here a few weeks ago, some a hole named Miguel was helping me and he kept smiling at my wife, I didn't like it. I saw she was uncomfortable and left, I'm never going back. She has since stopped going out and has been very depressed because of it

I paid for the best 360 wash and asked them to spray the mud out of my wheel wells and they could not do it because they would not spray up into the upper half of the well even after asking them to please do that. I went through 3 times and it took an hour cause it was busier and I had to wait in line each time again. Called customer service and just waited and waited......then was like screw it.
