I am currently a member and use the car wash about 6-7 times a month. I noticed black spots on my white Toyota after going through the car wash. I finally decided to ask your assistant manager, Jayson. He promptly came over to me and said it was from the tire cleaning machine. He actually applied more dressing to all of my tires and suggested that I tell the operator to turn off the tire cleaner, since I use it so much. Not sure why the tire cleaner would spray over the lower body of my entire car, it should be spraying just on the tires. May need a smaller nozzle to concentrate in a just the tire area. Thanks Jayson for alerting me and applying more dressing to my tires. Michael Massari

Very convenient and the staff is super friendly. The young lady at the kiosks was very helpful helping me select and pay. Jayson, the assistant manager, really takes his job seriously. He greeted everyone at the vacuums and asked if there was anything he could do to help. I wish I lived here because I would get a membership to this facility. A salute to the owner in his hiring process.

I work for a dealer right across the street. We bring vehicles over frequently, but today was my first time visiting this location. Carson was absolutely incredible. He approached my colleague and I, introduced himself, and was more helpful than I could have hoped for. Seriously, whoever owns that car wash won when they hired Carson. Love that I can combine Costco trip with my car wash. Carson was great on our last visit. He helped us wipe our car down and got us out quickly. One thing to improve on is I don’t get the dash wipe or the scent on every trip. I saw they had plenty in the bins behind them but didn’t give me one.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a fantastic experience at Sossaman Auto Spa in Mesa, Arizona. The facility itself is clean, modern, and well run, but what truly stood out during my visit was the incredible customer service from one of their employees, Carson Lee. From the moment I arrived, Carson went above and beyond. I was having some difficulty with the payment machine, and he immediately came over to help. He was patient, friendly, and walked me through the entire process step by step until everything was taken care of. His professionalism and positive attitude made the experience smooth and stress-free. Also his “hustle” and work speed was top notch. My man was moving around with a purpose to help us out. What impressed me even more was what happened after the wash. Carson noticed that my vehicle did not come out completely clean the first time, and before I even had to say anything, he approached me and explained the car wash guarantee for bird droppings and bug residue. He personally helped guide me through a second wash and even took the time to scrub my windshield himself to make sure everything came out perfectly. Afterward, he checked again to ensure I was fully satisfied. Carson Lee truly deserves five stars on his own. He exemplifies what outstanding customer service looks like. He is attentive, proactive, and genuinely cares about the customer experience. This young man is clearly going places, and while I know he will go on to do great things in life, I’m grateful he’s here in the meantime. Side note about the experience itself: Sasaman Auto Spa is a self-pay, drive-through car wash with multiple payment tiers and soap options. They also offer a monthly membership, which was an incredible value. When I went, the promotional rate for the first month of the monthly plan was the same price as a single highest-tier wash ($23.99), and the plan includes up to 15 washes per month. In a dusty Arizona environment, that’s a great deal for anyone who likes to keep their car clean. The process is very convenient. After paying, you drive through where they provide terry cloths, dash cleaner, and a car scent hanger depending on the wash tier. The staff pre-scrubs and power-washes your vehicle before you enter the conveyor-belt automatic wash. Afterward, you can park in one of their vacuum stalls. The vacuums are high quality with strong suction and are located on both sides, making it easy to clean your entire car, including the trunk. There’s also a clean restroom near the vacuum area and a vending machine that offers snacks, microfiber towels, and car scent products. Overall, this was one of the best car wash experiences I’ve had. Between the quality of the facility, the value of the membership, and the outstanding customer service from Carson, I highly recommend Sossaman Auto Spa to anyone in the Mesa area.

This was my first visit to Sossoman Auto Spa. Pulling up I noticed the prices were very competitive with car washes near by. The car wash is very clean and looks well maintained. They offer clean towels, an interior wipe and an air freshener with the wash I selected. When I finished the wash and went to the vacuum area I noticed my truck was almost completely dry and clean. The compressed air is strong enough to get in the cracks and crevices to get that bit of water. The vacuums are powerful, and they have 2 vacuums with different attachments at each station. Also, you can get a fresh towel anytime. The differnce of this car wash was the great customer service. Usually attendants at car washes are friendly enough. The customer service here was outstanding. When I arrived, I was looking at the different options, and there are a lot. From a basic quick wash to their full package car wash offering extra cleaning and protection. As I was trying to navigate the options, Abby arrived to the rescue. She was friendly and not pushy in trying to sell anything extra but she was extremely helpful in explaining all of their services and options. When I started to drive towards the wash tunnel she stopped me noticing I had something in my truck bed, she said she could grab it out and place it in the cab. I joked with her telling her she couldn't lift it, because I could barely lift it. I'm 56 years old and my back has seen better days. It was a 50lb electric motor. She said no problem. Turns out it was no problem for her. At all. I've never had anyone at another car wash offer to help me get something out of my truck bed. She also went out of her way to check that I was happy with the car wash. I noticed she was doing this for all of her customers. She is a fantastic representative for your company. Thank you Abby, you're a rockstar! I will wash all of my vehicles here from now on.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Seriously an incredible express carwash. From start to finish, everything about this place was top-tier. Kris and Jayson were both amazing — super friendly, helpful, and just genuinely great at what they do. You can tell they care about customers and take pride in their work, which honestly makes such a big difference. The vacuums are insanely strong, like actually powerful and easy to use, which made cleaning my car so much faster and better than most car washes. The bathrooms were shockingly clean — probably some of the cleanest I’ve ever seen at a car wash, which really says a lot about how well this place is maintained. The car wash itself is just awesome. Everything looks really nice and well taken care of, and the whole place is honestly so pretty. The experience overall was smooth, easy, and way better than I expected. I loved it so much that I already want to go back again. This is hands down one of the best car washes I’ve ever been to, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

Great car wash with friendly people in a great location. Some car washes won’t let me through because I have a roof rack on my truck. Here they are able to disable the top brush so I can still go through. Sure I have to do a little work to clean the hood and windshield, but I can still use their car wash when other places I have been made me turn around.

After reading others reviews I decided to go here. A little concerned about not being an VIP member, but that was totally unfounded. Moved quickly though the lines and was treated respectfully and like a "regular" customer, not new comers. Wash was excellent, towels, air freshener, and dashboard cleaning cloth provided in the cost. Free vacuums and air guns to blow off whatever needed. Jayson the Assistant Manager treated us like old friends. Highly recommended this business. Thank you all!
