This has been my favorite car wash for a long time. Not pushy about "want a membership", allows me to dry and do final detail work to my satisfaction, the equipment is modern and not worn out, and it has been among the most affordable around...until today. Went through a week ago and things the mid-range wash was the $15 it had been for as long as I can remember. Today I went through and new signage displaying all "Mother's" detail and wash products were everywhere, including the pay kiosk...and what a shock, with the new signage came a new pricing structure...now $18 for the same was as before and to add a second wash is now $7, when it had been $5. Essentially, I was able to wash and clean both my vehicles for $20 a week ago, and it is now $25 for the same service. A 25% jump in pricing for new signage sucks. I see zero other changes or improvements, and I would say if it is to cover the cost of "new" Mother's products (which I would doubt), it is not worth the change. Disappointed by another business that was on point uping their cost without a real change in what we see as consumers. I would give a 5 star otherwise, but paying more for the same I've always gotten is equal to asking me to self check my groceries with out a discount, check myself out at a restaurant and expect a tip, etc. For something that is essentially self-serve, with a minimal human presence other than to make sure the equipment doesn't malfunction and maintain the location cleanly, it is a disappointing shift.

This is my favorite car wash in the valley. I drive from the Phoenix area to wash my car and get my washes done whenever I am in the area because the services always meet my satisfaction. My car was super dusty today and the employees came out to check on my car's wash. I was able to speak with the owner of the business, David, and he is a very kind person. I'm glad I support a business that cares about what they do, especially getting to understand how long its taken to get to where they are now. Thank you!

Decent price. Some of the vacuum don't work too well. Was not overly busy. The guy who sprays the car down before entering the auto wash, looked, and acted like he did not want to be there. The vacuum parking lot was clean and spacious.

I love coming here!! I truthfully only have one complaint....for only having one locaction for the whole valley, I feel the highest monthly membership payment shouldn't be no more than $25.......$35 is tough when I can only come to one location. Maybe add incentive for membership perhaps (free micro-towel during visits).

Hello I was in today I’ve been here a few times was even going to get a membership. Unfortunately after today I felt disappointed. I had gotten a car wash yesterday and it had rained in the early morning I assume probably around 1 am. I explain to Jeff (shift lead)the situation and he was completely rude to me and the man that was working with him their attitude was horrid. They were being smart alecks for no reason. I had worked a long day at work and still was being positive to them I didn’t deserve this. All I wanted was a touch up since it had rained not to feel disrespected.

Not too happy with the $14 car wash. Hood was still dirty, vacuums were ok. No rags out by the vacuums to touch up any extra water dripping. Will not stop here again. 😔

Was told by an employee (Zach I believe) that they can't wash Jeeps. Weird, I've been washing it there for the past year and a half about twice a month. I even had the owner come up to me once and compliment my Jeep while I was vacuuming it. He showed me a picture of his Jeep. They lost my business. I won't do the math by I have 3 vehicles I wash twice a month so it will add up to a big loss over time.

Doesn't deserve any STARS ! MY BACK OF MY TRUCK DIDN"T EVEN GET SCRUBBED, TOUCHED, WIPED BY ANY ONE OF THEM SPINNING RAGS TO WASH IT ??? LMAO NO TOWELS TO DRY CAR, MUCH LESS GET A GOOD WASH. SHOULD HAVE STUCK TO CRAPPY RACEWAY AT LEAST YOU GET TOWELS TO DRY WHAT THOSE CRAPPY MACHINES DONT DRY THEY KNOW IT, SO THEY AT LEAST....... GIVE TOWELS TO DRY OFF PROPERLY. NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS SO CALLED CAR WASH, WORSE SERVICE EVER....

Carwash sucks. Paid for the $12 wash and my truck still has a ton of bugs stuck to the front grill and missed some spots along the sides. At least Cobblestone provides free microfiber clothes to wipe everything off that was missed.

This was the worst experience at a car wash not only did I pay for the service my rear windshield wiper got broken, but the attendant basically shrugged it off like this happens, like if my concern was not valid giving that this happens and usually no one comes back then hearing the year of my car oh wear and tear might have done it.. This attendant could have said from the beginning we don’t do anything about broken parts that happens in the automatic wash but not only did I waste my money because the car wasn’t even cleaned right it also broke my wiper. So per attendant if the vehicle is over 5 years they do nothing if it gets broken. So if your vehicle is older don’t go here. Also waiting to get helped if you ring the bell at the desk or say hello even if they hear you they will take time and have you wait. There was more than 4 attendant that I saw at this location. Don’t waste your time and money at this place it’s not worth it. Proof is in the pictures after the clean. There is other places where you don’t have to pay extra to get towels to clean your car also. Also manager Dustin might be a good idea to have it in writing that if damages occur the business will not take responsibility for it.

Quick. Easy. Efficient. If you need a wash, this place is a GOTO! Free vacuums and a variety of options from a simple rinse down to a full blown once-over. Super user friendly and fairly good staff members. Come get a wash. Odds are it won’t rain in Arizona on any given day…unless you wash your car?! Lol

I’ve managed a car wash before, so I know the difference between an average job and a great one. For being a machine wash, this place did a fantastic job – my car came out looking spotless, which is not something I can say about their competitor, Cobblestone. On top of that, the vacuums here actually have strong suction, unlike Cobblestone where they barely work. If I had one piece of feedback, it’s that the employees could show a little more friendliness. A smile or a simple greeting goes a long way, and right now some of them look like they’d rather be anywhere else. That said, the quality of the wash itself is excellent, and I’ll definitely be coming back here instead of wasting money at Cobblestone.

**Edit: Had no idea it was a family owned business, owner personally reached out to me. My heart melted, figured it was another corporate mess. He was so nice, kind, and caring and actually cared about me which is insane to feel. So fixing this one start to a 5 star, insane service and follow up. THANK YOU not going anywhere else now. **Old review for context: Finally decided to try monthly. Paid and got receipt at machine. Entered and was told to go into lobby for pass. Been standing here for 15 min as employees walking around I. And put whistling and not caring or coming in. Just go to super star. Way better and they have employees.
