Got my car cleaned there they did an OK job that’s fine and then they did my truck and they left stuff on the back window. I never had that stuff on the window when I came there and I walked up to one of the guys they said oh this was already there. I said no then I walked up to the main guy and he said the same thing and was trying to be rude to me the younger fellow was trying to calm him down, but would not recommend anybody to go to this car wash unless you want a mediocre job where they will leave stuff all over the car just very rude people try not to talk to them would recommend not to even go

I asked the attendant when I pulled up how long it would be to get a VIP wash for $29.95 and he said 15 mins, tops. I had 30 minutes available so I agreed to get my car washed. An hour later, my car still wasn't done. Car mats were dirty, car wasn't vacuumed, there were streaks on the windows, the same scuz was on the inside of my windshield as when I brought it in, and no air freshener was appllied. He shouldn't have told me 15 mins, I was late to an appointment since it took 4x the time he quoted and they still weren't done. I could have gone to a gas station drive thru car wash and gotten the same result in 5 mins and for less money. They spray the cars with cleaning solution and wipe the paint instead of doing a good job washing.

My car was still dirty after going thru, they wash your car with hand mitts and the guy never reached down below waist height to clean. I had to go inside to talk with the gentlemen at the counter. Their VIP wash worse than the basic wash at my home car wash. I am visiting family in the Mesa area.

This used to be the spot but not so much lately. Took my truck for a wash. Outside was okay a few missed spots but the interior was dusty and trash was left inside. I could’ve done all of this myself for half the price. IF I decide to go back, I will have to get more picky and inspect the work. If I’m paying $50 plus with tip, I expect better.

Never have I had a bad experience in the past. I just bought a new vehicle and the gentleman assisting me was nice until I asked what the difference was in the basic on the left or the right. He said it’s sedans and suvs. I replied oh okay I don’t consider my Chevy Trax and SUV but I also wasn’t debating and told him the price was fine. He keep asking me well it’s your car you should know what it is. If you Google it and again I said I don’t care I was just asking the difference and he kept trying to be combative. Solely because of him I would never return and I LOVE this car wash and it’s very reasonable. But his attitude was terrible. He wouldn’t give me his name and no one could tell me how to reach management either so here I am.

This the most thorough and affordable car wash I have ever been to. I travel many miles to frequent this car wash because I know my truck will not be damaged as it is hand wash. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. There is nothing fancy about the waiting area but it is cozy. Tip the guys as they work hard and deserve it!!

These guys used to be great. Not sure what happened. The washes and wiping down has gotten lazy. My car came out with the same amount of bird crap it came in with. For the basic wash ($17) I’m not expecting perfection but paying $25 cause it’s an SUV plus the tip I’m leaving paying double the base price only for my car to still be dirty. These guys care more about getting tips than anything else, crappy job or not. I always give them the benefit of the doubt but I’ll just start washing my cars at home instead of driving 20/25 min for nothing.

I’ve been coming here pretty often, which is why today was especially disappointing. The staff asked for a tip right when I picked up my car, before I even checked it. That has never happened before. When I pointed out a few spots that weren’t wiped properly, he refused to fix them and blamed me don't go to car wash frequently and not tipping him Total understand nowadays living is not easy but tips should be based on service, not asked for upfront. This experience really changed my impression of this place.

I took my Audi e-tron GT for a wash with a buddy and decided—against my better judgment—to try a very cheap car wash. I normally avoid places like this, but I figured I’d give them a chance. Big mistake. We waited over 2 hours for a $29.99 basic hand wash. When I politely asked how much longer it would take, the worker assigned to my car responded rudely and was cursing in Spanish. When he finally handed me the keys, he told me not to come back if I couldn’t wait. To make it worse, after all that waiting, the car was still dirty. This was my first and last time coming here. If you own an expensive car—or simply value your time and basic customer service—I strongly recommend going to a reputable, professional place and paying a premium. At least you’ll be treated with respect, finished on time, and actually get a clean car.
