Mac needs to go. Went in with a friend excited to buy some products for personal use and he greeted us. But his cocky arrogant personality fell short when I asked about if Virgil needed help for the new store. He felt intimidated as soon as I started asking. I loved when Virgil was around. But this is the last time I shop at southwest stinger. I’ll gladly go to the competition. Extremely disappointed. You can do better Virgil.

(Good Morning) 10/20/23 9:15am. for my first time coming to the store in person, it is well organized and clean. hands down the best I've seen till today thats why i rate it at a 5 star. but if I could rate customer service on a female with a right side face tattoo... I would give it half a star... walking in the store with no greeting no good morning no hows your morning going is it your first time etc etc... no customer service, attitude no how can i help you this morning. I walked in to see if I could get prices on yalls chemicals. and what she said was can't you walk around and get the prices yourself rolled her eyes and give me her back..... and keep talking to another worker from their... how could you hire people like that when you work with people at least Be professional or (Try) i got my own detail Business and I could be a customer that could walk in every two weeks, but because of that you could also lose customers. thank you have a great day.

Excellent store, great customer service. Carry all the best products and accessories. Didn't have any Kochchemie or Carpro stuff, but they have everything else I like and use on a regular basis. Been there several times since discovering the shop and bought a lot of stuff. My go to spot when I need to re up on a few things! Great job to everyone there!!

I stopped by this place to inquire about having my car detailed. Virgil and Mac took the time to explain to me about their products and services where they can detail my car to look dealership showroom new. They performed a simple rubout on some water spots that couldn't be removed until they removed those water spots. They detailed my car and with the proof of their products and quality service they are truly professionally the best deailers I've ever met. That also includes when I was living in California. I recommend everyone to check out their shop for all their awesome detail services. Now I see why many of El Paso's mobile detailers also come here to buy their great products.

I want to thank Southwest Stinger and also Platinum detail shop for an outstanding job on my 2024 Chevy Silverado 2500. I drove all the way from San Antonio so that my guy Virgil and his team could do their job on my beautiful truck and I was completely in all of the work that they completed. I would recommend them or I should say I would like to recommend them to anybody in the automotive arena who’s looking for their whips to be totally transformed with a liquid look. Place is great. Everything you need for detailing. Maybe it was my experience but walked in and immediately got some help. Asked questions but felt judged especially with the short responses and the face remarks. Like if I didn’t know what I was talking about or I was wasting his time thinking about what product to get. Their local DIY shop with ponch is way better customer service he’ll take the time to explain and walk around and recommend stuff. Great shop but probably won’t go back continuously

Southwest Stinger Auto in my opinion has one of the best varieties in auto care/ detailing available throughout el paso. Customer service was excelent and they answered every question I had. Knowing very little about the industry I would highly recommend making a purchase here as a first time buy or on a frequent basis. They took care of all my needs and concerns. I will definitely be coming back for my future endeavors.

Terrible customer service, the attendant was too busy on his Bluetooth device having a conversation to bother offering any advice or additional products. Very condescending when asked for advice, not helpful at all. I believe in supporting local businesses but not this one. My past experience was the guy driving off 20 minutes before closing time, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I should have stayed away. The attendant in question drives a Honda Civic and the whole time is on his phone instead of helping customers.
