Very happy with the service! I've had my car for 8 years and it's never been detailed. My dog and nieces regularly ride in my car. It has been puked in and had every kind of food and drink spilled in it. It was in desperate need of a major cleaning. It had even started smelling bad. It now looks like a car I would go buy off of a car lot and smells like new. The difference is amazing! I couldn't be happier with it. I will definitely be a returning customer and highly recommend them.

I needed a full exterior and interior detail of my car, which was a mess due to two big shedding dogs, and hard use without time to clean it myself. After a quick search on Google, I saw Soft Touch Auto Detailing and gave them a call. I had inconvenient time constraints due to the need for a quick turn-around as well as work. Carlos immediately offered to work around our schedule and even offered to come pick up our vehicle for us due to our proximity to his location. He was professional and kind on the phone and gave me a range of what the potential price could be without seeing the vehicle. He returned my car in the evening and WOW, it looked brand new inside and out. He went above and beyond my expectations and he gave me a fair final price that was within his estimated price range. In person, he was kind, professional, and went over each aspect of the detailing with me, all with a smile. I will never take my car anywhere else to be detailed. I brought in my disgusting minivan, I've had it ten years without having it deep cleaned and let me tell you, it was bad. But it came back looking almost new and smelling amazing. It looked like an actual miracle happened. He got it at 8am and I got it back at 4pm. Super professional and courteous, he worked with my work schedule and got my car back promptly. My 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe hadn’t been seriously cleaned since 2019. We moved in 2020 right when COVID hit and I never got around to getting the mess cleaned that resulted from hauling 27 years of one house to another. My husband took it in Monday and brought it back looking like a brand new vehicle!!! These guys do AMAZING work and I would almost swear it was cleaner that the day I picked it up at the dealership brand new. They cleaned every single square inch and really got down into the corners and crevices. The exterior (which had gotten so dull and lackluster) now literally looks like it just rolled off the assembly line. Cannot recommend them highly enough…Soft touch is worth every cent if you want your car to look brand new again!

I had the interior of my car detailed, and it is unrecognizable! They did an amazing job!! The seats were stained from years of kids taking their toll on the light colored fabric seats, and now the whole inside looks brand new and shiny. Stains are gone, carpets clean, floor mats/doors/dashboard are gleaming! I was very impressed with the customer service and attention to detail. Highly recommend!
