They have been charging me for months even after trying to cancel. They will not allow me to use my fast pass even though I have proof I am being charged. Besides their car washes are streaky and soap is always left on the car. I am currently working with my credit card to dispute the charges. They will not return my calls or emails. Much better options out there for car washes!!!

I got a free car wash from a Diamondbacks game. Claimed it and got the email with the barcode. I went a few hours later, drove 15 minutes and it wouldn't work. The attendant said it might take 24 hours for the barcode to activate. The attendant would not override it because he was worried I would come back later for another free wash.... Terrible customer service. Would have been nice if the email said to wait 24 hours! Won't go back!

For a $15 wash, this place was a ripoff. My truck came out with bugs and mud. You should bring towels to dry off your vehicle because the blowers are ineffective. My truck is covered in water spots. The employee I interacted with was courteous, however, I had to ask him to remove my antenna (should be automatic for everyone coming through). I bought a $3 car wash for $15 + tip. I won't be returning.

Do not Recommend. My mirrors on my Hummer were folded in and thier washing g curtains ripped my drivers mirror completely off my Hummer. The attendant stops the wash, goes inside and untangle it from thier curtain and just hands me back my broken mirror. Absolutely Ridiculous. I highly recommend not going there with this type of customer service!

CleanFreaks Car Wash always leaves my car sparkling! The wash itself is thorough, and I especially appreciate the free vacuums to get the interior looking just as good as the outside. It's a quick and easy way to keep my vehicle looking its best, and the results are consistently impressive.

Car wash is not that great, too bad it's the only one in my area that you can pay monthly. As soon as I pull out of the car wash, there are spots dried on the windows and car. Does a half assed job cleaning overall.

Did not offer me dash wipes when I pulled up - I had to ask even though they were sitting right there. Didn’t spray the front end down before sending me into the tunnel, no air fresheners given. “Free vacuums” but no towels to dry your car off after and it spots up like a HOT MESS. Total waste of $14. There are way too many other car washes in the valley to justify coming here again.

Had an issue with recurring charges that should not have occurred. Spoke to the local manager and was looked after very professionally and received the credit due. Very appreciated of that great customer service.

Don't waste your money. There always something broken. Today 10/23/25 the spinner brushes are not working and the air compresser is also not working. But you still paying full amount. How will the car get clean if the brushes are not working? Your car will still be dirty after the carwash.

We were curious when we saw the sign that they were building a car wash close to our house. We signed up during the initial period and really liked it... There was a discrepancy in the plans that we signed up for and as soon as we brought it to their attention they apologized and corrected the mistake. Very friendly Staff and I really love all the equipment they provide for free after the wash. The vacuums are very powerful and get up all of the junk inside the car. But, my favorite is the high pressure air hose that I use to spray off all the water marks on the car. I love having a clean car and having this facility so close makes it that much easier!

Tried getting the $22 dollar wash and the machine took a 20 and gave 10 back. Was forced to do the $10 wash and workers said there was nothing they could do to fix it. Only offering me another wash. Never using this place again. The wash didn't clean the vehicle a bit. I had to take it somewhere else.

What a disappointment. This carwash is clearly older and not well maintained. The conveyor belt was malfunctioning causing everyone to have to wait longer, then I got the $22 Ultimate Car Wash and not all of the brushes were working. And then I went to use the vacuums and none of the ones on the far end by McDowell were working and every other bay was full. I would rather drive out of my way than to give this location my business ever again. They are literally banking on the fact that there aren’t many car washes in the immediate area with vacuums. I really hate giving negative reviews, but this location needs a complete update of their equipment.

Went to this car wash today, we have a gift card. One of the machines to "purchase" the wash was broken, but there was no sign so we had to wait for an employee to come get it to work. Super busy today and none of the vacuums or air hoses were working. Mediocre wash of the actual car. Not impressed, and according to other recent reviews this is not a surprise. Don't plan to come back here anytime soon. It's disgraceful that they are still taking people's money and not delivering the service and quality that is being paid for by the customers.

I have been to many different car washes in the area and am not a car wash fanatic. Clean Freak north power is by far the WORST. Every car wash I've had there leaves spots all over the car (all windows, side panels etc..) and doesn't even generally clean very well. Looks like I rinsed it at home with a hose and drove away. A $10 car wash is not cheap and should at least not leave water spots all over the car! When my gift card expires I will be going elsewhere. I've had memberships other places with this same car, so I have a basis of comparison. The $3 & $5 'drive through' car wash at Gilb. & 60 is WAY better, but a long drive for some; maybe worth the gas. It's not far from a sam's & a TJ's, if you'd wanted to plan varied stops while in the area. Just my experience and opinion.

I'll join the clan of 1 star reviews of this "car wash" in the last month. I've been coming here for years, dealing with the POT HOLES, Zero towels available, vacuums broken consistently. I went today, 10/30/25 and got waved in. Had to wait what I was told for 5 minutes, which ended up being 10 minutes. Car wash was down. I figured I came ALL this way, I should just vacuum and wipe down. Vacuum was broken. No towels were available. However, Ethan's disrespect to the customers was def. available today. Congrats Ethan, you really know how to talk down to a customer and pump your chest. I asked about the car wash and i got an attitude. Then asked why the towels were MIA and the vacuums were broken without signs. I asked Mr. Ethan if I could contact the manager, and Ethan said that wasn't possible. I also hit the consistent pot holes while coming in and leaving this "car wash" hope manager starts "managing" and producing a better product here for their "paying" customers.

They raised the prices but decreased the quality. The water is NOT spot free drying, but good luck getting a towel from them to wipe your car down before it dries. They are always out of towels and it makes their services completely pointless. If you’re going to advertise spot-free drying, it better truly be spot free. Also I would expect even the basic wash to get the dirt off my car but that is not the case.

The person at the options kiosk was a bit lethargic and spoke so low I just guessed what he said. Mission accomplished, moving on to the line up. The person who guided me in and lined me up seemed annoyed with me. I must not have moved up quick enough for her liking and she let me know with her facial expressions and flailing arms. Kind of comedic though. On to the actual "wash!" There are no spinning scrubbers/brushes tall enough to reach the windows. They did not move forward to get the front, I did not see them move to get the back either. We just established that they weren't tall enough to get the windows so my windows were still covered in soap. After the "wash" it was plain to see that the brushes did not move to get the back either. The brush for the top of the car just got the roof, but not the hood or windshield. The rinse at the end is stationary and left soap on my mirrors. Bottom line: the sides and roof are cleanish (being generous). $14 for that is bonkers and wasteful. Yes, these pictures are after the car "wash." I ended up going to a Cobblestone after this

Edit: Thanks for your reply but you missed my point. I can bring a perfectly clean car to this location and after it exits the tunnel; it has a weird film on the entire car that you physically have to scrub off very hard. The wash cleans the dirt off; but either the brushes or something are applying a film on every car that comes out requiring so much extra work to get it off when drying. One employee said the brushes need replacing? Take a clean car through the tunnel and look at it after. How can I physically contact someone? What is the film that is left on the car after visiting this location? It literally makes your car dirty. I have been going here for several months now and every time it’s a chore to get whatever your machine puts on the car off. Every car drying every visit has the same issue? All of your other locations are great, but this one has an issue and they know about it. Not to mention the giant potholes and never having towel towels. There’s other comments about this. Why won’t this get fixed?
